I am recovering from surgery and it was recommended by my PA to increase my protein intake. So I go to GNC and meet Anthony. This guy is AWESOME!! Very personable, very knowledgeable, very professional. He asked me questions about exactly what I was wanting to accomplish and LISTENED! Definitely going back!

Ryan W, the store manager, is an arrogant jerk! I had the product that I had researched for two weeks in my hand, when he said, No! Put it back! If its anything but Wheybolic60, youre an idiot! I asked, Why is that? He replied, Im the store manager. I can say what I want! He also threatened to fire the young lady working with him twice while I was in the store saying, Im the store manager! I dont need a reason! I WILL NOT shop at this store again as long as Ryan W. is the manager.

Ryan the store manager is amazing !! Great people skills and knowledge of the product...Portage is a horrible place to try and staff a store and everyone always seems so angry here..but not Ryan!Love buying products from this guy.

Awesome environment, quality products, friendly staff, this place is amazing and a majority of them know there facts (they have a few new employees so Im giving them time to catch up to the rest of the employees lol) KUDDOS TO YOU ALL AT THE GNC IN PORTAGE!!

Very nice place, you dont feel pressured here... Very knowledgeable staff (there are a couple new ones still learning)...
