I was about to make an online order but I called ahead about inventory for pickup. The guy I talked to said I should just come in and they would make the battery I needed. I told him I wanted to get the online discount so I would order online and bring the order in. He said that wasnt necessary and that if I mentioned it in person they would give us the discount in-store. My husband went. Mentioned the discount and this whole exchange. The woman working there refused to honor the promised discount. So that was disappointing and trust-breaking. I dont like being misled like that. We bought the battery anyway because even without the discount their prices are very competitive.Update: the battery works great, though! It was for a power wheels car and it has plenty of zip and the charge is long-lasting. Probably even better than a battery straight from fisher price.Another update: a store associate contacted us less than a week after I posted the review above, apologized for the confusion, and offered to send a check for the amount the discount wouldve been. Its rare you find a business so determined to satisfy every customer! I feel much more comfortable recommending them to everyone I know now, and Ill definitely seek them out for future battery needs.

Battery plus put a new Battery in my iPhone 6 and replaced a screw that was missing, they put my case back on my phone for me, I am very satisfied with the service provided me.

I went in to pick up an online order and was not greeted when I entered. The guy behind the counter said he would be with me in a minute and just kept staring at his computer screen. Another employee went behind the counter, but she didnt bother to offer to help me. When I was finally able to tell them I was here to pick up an online order (I had an email telling me it was ready), they just walked over to the shelf to get the product. I could have done that. I didnt save any time by ordering online and was treated rudely and indifferently.

Ordered a duracell battery. When I got to store they had substituted a unheard of no brand at the full price. Without asking or telling me. Obviously I did not take the battery because it was not what I ordered. Waste of time and gas to find it out.

The staff quickly took care of me on both visits I made to the store with an issue I was having with my car battery. The website was very easy to use, and even one employee encouraged me to look there for better deals that the store itself was unable to offer me. Thankful to have been taken care of in such a wonderful way, I truly felt like the employees cared about me as a customer and as a person.On other visits to the store, the employees and service was also wonderful as they replaced the battery in my key fob for my vehicle. They do have pretty much any battery you need. The people are helpful and friendly. The only concern I had was their pricing. I think they tend to over charge. But if your in need and in a hurry they can help.

I always bring my iPhone into Batteries + Bulbs because Apple refuses to fix anything, they prefer you buy a new phone even if you only need a battery. This visit I brought my iPhone and my dads. It was an easy drop off and pick up situation. Love this service.

Customers please read....I went to the shop to purchase batteries for several watches, I asked the person at the counter to assist me in purchasing the correct batteries, he told me that would be $9.99 to open the watch to see what would be the correct battery for the watch. That is crazy as I was going to purchase the batteries and they were going to make money from that purchase. I asked him again very nicely to assist me and he said NO and offered me a little blade to open it on my own (which I could have been cut on). I was the only person in the store at the time and there were 2 people working. Apparently they do not know the meaning to customer service. Please do not waste your time, I went to another local business and they were willing to help with smiles on their faces and for a lesser price.

Ive always had such a good experience here. My car was giving me a low battery voltage warning letting me know the battery was getting near the end of its life. I looked around, and as usual, B+B had the best quality battery at the best price. I ordered online, proceeded to take the battery out of the car, then drove over (in the other car) to pick up the new battery. It was waiting on the counter for me as I walked in the door, so it was a super quick in and out. My car works like its supposed to now. Thanks guys!

I went in to get my galaxy 6 screen fixed. The screen came with a year warranty! The price was very reasonable. The staff was very friendly which I appreciate! After getting the phone back from being repaired I noticed the adhesive didnt set in the screen. I contacted them and they fixed my phone with no problems at all! Great at first...My daughters both had their iphones for a few years without any damage and then all of a sudden one drops hers and the screen shatters. Took it to Batteries Plus, got the repair, good as new...or so we thought. My oldest daughter then drops her phone and cracks screen. Took it to Batteries Plus since we had good experience. Fast forward couple of months and both girls have shattered screens again. Both have nice phone cases and both dropped from small distances. I dont think the quality of the screen is up to specifications as the original glass.

They had what I wanted, but I walked out hating the experience. I called ahead asking about a motorcycle battery, which they had, and a acid fill up on a smaller one. The person on the phone said they would fill up my small battery for free since they were filling up a larger one I bought at the same time. Then I get there and the guy says we dont just give away free product, suggesting I was lying to him and trying to pull one over on him. He didnt even ask who I spoke to. I will not be going back and I will be doing the opposite of recommending this store.

Went in for a battery....waited for the one and only worker to finish up with his customer and as soon as he was done with her he told me to leave because they were closed....I was in there before closing time, I was being courteous to you and your customer.....then you refuse my commission? OK then...long story short, I wont be going back.
