I brought my car in for an estimate on my passenger door. They contacted the insurance and coordinated a rental with enterprise. They communicated all the details with me as soon as they could. I literally did nothing. Just dropped my car off.Their work is amazing!!!! My car looks like nothing ever happened. I would recommend a thousand times over. Friendly, fast, efficient, and communicated well!!

They did such a great job on my busted bumper and fender!!! But what I love most is their CUSTOMER SERVICE. Chad was so welcoming, energetic, and understanding that I didn’t have transportation to and from the repair shop. Their driver here was also really nice. I noticed they also cleaned the interior of my car, including the trunk that had all the broken parts of my bumper! Amazing!!!

Chad and the team were highly responsive and on top of every aspect of getting my car repaired after being sideswiped by another driver. It couldnt have been a more seamless experience for me - they coordinated with insurance, had the rental car company waiting at the auto body shop when I dropped off my car, provided timely and detailed updates, and most of all, did a great job on the repairs. Hope I dont have the need for any body work done in the future, but if I do, I would 10/10 head back without a doubt.

Chris at Central Auto Body gave me updates on the progress of my car, and told me what what’s left to do to get the car repaired, and best of all he said my car would take two weeks to repair he had it repaired 6 days before the two week mark and I got the car back and I can’t even tell that it’s been involved in an accident

It is overwhelmingly apparent that they both uphold the highest level of standards regarding their work - and overall customer experience as a whole.I brought my car to Central Auto Body to have them remove my damaged rear bumper, paint and install a new bumper, as well as replace some related trim pieces. Our almost new Highlander was damaged and Central Auto Body did a great job from beginning to end. They used factory Toyota parts and the paint job was excellent. We had a Mylar “clear bra” that needed to be installed at a separate time but they kept it over the weekend so it could be installed before we picked it up. They left the interior of the car cleaner than when it was new! I would highly recommend Central Auto Body.

I am very impressed with the service I received here. My Porsche was hit by another car and had a dent in the bumper. Allstate referred me to Central Auto Body and I am so glad they did. They looked at my car right away and I was able to bring it in a few days later for the repair. While my car was being fixed Chad called me with updates on the progress. Chad oversaw the entire repair and his communication was excellent. They even washed my car before I picked it up. After the trauma of an accident, Central Auto Body was the best in helping to put an awful experience in the past. They were extremely professional and attentive during the whole process, keeping me informed on the process of my car and delivering it earlier than expected. I was involved in a hit and run on New Years Day, great way to start the New Year, right?When I initially took it into Central Auto Body, they were so busy they didnt have room on the lot. It seems a lot of people were getting their vehicles repaired from the latest winter storm. Thomas came out and removed the rear bumper cover so I could drive it back home and bring it back when they could work on it.They offered to help arrange a rental car for me but luckily I was able to borrow a friends vehicle for the duration of this incident.All I had to do was fill out some paperwork and then they took it from there. Central Auto Body worked with my insurance company and took care of those details which was a load off of my mind. I asked them what if the insurance adjusters quote was too low and they said they would work with my insurance if the actual repair cost was more than the adjusters quote. Again, a load off of my mind.It took Central 3 days to fix my car from the time it was dropped off to the time I picked it up, very quick in my book.I am very pleased with the job they did aligning the new bumper as well as the paint match.I would definitely recommend Central Auto Body to anybody who needs body work done on their car.

The woman who helped me through the repair process, Amber I believe, saved me $400 by suggesting I see if my insurance company would cover the damage under my compressive policy instead of my collision. I backed into a concert pillar and badly dented the right rear quarter panel. They repaired the damage and you can not tell it ever existed.

Ive been to Central Auto Body a couple times and the last time I needed something fixed I went to the Capitol Hwy location. There was some miscommunication over what I wanted to get fixed which kind of sucks but they were very accommodating and let me come in last minute to get it corrected before I leave for a road trip. Overall they have very good customer service and even though there was a slip-up Id still recommend them.

It is difficult to find a body shop that you can trust. You really dont know how much things cost and how long it takes to do the work. For the most part it is a flip of the coin or where your insurance will allow work to be done. I had a so so experience at another shop and went in search for a second opinion, which led me to Central Auto Body. They had some great reviews online and I thought I would give them a try.From my 1st phone contact I knew I was in the right place, genuine non sales approach to doing business. Brought my car in got an estimate and felt same level of concern from my estimator. Went back to the shop several times during the fix to see the teardown look at what needed to be fixed and shown price of parts online. I was on a budget since car repair was coming out of pocket, guys worked with me and showed me places I could repair vs replace components.If you are looking for genuine personal, transparent car care this is absolutely the place.
