Wow, Womack was fantastic! Had some body damage from falling debris and I booked with them via Allstate. The whole process was seamless and they went above and beyond with their communication. They sent out easy text updates which saves everyone time. Customer service was A+. They took to time to note my concerns and answered all my questions without judgement.On top of all that, they even painted a bit more of the hood (where the damage was) and repaired some paint chips. They totally didnt have to do this since it wasnt part of the damage but, I was grateful to the attention to detail. ALSO, the car came back cleaner than when I dropped it off and they even replaced a headlight that had gone out.While no one wants body damage to occur, if it does, I HIGHLY recommend this shop. Super professional and great detail work. Paint matched perfectly.

Out of all the body shops I’ve used in Washington and Oregon, Womack Auto Body is my favorite. I’ve had two different collision repairs done here. The quality of the work is excellent and they have a great warranty on it. Their customer service is phenomenal. They handled all the communication with the insurance companies, and the rental car company, and myself, and facilitated a very smooth process. I’m also terrible at communicating with multiple parties in a situation like this, but they do an awesome job at staying on top of all the details, and giving consistent updates, in a really pleasant straightforward manner. Such good repair results, and they make the whole process much less stressful. I really appreciate the folks at Womack.

During the winter storm here in Portland, a tree fell on my car and Womack was the auto body shop that my insurance referred me to. Given the amount of damage, I knew it was going to be a long and arduous process, but after speaking to Samuel about the work they were going to be doing I was immediately put at ease. Throughout the whole process they kept in total communication and they were even able to finish earlier than expected. When I went to go pick it up, I was met by James, who was incredibly friendly and educated me once again on all the work they did. I highly recommend this business. And even though I hope I dont see them again LOL...hopefully no more trees crashing onto my car, I would not hesitate to go back if I needed services due to their efficiency, customer service and ultimately the work they completed on the car. The only thing I would ask that improve on a bit is communication, but I will also admit that it was a very busy time so under more normal circumstances that may be a different story. Ive used this place once, my mom backed into my fender they took care of every little thing and then some! Verry pleased they took care of extra dents close to the area I was not expecting to get done. A friend also used to go here all the time and loves the place, will always come back thanks guys

Second time using Womack, first time they did a great job on a cherished 88 VW Westy. My only complaint was that they took it to a radiator shop that installed a non-OEM fan that continues to cause problems. I know parts are hard to find for this vehicle so I just wish I could have had more input on this decision. Second time in with an Outback, Womack turned the job around quickly at a very fair price. I live a few blocks from Mackins but their estimate came in over double! It might be out of the way but Ill definitely use Womack for future auto body repairs.

Womack is a preferred shop for my insurance, USAA. My experience there was rare in that customer service was outstanding. This is the definition of under-promise and over-deliver. Not only did they get my Volvo back looking new, the communication, updates, text messages, and they detailed my car before I picked it up. James explained the process so that I understood what was happening and the role they play in getting me back to driving again. I felt this is a trustworthy shop that works with integrity. HIGHLY recommend this shop!

Got into a car accident near Portland while on a road trip to California. The staff and crew were extremely accommodating and proactive about communicating with me through each step of the way of the repair. The repair estimates for both time and labor were accurate. No surprises. Very straightforward. Would definitely recommend. Great team. Great energy.

Took our Prius to Womack and have absolutely no regrets. The job was finished a day earlier than promised. I was emailed daily to keep me uptodate on the repair. Staff always had time to respond to my questions. The actual repair was stunningly great. And, to add a cherry to my experience: there was free candy and pop in the waiting area. Cant beat that.

I brought my car here after someone had rear ended my vehicle. The employees were very friendly, and helpful. They kept me up to date on what was going on with my car. I received an itemized list of the damage and what needed to be repaired. The repairs were finished earlier than estimated, and Ive been very happy with the work they did. I will be going back to have the front end of my car repaired by Womack.

They didnt fix the hood parts properly and the part where the water comes out to clean the windshield is not working well. And now more than a month has passed and nothing has been done.

The customer service here was terrible. I was asking questions about my estimate and he talked to me like a was an idiot. I have never been through the process before so I was trying to understand it out. He was rude and not helpful at all.

Samuel was my poc when I was in the shop. I really appreciate how quickly they got our car and out in a week. They also have the rental car meet you there for pick/drop off. That saved a bunch a time. They were awesome to work with on the repairs.

Recently had my Acura ILX rear door fixed here. This place has incredible customer service and communication. The whole staff is very friendly. Experienced a hit and run and got my car into Womac the same day. My car was ready earlier than promised and everyone was very professional and communicated well. My only regret was not helping myself to the free sodas in the waiting area.

My front bumper was hit in an accident and they replaced it with a brand new one in only one day. Looks better than the original. Would recommend to anyone looking for autobody work. James took care of me and they were fast and professional.

Amazing attention to detail.

Our Terrain only had some minor damage. Womacks was thorough in their inspection to make sure there was no hidden damage. They communicated very well, kept us apprised of the progress, and finished earlier than expected. The quality was good. Our only hiccup was that some of the seams were not flush. When we pointed these out, they pulled the vehicle back in and had then fixed in less than 10 minutes. Working with them was easy. Jamie was very professional and kind. I do reccomend them and will use them again.

This is the first time Ive ever worked with an auto body shop. I chose them mainly because their good reviews and because I live within walking distance from the shot.Joe was amazing. I work until 4:30 every day, and rushed there one day after work to get an estimate. Joe stayed late to get me an estimate.Once Id gotten all the insurance business worked out, I dropped it off for repairs on a Monday afternoon (again, right before closing).Tuesday morning around 8:00am Joe called to let me know there were additional repairs needed once they took my car apart. Pretty standard for body work.Joe was right on the ball and got approval for the additional repairs from my insurance adjuster right away.By Friday afternoon at 4:00pm my car was finished. The paint work on my bumper matches perfectly, and they used dealer parts. Youd never know anything happened.And, I didnt have to pay one penny out of picket. The job was done as quoted and on time. And again, Joe was super nice and very communicative.I would absolutely recommend them and use them again if I need body work.

Womack has repaired/restored ALL of my cars plus my fathers and brothers vehicles since the mid 90s. Weve trusted them with major collision repairs, small rear-enders, dings, dents and even a hood re-paint after my wife noticed that I had accidentally spray painted white paint on our black Ford Escape (fun times). With every project, the cars came back looking and working better than before.The only thing that exceeds Womacks precision work and amazing craftsmanship is their customer service. Joe and team are incredible at the business they perform. They take the stress out of the repair process. Communication was flawless and my 2008 Toyota Sienna was repaired and returned to us 4 days ahead of schedule. Quality workmanship and they even cleaned the van inside and out. It felt good driving out of their shop! I cannot recommend this shop enough. I wish more businesses operated like this.

I was in 2 different not at fault accidents this year. Like everyone else the first accident I read the reviews. I saw a few bad reviews and was kinda skeptical. I decided to go with them anyways to fix my car. It was the best decision I made. The staff is super friendly and out going. They treated me with respect and looked me in the eye when talking to me. They made sure that I was taken care of, they even took the time to make sure my rental vehicle was ready for me to be picked up. They even called me to give me update of what was going on and let me know about addition damages and took pictures of it to show me. With this last accident I was involved in there was no hesitation on where I was taking my car. Their work is 100% life time guaranteed as long as you own your car. If I can give them more than 5 stars I would. Thank you for doing amazing work. I hope I never have to take my car into a auto body shop ever again, but if I do I know where I am taking it.

My car started leaking after repair work done by another GEICO approved body repair shop. After bringing back my vehicle three times to the first shop I finally asked GEICO if I could take it to another place. Im so glad I chose Womack. Tasha has kept me updated and reassured throughout the process. My vehicle is not completed yet, but the difference in customer service is night and day and greatly appreciated.Update: Car is leak-free, door is finally correctly aligned, and Womack worked directly with the insurance company to take care of the billing/rental. Couldnt be happier with Womacks service!

Great shop. They did 15k worth of work to my 4 month old Nissan Armada and I couldnt be happier.Here I am a year later, dealing with insurance (still) and they were more than happy to go out of their way to fix some small issues that were discovered, and even fix a couple things that they were not responsible for.Randy you are awesome and I appreciate all you and Womack has done for me. STAY AWAY! Do not get your car repaired here if your car is worth more than $10k! Awful shop, cuts corners, uses aftermarket parts. They side with the insurance company to keep costs down. They do not look after customers best interest.I took my car there and Joe barely looked at my car and gave me a BS estimate to the liking of the insurance company. I took the care somewhere else to get it done right.

I had my rear bumper replaced and the paint job was horrible. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is when I took it back Jonathan did a great job of fixing it the best he could. It was a really simple task that should have been fixed before I ever saw it.

Unfortunately we have pretty bad luck when it comes to our vehicles being hit. Fortunately we had a friend refer us to Womack. Our first visit to them was probably over 10 years ago when we needed a new fender replaced on our 2000 F150. To this day the finish on that fender is spectacular. Since that repair we have had damaging break-ins, parking lot hits, rear-enders, etc. all repaired at Womack and have never had a complaint. We are not sure what they pay their paint guys, but Im sure it isnt enuogh. We have referred many friends and family to Womack over the years and they thank us every time the subject comes up. The employees have always been personable, professional, friendly, fair, and expedient. Myself and all that I have recommended them to, highly recommend Womack.

The people are incredibly nice and friendly and a pleasure to speak with, however, after an accident, they told my insurance company to recommend totalling out my vehicle for economical purposes and said it would cost $3000 to fix and the vehicle wasnt worth it. When in reality, Ive fixed it myself for $250 so Im not really sure where they got that extreme number and why they listed the parts to be replaced that they did. We werent rebuilding the entire front end of the car. It only needed an axel and the driver side suspension replaced. So a little frustrated and upset that they totaled out a vehicle because of steep prices essentially. For minimum damage, I now will forever have a salvage title on my car for a busted axel and suspension. I understand labor costs and all, they have to get paid too, but considering the low cost of parts, and the parts that were actually needed versus what they said were needed, I pretty much got a total loss decision based on labor costs and upcharges. To add, my mechanic who worked on the vehicle said there was absolutely NO reason to total out this vehicle and that I should have gotten a second opinion from someone else because there is ABSOLUTELY NO reason this vehicle should have been totaled out.

Okay it took me forever to write this review! I kept on putting it off for the longest time and I finally am writing this review because every time I drive my car it reminds me of how awesome Womack Auto Body shop really is.A couple of months back sometime in June I got into a car accident while trying to avoid a truck that had swerved into my lane, I ended up rear ending another vehicle and completely damaging the front portion of my car. The hood was scrunched up, the bumper almost falling off, the headlights smashed, the radiator bent and the main frame was pushed in by the impact at least an inch or two towards the engine, luckily both me and the other driver where okay but not my car! Anyways I later on found out that my insurance was not renewed and that I was not covered at the time of the accident, so I had to pay for both mine and the other cars repair expenses.Every auto body shop I went would give me an insane quote around the price range of $3000 to $4000 which is right about the price range I bought my car! So I was really losing hope and was about ready to salvage my car when by boyfriend told me about Womack. Before I go on let me just say that I was not all that worried about the cosmetic defects on my car I was more concerned about safety and it being able to run. Anyways, I took my car into Womack and I talked to Brocks (can’t remember the last name) one of the representatives at Womack and asked for a quote for both new and used parts. He was extremely helpful and very understanding of my situation. I told him that I was more concerned about safety and it being able to run, so we decided to adjust the main frame, straighten the radiator and put on the headlights and leave the bumper, paint job, and hood for another time. Brocks gave me a much lower price range than other auto body shops, but I was not completely excited because I knew I was gone have to spend more money to fix the hood and bumper.The day I went to pick up my car was one of the most amazing days for me (as far as this summer goes.) Womack not only made my car drivable but they made some major adjustment to the hood and bumper to the point where you can’t even tell that the car was in an accident unless you looked really close! And they didn’t’ charge me extra!!!Womack did an amazing job to say the least! It was a wonderful experience dealing with the people there, they were extremely polite, understanding, fare, honest, professional and they got the job done in a timely manner. I am extremely impressed and very grateful to them, and most of all very glad that there are still some businesses out there like Womack Auto Body that try to make an honest living and not rip people off. Thank you Womack and thank you Brocks, it was a pleasure doing business with you!
