Great 👍🏻 Service !! My tire pressure light were on . The dealer were charging me $400 . They were telling me it’s a tire sensor! I took it to this service station 🚉, this guy mike help me reset the light & he checked all four tires, one tire had a screw. So that’s why the tire pressure light were coming on & off ! He fixed it & reset the light for free ! I recommend this place 👍🏻

I came in for an inspection. Mike pointed out that my breaks needed to be changed. He was very professional and I will be coming back in the future.

I took my ford focus to get new brake pads to this shop. They were very helpful and gave me a lower price then what most shops would offer you. the work they did on my car was excellent. i would say its a very honest shop and the repair quality is great.

I recently moved out of Port Washington after 10 years but I still bring my cars back to 99 shore road Shell station in front of King Kullen. The guy named Mike is very fair and inexpensive and honest and does a great job on my cars, as usual. I have been coming for 10 years and am very satisfied with the service and highly recommend it.

I have a Range Rover SUV...My car broke down on Long Island Expressway..I towed the car to Range Rover Dealer in Glen cove...They told me my engine is not good anymore...Its going to cost me $ 8300 to fix it..I could not afford to pay $ 8300...So i towed the car back to my parking garage..The Range Rover was standing there for two months...I always bought my gas at the shell station on shore road, the one in king kullen parking lot,. I spoke to the manger there...He told me he would like to look at it...He towed my Range Rover from my house at no charge...He diagnosed it..he replace the timing belt and water pump,and what ever else was wrong with it for $ 1350 and my Range Rover started running like a brand new Truck...i am very impressed by there service and their honesty... i will highly recommend you this place if you want to save money.and, time.i thank the staff at this place for all there hard work, and i recommend them to every one

I went in to get my NY State Inspection which he advertised to do for $19.99He asked me for the new license plates and I gave them to him.After the NY State Inspection was completed, he installed the license plates and then gave me a bill for $69.99 (19.99 for NY State Inspection and $50 for license plate installation!!!) I told him that he should have mentioned that price for license plate installation before hand, but he was rude and said he need not have. I asked him to remove the license plates and only charge me for Inspection. He said he will do so, but charge the entire $37 for Inspection. There are other places who do the Inspection for $37, but will provide you with free tire rotation. Try going to one of them.

The owner of this gas station is a thief. Obviously, the positive reviews of this business are written by the same person. Dont be fooled. Avoid this service station at all costs.A mechanic of his intentionally sabotaged our vehicle, ruining a family vacation and resulting in hundreds of dollars of loss.The owner/manager is Syed Husain, though is referred to by other names, I suspect in order to remain elusive.I politely asked him help resolve my complaint, only to have a meeting scheduled for another day. He never showed up. When I caught up to him the lied and denied any malfeasance, never having even heard me out or looking at the part that his mechanic damaged.Do yourself a favor and avoid this station at all cost!

The owner totally ripped me off. My car didn’t start so I took my car for repair. He charged me $180 for the battery replacement ($60 for inspection + $120 for battery), it’s obviously overcharged. He also said I need to change the alternator, which costs $400 to $500.Next day, I took my car to another repair shop. I was told I don’t need to change the alternator, just need cleanup and everything is fine.Avoid this place.

Stay as far away from this place as possible. The owner/manager Kirmani is a scam artist. The work is never done on time as promised and the word estimate does not exist in this guys vocabulary. He will say anything not to give you a price up front. I asked for everything in writing BEFORE any work was done but he just would not do it. If you see the customers waiting around here, they are fuming with anger. That tells you something about how this place works. There is another Shell garage owned by the BOTTS brothers one block away that gives a million times better service and customer satisfaction.

This place is a sham, the indian people there are nice, but the mechanics are sheisters

Avoid this place.They ripped me off. I asked them safety inspection, and it was done within 1 hour. They charged 2 hour labor charge since average price for inspection is higher than 1 hour labor. It doesnt make sense al all, I strongly recommend not to ask them to do inspection.
