There selection was extremely limited, UNLESS OF COURSE U WANT TO SPEND $125-$250 FOR ONE PAIR OF SHOES!!Where did all the selection u were known for go foot locker?!?

Employees just ignored us. Four of them just standing between the two stores on thier phones. Very unprofessional.

Due to COVID19 I understand it’s a very long wait on the phone for most customer services But at least you get to wait on the line to get a hold of somebody to speak with unlike Foot Locker that it doesn’t even ring and just says welcome to Foot Locker that their call centers are receiving a high volume of calls and then tells you have a good day and hangs up on you. Yet I still can’t reach Foot Locker through a chat or an email for a freaking order from about a week ago and have not received any other updates besides order confirmation at least my money wasn’t taken out of the bank yet. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE take your money elsewhere!!!!!Champs, Finish Line, Shoe Dept. Encore. Are way better places to shop!!!

Had a reservation for black and gold Jordan 12s and when I went to pick them up they said they received “half the shipment” due to covid and raffle issues. It’s been 2-3 weeks and still haven’t even received a call after they took my phone number to let me know when they were in. Pretty sure they backdoored the shoes and lied to me and multiple customers who had reservations. Along with all of the hassle to even get someone to assist me. Honestly wouldn’t recommend.

That place is not a good place of customer service took forever to get my change which was only. 40 but the cashier left the drawer open and left to get a manager to get the change and then he took forever. Everyone in there was eating no greeting from anyone thats the second time I had such bad experience

Walked in, several associates working and not one person greeted me. I picked up shoes off the wall, no one approached me. By far the worst customer service Ive ever seen at a FootLocker store.

Was there the other day and I cant really explain the feelings of unwelcome that I received when I entered. I understand its retail and sucks but it was immediately upon entertaining that I felt unwelcomed. overheard under a breath why did you even come here. didnt really bother me because thats childish but seems odd to treat a customer this way. asked a question and got a slumped out answer, annoyed that I even asked. Im glad I didnt spend money here. I took it to another location within the very same mall. wouldnt recomend visiting. there are many other options.

Terrible service!! There were at least 4 employees there, but I was basically ignored. They acted as if I was annoying them when I asked about the size of the Air Jordan 12s I intended to buy. They had my size, but due to their terrible behavior I went upstairs to Finishline (whose service/behavior was the total opposite) and bought the same pair of Air Jordan 12s from them instead. Those funny acting idiots at this store just missed out on $200 LOL

The salesman seemed really inconvenienced to have to find the mate to the shoe in the store of the pair that I wanted. In the time it took him to hunt it down I found the pair $20 cheaper in a couple of online stores. I was still going to buy them because he has gone trough the trouble, but when I got up there to pay, the other sales associate was slow to stop what he was doing and started helping someone else in the middle of the transaction. I also had an appointment to make, and needed to leave. Sorry guys, wanted to buy shoes from you at a brick and mortar location, but it shouldnt be this frustrating.

Most of the employees are to busy trying to flirt or they were conversating with people tbey know. Customer servuce was terrible so we went to Finish Line to spend our money!!

I cant believe Ive ever shoped at your store! The fact that your employees watched a guy violently take a child from his mother yesterday is appalling! Your employees are pathetic. They were pleaded with to call security or the police and refused to do so! I am beyond sick to the core that any company would have employees not only refuse to help but laugh about the situation. Do not be surprised when nobody is there to help any of them Good forbid they need it!!! Some sort of response would be appreciated!!!

I like the staff and the store is great for adult shoes but the kids selection is not very plentiful and when I do find one I like, they never have the size I need making me go dont he other stores. Wish they would get it together.
