Love their products, but I prefer the Kalamazoo store to this location because of the staff. The staff are more helpful & friendly at the Kalamazoo location than the Portage. I find the Portage employees can ve rude, & they stare & make customers feel uncomfortable while theyre shopping.

My first time there, I asked a lot of questions, the lady took her time to show me exactly where to find everything I needed. Great service, goid prices.

Good place for inexpensive hair care products. Sometimes certain staff seem annoyed if as them a question.
