Always very clean and not crowded. Staff is always there when you need it. Unlike other targets, this one is definitely not as big, so they have a much smaller inventory, but they still have a relatively good selection of things. This is my go to store, especially during covid, as its definitely not as crowded and cleaner than other targets. All the staff are wearing masks which is a big plus.

Waited over 30 minutes in line for an online order for 3 new employees to figure out how their return system works. Educate your employees or put more intelligent people to work areas that should take a first grade reading level to understand

Convenience. While a small store, this Target is close by and does carry many items Im looking for. Ive always found the staff friendly and helpful.

Target is at walking distance to my house! The store is clean and very organized display! Staffs are warm, nice and helpful!

Great selection of items since it is such a small store. Workers know there stuff. All the checkout counters are self check out so the lines move slow. But probably only this busy because it just opened.

Cashier/associate was exceptionally courteous and efficient. He came over to help me right away and processed the refund in seconds. I was out of the store in 3 minutes... so appreciated and important during a pandemic.

Everyone is so helpful and the place looks nice and clean. The woman at the self check out is an absolute gem. Friendly and so helpful. She deserves a HUGE bonus!

Unhelpful. They have some good employees but target as a whole is a selfish company. They refuse to help the community. I was in there to purchase food for a single mother of 2 children who has covid. They wouldnt help me in any way provide for them.

There was a new woman working today (pretty sure her name was Maria) and she was so sweet she really seems like she wants to help out the customers.

The process was easy and seamless. The price was better than competitive. The product was in stock and ready as soon as I placed the online order. The staff was courteous and polite. Did not have to wait long for the in-store pickup once I arrived.

Its a fun little Target that I get tasty snacks from if Im in that town. The shelves are always stocked, employees are very friendly, and its really clean here. Its a small format Target, so it doesnt carry all the items a regular Target does, it doesnt have a Starbucks/Pizza Hut/Target Cafe, and theres no registers operated by cashiers. They do have self checkouts though and guest service is right next to the self checkouts, so thats pretty convenient. The plaza its located at, in its current state, has barely any stores, but thats not a problem for me. All in all, its a cute, tiny, Target thats a nice addition to the town.

I love our new target store so much ! Even though it’s small but it’s okay. Port Washington is a small town not to much huge stores or like company’s in our town only rid ad and stop&shop. After school as a kid is fun to look around. Got almost everything you need to get. I’m very proud that we now have a target in our town.Hopefully more stores will come to our town.

Constantly raising there prices on baby formula always had enfamil neupro 8oz ready to use $12.95 then raised the price in March to $14.99 now in April $17.99 and also this store always has the prices higher On the shelves always have to price match on there website for the same item in store that’s always couple dollars higher And cheaper on there website.. DISGUSTED that there taking advantage of the current situation all they care about is making $

Very convinient and organized. They have fresh grocery and the Staff is super friendly. Checkout is quick and easy. Always have a lot of deals going on.

Price and quality plus shopping ambiance, problem is the self-check out experience. applying coupons and even normal check out often times requires staff on duty to come assist according to screen prompt. Whats the point of the self-check out then?

As it is only a small format Target store, I was expecting much fewer departments than a regular large scale target. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find many of the products that I can find in a regular Target. It certainly doesnt everything. But it has everything I need. I find it to be a welcome addition to our town!

This Target has less than half the stock of an average sized Target. This location doesnt have Samsung phone cases or sun visor hats. Actually they have almost no hats at all. They also dont have womens gym shorts OR an aisle for pets either.ALSO it is WAY too cold in there. Even for the summer.If it wasnt the only Target in the area, I would never go back.

They will blatantly profile you and stalk you around from the moment you walk in, to the moment you check out. The cashier will even press an alert button for no other reason than the fact that you are dark. Dont go here.

Targets food items are getting better, especially the Market Fresh selection. Some meats are the best deals in town.

I was at the Jewelry counter and Moj was serving me. She is an excellent sales woman. Moj is very eager to please, knows her merchandise and has great customer service skills. I strongly recommend your store promoting her and giving Moj a significant raise!

Looks great as you walk in but it is very small and doesn’t have everything you would want. Still a great addition to a town that has no place to get stuff you can get here!

Horrible store they have empty shelves, today I ran in for a card they had no envelopes for the cards! And the woman directing people for register today was extremely rude, there is no excuse I was the only person in line. I will make it a point never to walk in that store again.

Really nice addition to retail in PW. Huge selection and fast checkout. What more can you ask? Not as much sale section as other Targets but terrific groceries.

Great store for a great town. May not have as many things as a regular Target but enough for some essentials. Staff and management were great especially when we were getting formula for the baby. A Must visit for anyone in town instead of trekking to westbury.

I didnt receive all the items requested. I got a cat litter box container to only bring it home to find that it did not have the cover. I originally ordered this at a different target to only find out that first location (westbury) did not have my item in stock AFTER purchasing and selecting that location. RIDICULOUS. I had to drive all the way to Port Washington to get the item in stock. COME ON. If I purchase it online, then have it in that store. Reserve it and put it in the back, especially if a customer already purchases the item online prior to pick up. WHAT A SCAM.

Customer service is very bad. Blond old supervisor is rude she doesn’t how to speak to customer she needs more training. I had do an even exchange and I asked a cashier I have a even exchange do I leave the item here so it doesn’t me look like a shoplifter and she’s made stand on a busy like to ask a question and then to make the exchange I had to get on the like again. And there’s no one on the floor and even if you find someone they don’t know anything.
