Great place to look for bargains. Always find something new to wear there. Great variety of items.

I spent quite a bit of time in this store loading my basket with nic nacs,I turned my back on my basket to look at some Christmas items. When I turned back my basket was gone. I looked around for it thinking someone might have mistaken my basket for theirs. I asked a young man that worked their if he had gotten my basket and put up the contents. He said no. I looked around and saw some of my stuff back on the shelf. The fellow lied. When I complained to 2 employees, instead of an apology or they would help me find my stuff, they were very short to me and said he was handicapped. I have no problem with them hiring handycap people but if they are so handicapped they dont know what truth is, they shouldnt work with the public.And the other employees should have not been rude about it. No mre money from me,if employees are rude.

Asked a simple question about a piece of furniture because it didnt have a price on it, and got the answer that if it doesnt have a price tag on it its already been sold. Cashiers are wonderful, its your processor that is rude.

It was great found what I needed. Will go back again soon.

Not much in the store. They have good prices but people need to donate more for a good cause. Unlike Goodwill bwhise prices are high and they are a profit orientated company. CEO makes triple figure salary.

So much fun to look at the variety of things available. Bought lots of nice things there.

Friendly volunteers, place is neat and tidy. Proceeds help hospice. Purchase items or donate.

Weird when you walk in and see the stuff you donated last week now on the shelf.

This is a great thrift store, the only bad thing is they have very little in children’s clothing and it is displayed poorly (just hopped in a huge bin to pilfer through)

This is easily the best thrift store for a few reasons:1. Its very clean2. The employees are pleasant3. THE PRICES ARE AMAZING. Every time I go into this place it seems like everything is half off which is crazy considering the prices on pretty much all the clothes is already $1I didnt even want to write this review because this is the best hidden gem for thrift stores in Central Florida. Goodwill and City Thrift are good but this store is light years ahead of them with prices!

My Mom just had a double mastectomy with Dr. Fabian. He is the kindest man with the hands of a Saint. His confidence in my Moms situation was a very calming feeling for a completely difficult time. His staff are top notch and we are Blessed.

Great deals on clothes currently one dollar per item (not boutique) nice surprise at check out I thought I was paying one dollar per tee shirt and they were 20% off! Also have had great luck finding sturdy plastic totes with lids. Many thrift stores keep these for displays or storage but this store often sells them.

Excellent shop. It is kept clean and neat. The awesome manager Patty is always willing to work with customers on the prices of most items(except maybe dollar items, but come on people)! The entire team at this location is friendly and helpful! This is not your average thrift store!

Good prices and this store is clean and well organized. There are dressing rooms and special sale items, the displays are changed and rotated regularly much like retail shops. What a worthwhile cause to support.

Woohoo today was customer appreciation day and I got 20% off of what I bought. Everybody was very helpful. The store is nice and clean.

Complicated for dealers they want additional forms filled out even when registered dealer with them,everytime you purchase.

I used to love this store but in the past several months the merchandise quality has gone way down, the store is a total wreck and confusing and difficult to shop. The people working there are still as wonderful as they always have been

This place is terrible. The prices are outrageously high. The cashier was rude. And they are dishonest. They want $200 for an old tiny white wicker vanity with no seat, $12 for a stained Vera Bradley wallet and $80 for a messed up black leather office chair! I would give them about 10% of their prices for these items. I dont find Port Orange to be the Paris of Central Florida, so whats up with the ridiculous prices? The DVDs are priced at $1, but when we got to the counter, the cashier rudely stated it is $1 a disk, so the item we got suddenly became $3. This was not posted anywhere. Then she tried to force my husband to put his DVD into a bag for security reasons when he didnt want one. Again, ridiculous. I suggest they keep their eye on the ball and remember the cause they are raising money for and stop being greedy. I know they get more money based on their overall sales, and its sad they are ripping off the folks who can only afford to shop at a resale shop.

I found some very good deals when I visited. Some quality items and worth the prices. I found the store to be clean and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will shop here again, next time I am in town!

They have great sales, something different every day. The staff is helpful and available when needed. One of the cleanest resale stores in the area.

I love shopping here any type of shirt except for the boutique shirts or dollar shorts pants or a dollar you can find such great bargains from your beautiful Boutique to find designer items or just browse through the parts of the store and buying everything from Electronics to kitchenwares to sleepwear I love shopping here go 3 times a week to see what they have its a great cause everybody that works there is very friendly love love love it

Very overpriced. Cashiers are rude. Went to counter to buy 2 items the items were half off cashier said to me the full price so I said I thought it was half price she rudely said OKAY and gave them to me for half price. Go to other thrift stores you will be treated better.

Sometimes have to dig deep, but often find great items. Prices are good, too, especially with the sales they often have!

Theres something for everyone at this store. The prices are great. They run a lot of specials with discounts and the people that work there are the best.

Have frequented this store many times since it relocated to its current location. Have always found that the prices are very high for the low quality of the merchandise offered. Staff can either be polite or not professional at all. Have made several large donations and the staff didnt even offer to help unload or thank me for donating to their cause.

The staff are awful. Picked up a few glass coffee tables and end tables and a couch. The stuff are total idiots... they think they are doing us a favor. No morons... we are paying customers. If you are volunteers and dont like to do your job pick a door and exit. In fact pick a high balcony to jump from. The staff do not even hold a door open when you are taking a large couch out of the store. Fellow customers have more intelligence and help out. With great difficulty the staff went in and brought a dolly for us.We are picking a white couch and they bring the dirtiest dolly for us to load. Really?? I did not give you counterfeit money. I gave you the price you asked.Stuff is average but please take help with you to get something large from the store. The staff are dimwits who only wait at the door at 4.00pm to close the store and even then they dont help you. Maybe they should visit the Habitat for humanity in NSB to get an education in doing ones job. And guess what.... most of the staff there are volunteers. In one word - AVOID

I am VERY disappointed in this thrift store. We did not feel welcomed at all as my mother and I were trying to donate a things from our yard sale. They acted as though they didn’t want anything but, I always see signs in the store that they need donations. I have to mention also that the things we were bringing in were not just junk, they were nice items that could probably sell pretty well. I’ve liked shopping at this thrift store but the way my mother and I were treated it’ll take some time for me to come back. Another thing to point out is the faces the employees were making when another couple was bringing in their donations... disgusted faces behind the people’s backs as if they were aggravated with all the donations coming in. At least we wanted to donate our stuff so other people can enjoy what we don’t need anymore!!! Again, very disappointed.

Not that you ever WANT to go to the hospital but is you need to Halifax is good. They were quick and courteous.

Not everything is priced. When I asked the cashier the price, her answer was very snotty as if I asked a question that I shouldnt have or I should have known the answer. There wasnt a sign saying all linens are $2 so how was I supposed to know. Im not going to ask if I know the answer. Because of the rude attitude I left my selection and did not make the purchase
