Closed.......nice! The 50% off store is closed but sure theyre still accepting donations. How else are they going to pay their CEO a 6 million a year salary? Non-profit charity lol.

The retail store here is 1/2 off every day!! This is also where the corporate office is located. They offer many different programs to help people in the community. There are very kind and caring people working here ready to help.

Goodwill Industries of Southwestern Michigan just reopened. I was encouraged when I saw signs requiring social distancing and masks on the entrance door and the employee wearing a face shield. However, upon entry I saw open public restrooms and no other employees in sight. Two other customers in store were wearing masks, but three additional people came in without masks not practicing any social distancing and there was zero enforcement. ZERO. Even management was NOT WEARING A MASK!!! I also noticed there was no occupancy limit or someone counting how many people are in the store at a time. In addition, there were several patrons flowing in with no masks, and not covering their cough.That one employee had to handle all the customer interactions including money. No one was cleaning carts, enforcing that customers wear a mask, wiping down door handles, nothing. That one employee wearing a mask and those signs on the door are strictly for show and without enforcement and enough personnel to keep space clean, that environment is designed to spread a virus.I am seriously debating calling the Health Department on each branch until this is STRICTLY CORRECTED!!!! I will not return and I plan to strongly encourage others to choose a different thrift store for thrir fonation/job/purchasing needs, and to stay away until these dangerous practices change permanently. I am absolutely irate that a company who preaches about helping others and providing opportunities for all, is putting not just those in desperate need, but EVERYONE at risk!!!! Masks and sanitization only work if everyone practices it. How careless and selfish can a company be, to be willing to endanger the lives if their employees and patrons, as well as anyone who is exposed due to an interaction. This is unacceptable and cruel. I will NEVER deal with this festering cesspool again. It is not worth risking due to zero regular sanitization practices, no social distancing, no capacity limits, and expecting a sign on the door to do the work.

Goodwills prices are too high when you consider that everything is a donation. They need to have more than 1 day with 1/2 off everything in the store. Bring back everything in the huge boxes is 1/2.

Great community services for people in need. Love the GED Adult Literacy Program.

They help so many people with their educations and jobs. They are very professional and great with their employees.

This place is horrible, the manager is very rude. I went to buy my daughter a jacket that was marked 20$ in three different tags, got it to the register and the cashier said it was marked wrong then called the manager for a approval, the manager said it was marked wrong and told me it was 60$. Funny thing the jacket was taken into the back of store never to be seen again... What a farse I will not ever shop there again and I will detour anyone else.

Smaller goodwill with everything half off. Has a Loaves and fishes food pantry on Wednesday fron 2-5:30 pm to help people. This one has lots of clothes, but if you want more of everything, you need to go to Milham or West Main st.

I toured their headquarter facility in Kalamazoo yesterday. Was sooooo impressed with the operation. Loved the 360 degree process to recycle EVERYTHING. Very little goes to waste. Even unacceptable clothing items have an end home. Computers recycled, etc, etc. Excellent training and downline support of clients. So much more. Take a tour and see all the haps. Everything is half off. Most staff is friendly. The last time I shopped here one staff member was extremely rude. I have yet to return to this location. The store also smelled really bad and an employee kept on spraying air freshener as a previous reviewer also stated.

When you get a job there its ok at first but then they screw you over not once but twice I got screwed over first time they offered me a position then after I came back from a two day break to be with my husband since he had hip surgery they gave the position to somebody else. The second time I got a job though them they hired me then 6 to 9 weeks past and the guy that was out on leave came back and they pulled me in the office to ask me where I stand and that my position there was over. Not to mention but I job a interview the second time never once did they mention it was temporary. This place is some bullshit.

Good will for Goodwill. And thats that.

Fumed out with stinky air freshener smelled like insecticide. I couldnt breath in the store it was so strong the person working there continued to spray around store even after I told her it was bothering the customers it was so horrible had to leave because I got a migraine from being in the store.

Its a discount store everything is already priced low and they have sales of 50% off their already amazingly awesome prices.

The person accepting donations was extremely rude and I will never donate there again. EVER!
