The flowers are the freshest available locally and they last far longer than I ever expect (7-10 days if I change the water often), and the creativity is beyond expectation. Simply Roses in Port Orange, FL did a great job providing a beautiful bouquet for a family member. I ordered from their website and they delivered it the next day in a timely manner. I was able to choose morning delivery and it worked out perfect. The flowers were beautiful and arranged artfully in the vase, and their fragrance filled the room. My Grandmother was very happy with them. They also provided very good communication, which I really appreciate. I will certainly contact them again for my next floral order. Best experience I’ve had with a flower delivery! We forgot my mother in law’s birthday! Both had been sick and he had been out of town and the a friend passed and we just forgot. Well we are in Mississippi and she is in Florida. I googled and found a local florist who would deliver next day for $10 and the picture and price were reasonable. First I entered my credit card info wrong so they called me after hours instead of just cancelling or rejecting the order. Then I got the best text from mil and hubby. She had already texted him too. She said they were the most Beautiful arrangement she’s received and said they had even called to let her know they delivered them. I’m so pleased with price and service and the flowers looked just like the picture!!!

I recently had an unusual delivery request for a special family member. Because I live a 1000 miles from Daytona I had to rely on google search. I called several other florist without success. Great customer service! My go-to florist went out of business recently so I gave the Simply Roses florist (Port Orange store) a chance. They did not disappoint. Tanya was extremely helpful and even emailed me some pics of the arrangement she put together.While some might think their prices are on the high side, Im a firm believer in you get what you pay for. Spend the few extra dollars and let the florist put together the arrangement... its worth it.

We used Simply Roses for our wedding and we just can’t seem to get away from them :) They work with such talent, precision and thoughtfulness. When you call to place an order, it feels like calling an old friend. We had one small (like me just being overly ridiculous) issue and they went above and beyond to make up for it. Not much is said when everything goes right all the time but there is a lot to be said about something is handled when something isn’t 100% as expected. I was blown away with their effort in standing by their customers. Support a local business that gives the support right back to our community. We absolutely love this place and will always use them for our floral needs, forever.

Arrived half dead

Ordered flowers, paid for early delivery.Was contacted that could not be done by 2 so promised delivery by 4. Wife left work at 4 30, and no flowers.

Although the flowers that were delivered for a birthday turned out OK they werent what we discussed as far as coloring and the balloon was not attached for the happy birthday which I asked for it like in the photo. Was for a special occasion so really not happy that they didnt make it the way I asked for the price I paid.

Got my roses today delivered. The flowers themselves were very nice but the lady who delivered them must have been in a bad mood because she did not seem happy to see me pull up to collect the flowers. Also, the card that came with the flowers was bent from water and the words were hard to read, I could tell their printer ran out of ink shortly after printing it. I was slightly disappointed by the service overall.
