The previous owners of our home used Crawford Oil for their LP tank so we decided to keep service with them and we have not been disappointed!! Every time I call, I talk to someone friendly and helpful. They say they’ll get there in the next 5 business days, but usually come the same day!I also love the blogs on their website (which also get emailed to me). They’re very informative and keep me up to date with what is going on in the propane world and how it affects me as a customer.Thank you for providing excellent service! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

We switched to Crawford about 2 years ago and are extremely happy with their service. Very friendly and efficient. We had a plow cut our lines 2 winters ago and they came immediately to fix the line good enough until spring thaw came and they could come back to do it underground. They even moved the tank to a new location for us. We would definitely recommend them.

These folks keep it simple. I call them when I need LP, and they send a truck with LP to fill my tank. Prices are very competitive, and the staff (from office staff to delivery drivers) are first rate. On more than one occasion I was amazed how quickly they delivered (even though they were aware that I was not close to running out). I wish they delivered at my new location.

They have been excellent! the last two times I ordered gas from them they said they would have it delivered the next day. but less than an hour later the truck roles in because it was in the area.

Great service..never had any problems and prices are pretty good.

Good company however if you use there tank you will be Penilized for doing a Good thing by conserving your usage They have a Low Usage fee mine was $42.20 will be looking for my own tank and or a new Company to work with..I Guess its all about the principle they always say conserve ya do and get charged for it so much for Savings....

We are experiencing a polar vortex with temps and the wind chill reaching close to -50 I called to see about having a delivery sooner then scheduled. Our furnace was running constantly and I knew we would need a fill before our scheduled one. I called and you responded. Thank you Crawford and your amazing driver who ensured we didnt run out and delivered the same day!

I ran out of propane and the state requires a leak check, but for reason Im required to pay $50. I tried explaining that I have a medical condition that makes leaving the house some days absolute torture, so remembering to check my LP levels isnt a high priority. I tried to see if they would work with me, but they refused. First home, Im not used to having to check the propane and like I said Ive got bigger fish to fry.

A few years ago we bought our 1906 log cabin and these guys have helped us out of tough situations more than once (on weekends, when closed) - filled empty diesel tanks and removed diesel when we had a leak - recommend them to anyone!
