Mr. Kim was calm, professional, thorough and very honest. Starting in the evening when he emailed to apologize for a car being listed that had been sold, to less than eight hours later when he called me to let me know what was available, I felt deeply impressed by his knowledge and care. He delivered a car to my doorstep for an unbeatable price. 11/10, I will be referring everyone I know to Mr. Kim and Tonkin.

Central Sales was the easiest and fastest car buying experience I have ever had! I will never go back to the other way of buying a car again, or let anyone I know go anywhere else besides Central Sales! The best part of this was that I didn’t have to go to a dealership. Stacy brought the car out to my work for me to look at on my lunch break and once I decided I wanted to purchase it, she took care of the rest. Tonkin central sales has the best customer service. I recently had my car die on me and was in the market for a used one. I contacted Tonkin Central Sales to get the process started. I looked at a lot of cars and thought I had settled on one. Christopher Mueller the sales associate I was in contact with not only got me an amazing deal, but showed me the same car I was looking at in better condition and less miles. Christopher Mueller made the whole process hassle free and out the door quickly with a beautiful car.

I just purchased a 2005 Toyota Camry from Tonkin Central Sales without ever seeing a dealership showroom floor. I did it all literally from the comfort of home. They brought the cars I was interested in to me for test drives, and, once I decided on the Camry they brought the paperwork to me with the car all gassed up and ready to go. Central sales was fantastic! They are honest and no pressure (two truly unique qualities in the car sales world). Stacy was so very patient through the entire process with our family and followed through on every little detail. The best part of this process was not wasting endless time at a dealership! I was referred to Ron Tonkin Central Sales from several people because of their positive experiences. Mine was completely different. The issues I have had so far are as followed:-The Salesman showed up two hours late to our appt., causing me to have to switch my work schedule.-The gas light was on when he showed up for the test drive and I barely made it to the gas station.-Although I was the one who applied for the car, when they printed the paperwork for me to sign, the co signer showed as the main person for the car. They first told me that they typed that by accident, then said it was because the cosigner had a higher credit than me and offered me a better deal for my loan (although the quote they originally gave me was based on my credit). The cosigner wasnt present when I bought the car, but when he later questioned the Salesman, he said it was a new law that was changed and that it doesnt matter who is the signer/cosigner- they equally owned the car 50/50. Maybe that is true, but annoying that the information I was getting kept changing and now all of the paperwork and contact information goes through who was supposed to be the cosigner.-Unlike what was in the description online, the car had a broken grill, severely scratched mirror and a headlight out. The salesman agreed to take care of the light, but I had to follow up several times with him. After a month of waiting, the blinker is now not working and the trunk is leaking water. I was finally able to get an appt. to have my car fixed and was told Tonkin would take care of it. I just drove 30 miles out of my way to be told from Tonkin that I need to go to a Kia dealership instead, and that if they were to fix it they would charge me.-It also would have been nice to have known that Central Sales was closing instead of avoiding my service, especially since the Salesman originally offered to have the light fixed.Although I got a nice car for a good price, I will never again go through this company.
