I was in the store today for some printing, and some lady was in there thinking she was all entitled and treating the employee very poorly about printing some label.So I just wanted to write to let them know that Ive had nothing but good things to say about my experiences there. They have been super helpfulwith anything I needed done in the ups store.

Poor customer service.I had an Amazon gift return, the young man said he couldn’t help me and walked away.Very poor customer service.

I live in a different city in Florida and have been unable to reach this Postal Store by phone for a month. This has subsequently hindered me from forwarding my mail to me. No one has answered the phone.

You cant reach them by phone they will not answer

Always used them for notary, but this past Monday I went and there was 3 people ahead of me and when I got to the counter 3 people were behind me. I asked to have them notarize a letter and the man working behind the counter said you need an appointment. I didnt need one last week. If the store was crowded I would definitely understand but the store was not crowded and what does it take 5 minutes. He tossed their business card at me and yelled next. Rude, unprofessional and definitely not a business I will use again.

Absolutely horrific experiences is here. Their Amazon return processing system is always down. They state its Amazon wide, but I am able to go to the one in Daytona and process a return just fine. They never answer their phones in an attempt to call ahead to see if theyre actually up and running. Dont waste your time coming here, youre just going to be sent to the next closest store.

I was asked if I wanted insurance. I said no. I expected tracking number would be on receipt as it is at USPS. I went back after pkg hadnt been delivered after a month and they said they have no way of looking it up. He insisted he asked if I wanted a a tracking number. I insist I was not asked. I own a business and if I had known they dont put number on receipt I would DEFINITELY ASK FOR IT. Make sure you ask for a tracking number.

Walked in with an Amazon return, the guy scanned it and said thanks. I was there maybe 10-seconds. I didnt have a problem with their level of service.

I placed an online order for printing and drove over immediately to pick it up. I didnt realize its normally a 24-48 hour turnaround time but when I got there the worker called his superior and was able to complete my order immediately. His store hadnt even received the order when I walked out 10 minutes later I had my 80 pages bound and covered in hand. Excellent customer service.

I had a large number of items being shipped to me, including N95 masks and other items purchased to help my family manage through this pandemic and these guys jut flat out closed shop without giving us any way of receiving the items that were already in route. This company essentially cut off delivery service to my family in a time of crisis preventing us from getting vital supplies that we were in need of. There are a number of obvious and easily implementable options that they could have taken as other stores have to provide curbside service where customers would not have to congregate in the store, but they just turned their backs on us, preventing us from receiving the things we desperately needed through the only channel available to us. Our trust level of this company is very low at this point.

Excellence every time! If you need a notary it can be scheduled on their website. We have shipped many packages, letters and have even had our Vehicle VIN notarized here. Great staff always helpful and positive.

The store is consistently neat, clean & organized. They are operationally strong & effective which creates ease in my transactions when typically I am in time crunch. Lastly...The Team is energized & engaged with all of their Guests. The Team exceeds my expectations in all they do.Thank you!

I mailed a couple of Christmas presents through this store. One got there fine. The other was sent to the wrong zip code they got two numbers backward. They shipped it to Nashville instead of Chattanooga TN. I dont know what happened to the package. It was supposedly signed for by a person named pankey which sounds fake. It wasnt a very expensive present but it still cost me with shipping about $60. I will never know what happened to the package. Most UPS stores I am sure are fine. This one however I wouldnt trust the employees and I will never go back. I suggest if you you want your packages to get to there location dont go there either.

I visited the UPS Store within the last six months to mail a package and I thought the service was great. The store happened to be very busy at the time but the two employees working at the time did a great job of taking care of people in a timely and efficient manner and we very pleasant and accomodating.

Nice owner, convenient location, clean, has what one needs and expects. nice employees but, to be honest, they could use a good haircut and less greasy hair. it would just be more pleasant

Ripped off. Charged me for a box and a label I did not need on an Amazon Prime return. Will not use this store again.

I dropped off my business pop up tent to ship for a trade expo as normal on September 5th. The tracking showed it never left only it was received there. I have called this location and they referred me to UPS corporate who is stonewalling me claiming to email me documents to start a trace that never arrive. Its a 78 lb 6 tall black cylinder. Again, tracking shows it was still just dropped off. Do not trust this location to handle your valuables. Go elsewhere. Thousand$ down the tubes. Very disappointing.

This is by far the best UPS store ive been to. I have a small business and ship out dozens of boxes a year. Ive been to a few dozen different UPS store. Most are decent to good. This store is awesome!

I have received special assistance from this facility on three occasions. In each case they walked the extra mile to provide great service. I actually drive past a closer facility to to receive such great help.

We used UPS suite during construction an closing of our house. Great job an service all around. Had large an small pkgs sent to our suite number just as it would to a home address. The an all personnel were very knowledgeable an professional. Thank you all.

Just now around 3:20pm May 15th 2018 a gentleman dropped of a huge box and I have a crowded entryway. I went out to ask if he needs it signed and he said no. I told him to throw the box in the lawn and he insisted that I put it in the garage because its going to rain. Very considerate and decent carrier, has a heart. I opened the garage and he put the box in the garage.

No problems until we had something damaged in shipping. Was not the fault of the packing but of the handling during shipping was decided... but took 3 months to get refund and full resolution. This is a franchise and has their own insurance company to handle claims so BEWARE! Jim... the owner of the franchise... was very slow in communication. They also own a store in New Smyrna Beach.

Business as usual. No problems. Small office, only 2 lines. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Its about the usual no mater how big or small the location is.

Ive always had a great experience here so was very disappointed with my experience today. First thing out of the womans mouth was how short staffed she was. When I explained I had an account to ship something back she said she was too busy to help now, that I needed to fill out a form and shed email me once she has time to process it. So I began filling the form and she abruptly told me to move and took my modem and moved it over. Just plain rude and sparky. I completed the form and she had nothing further to say so I left. Based on other comments I guess I shouldve checked first before going there and I assure you I wont be back.

I️ called to see if they had a Notary. They said yes and that he would be there until 3:30. I️ arrived at 2:15. The other worker said he wasn’t sure where he was? He checked and his car was gone. I️ waited for 25 minutes, looked up another shipping store nearby and called them. Walked out because this man obviously wasn’t coming back to finish his workday.

Poorly trained staff who don’t know about their own shipping options. Was sent to a different store because of their ineptitude. Thanks for nothing guys.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Dont waste your time and money here when you can go to usps right down the road. Unless you feel like listening to a miserable old man figure out reasons he cant help you. Literally made up a fake ups policy so he wouldnt have to help me. Too bad theres not a zero star option

Went to drop off an amazon return that had a usps label on it and I was told I could not leave it with them because it was too big. It was 16 inches by 12 by 8. I dropped off equal size boxes that had UPS labels. The post office is all the way across town across and was a huge inconvenience for me. The ups franchise is not supposed to turn away usps business.I have never had a bad experience at the ups store in Daytona.

I, would not go back, to this store or recommend this store to anyone. Even, if I had to drive 100 miles to another store. Went to the store to have papers copied off of my phone. Wasnt sure, how to do it. Employee/owner offered no help. Left the store. Employee/owner followed me outside. Wanted to know if I, was going to pay. I told him, I was lost ( meaning, I didnt know how to make the copies off of my phone).I, didnt make any copies. But, he wanted me to pay, for the time that I, was on the computer. I, didnt know that I had to pay, without getting any copies made.He wanted $2,50. I, paid it. NEVER AGAIN. He was cocky.

The owner/agent allowed a customer to cut in front of me, I brought this matter to his attention, but he proceeded to lecture me, and suggested I take my business elsewhere.
