Really great people. Went in for an adjustment on two watch bands and a battery replacement for watches purchased somewhere else. They were quick to make the adjustments & replace the battery and for far less than expected. All with a smile.

It is an absolute experience going to the shop to see everything they have and the prices are extremely fair. If you like to buy silver and gold they always have lots of it. Every holiday for my mom or wife I always make sure to stop in and they find me the best for them and not paying those high retail prices at the mall that dont backup their jewelry. I took two pieces of jewelry to The Estate for engraving, and they did a phenomenal job. I was immediately welcomed when I walked in, and asked how I could be helped. The woman took time to assist me with which fonts would best suit my pieces. This really meant a lot. Some places act as if you are a bother, at The Estate you feel appreciated!The engraving was done in just a couple of days. I will definitely be back for more jewelry repair, and to browse the lovely selection of jewelry they have! It feels nice to support a locally owned business. Charming and professional!
