Larry and his team at All Shore Appliance were wonderful to work with. We are updating our kitchen and Larry was super helpful in the whole process of picking, ordering, and delivering/installing the appliances. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to help us make an informed decision prior to ordering. He followed up to schedule, and reschedule a delivery when there was a change in our schedule. His customer service team was also very helpful each step of the way. I highly recommend All Shore!

Kudos and Hats off to Larry and Anthony and the staff at All Shore.. Ive purchased several appliances over the years and have been more than satisfied.. This time they took it up a notch..My parents returned home after 1.5 years in Pandemic Florida to a dead AC unit in their apt. Larry was quick to be able to get them a new one, which had some flaws from the manufacturer.. unfortunately they were now on backorder...Larry was quick to find them a new one, a better unit and will have it installed this week to keep them cool!!Thanks again All Shore! Ill be back for more!

I was going to try this store instead of Mr. Jays. I went to the store on 5/5/21 at 3pm. There were three guys inside the store by the front counter. One older gentleman was at least half way wearing a mask. Another older gentlemen along with a customer (a fellow Asian, which I was surprised with) were not wearing any mask at all.Sorry, I believe in this day and age it is NOT asking too much to wear a mask inside a store that didnt seem to have any doors or windows open for ventilation. I did wait a good 10 minutes outside to see if perhaps it was a momentary issue, but no luck.I went to Mr. Jays to purchase my wolf product. Sorry, I wanted to support local, BUT they are not supporting the community by not wearing a mask inside a store.

What a great experience! Super selection and prices but the jewel of the store is Larry Nathan. A wealth of knowledge, fantastic personality and incredible customer service. We left feeling as though we got the best appliances for the best deal and exactly what met our specific needs. More importantly we felt like we just made a new friend!

Awesome local store...They were very inviting, had great prices, and even better extended service warranties than the big box store. Their service has been top notch, and if there is ever a problem they follow up to make sure you are well taken care of. I will absolutely buy all my appliances here moving forward. Dont step into this store. Larry, one of the owners is a horrifying person. When we first went to the store he was nice and said anything he needed to say to make business. He gave us some rebates and we purchased appliances for over $ 7,000 from him. His service after the purchase was terrible. When we went in for another purchase and asked him for a reduced price because we had found the product online for a lower price, he started out of nowhere yelling at me ( a woman! ) telling me I should go buy it online and get out of the store, he came very close to me and was pointing with his finger at me in the most horrific way possible while yelling at me. He called me and my husband bastards, penny pinching bastards several times. He kept coming very close, yelling louder and louder. I was terrified, I called my husband immediately so he could hear all of that yelling and swearing and then walked out. I was extremely upset about how he treated me, I was shaking and scared. Never buy anything from this store. Larry is a horrible person who seems to have some real issues.

This store and the owner Larry is extremely unreliable and provides bad customer service. We bought a Bosh refrigerator from him which was delivered with a defect on one of the doors. When we walked into the store the same day, Larry (after he was done yelling at another customer on the phone, BTW) told us that he has already put in a claim for us and took care of everything and it would take 3-4 weeks to receive a replacement door. 5 or 6 weeks after waiting with no updates and replacement, we called Bosh directly and they told us that no claim had been placed by anyone. Of course we had at that point missed the timeframe to put in a claim. This stores lures you in with discounts and then provides the poorest customer service you can imagine and is rude on top of everything. We do not recommend anyone to buy anything from this store.

Ive used them before and had no problem. This time for an install on through-the-wall AC. First I gave measuments to Anthony, who never got back to me. 3 days later, Wednesday, I stopped in the store and Larry set me up for an install on Friday. He had me pay in full because install was in 2 days, OK. Here we are a week later and its not installed. Ive had to call every day to get install scheduled. I understand rain delays; I understand the unit was damaged upon unboxing and they had to replace and reschedule- except they didnt bother to call me because its their busy season. Today, 10-days after paying in full I walked in the store and was about to tell him Im willing to have it installed on Saturday even though its Shabbat. Before I could do so he said he doesnt care about (religious day conflicts).... We parted ways.

A guy called Larry is very inflexible and not at all friendly. Other reviews says the same. Why is he even there ?! If you are unfortunate to get him go elsewhere would be my recommendation !

Nice guys and I thought it was a great store to do business with. But unfortunately in the end I am not happy with follow through.
