They helped me hook up a vintage Kenwood power amp to a modern Yamaha AVR. My main channels have never sounded so good (Thanks John) I look forward to upgrading my home theater to 8k with them.

Extremely helpful and honest gentlemen over here. I run a yoga studio that was out front of their first location and they have saved my butt numerous times at the last minute when our audio system would go out. I ended up in Kalamazoo for an afternoon and stopped in as brick-and-mortar audio stores are becoming increasingly hard to find. I met Chris, one of the sales persons, and he couldnt have been nicer. He took his time and walked me through their well-curated selection of products. Chris was knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate - a rare combination in sales these days. Easily one of the most enjoyable visits Ive ever had at premium audio dealer.

Great place for anyone new to the audio hobby, to the seasoned listener. John and Chris are excellent representatives for the audio community, with knowledge and first rate service. I have appreciated all the solid advice and the great music suggestions. Bring a good playlist is all I have to add.

John was a great guy to deal with and really spent the time to explain how different parts of the turntable would effect the listening experience. Highly recommended and Ill be back in the future for speakers and a tube amp.
