Picked up some wind shield wiper blades. Was the only store near me that had both sizes of blades i needed. Then, got a call from the store saying one size was not available but they made it good by giving the next step up items for the same price as the lower items i had originally ordered. Saved me $~15 and gave me better quality. Giving 4 stars due to the inventory issues between store and website.

Excellent service. An employee named Justice there made be feel like he was out there to help me get the best deal possible. I would go out of my way to give NAPPA my business over the rest just because a guy like Justice would be honest with me, even if it meant sending me elsewhere for a better deal. Id still buy it from them for that 😁

I live behind this store. They are very noisy late at night when the residential neighborhood behind them is trying to sleep. The auto part store that was there before Napa came in was always very quiet and courteous and never made late night deliveries or whatever it is they are doing at night- but these people have continually showed that they could care less about their neighbors and even purposely get louder when we complain. As a result, most of us in this area will not shop there.

Out of all parts stores I have certainly been 100 percent disappointed with NAPA on124th and Division. Incompetent and rude lady who doesn’t listen was the final straw! 3 wrong part swaps for a MAF sensor. Twice to the Ford Dealership to verify wrong sensor. The third time I simply went to Oreilly Auto Parts the parts guy listened researched and handed me the correct part. You not only wasted my time and money you have lost my respect for what I have thought was a great business. Never again will NAPA get my business.

I Live near the auto part place and I always hear there loud noise of shipping stuff at night. And they always talking nice and loud. It would be nice if they be a little more quiet at night time when people are sleeping. It’s really getting on my nerves. Can’t they try changing the shipping times for earlier because isn’t the place suppose to be closed.

Order online was good but wrong part

Tim is awesome! Bought brake pads and rotors for my Honda there. I didnt end up needing the rotors so I took them back and he refunded then no problems! That was the most stress free return I think Ive ever had! Thanks Tim!

Great customer service. Tim and justice k n o w their parts! Will be sure and tell my friends and Neighbours about this store too bad its in the location its at. Location is surrounded by undesirables but if you shop at the right time there should be no problem.

Very rude and not helpful. Trying to buy spark plugs for a Honda and they wanted to give me 3 different types and acted like I was being difficult. Im not putting 3 different types of plugs in a car. Thats crazy. Went down the street to a different auto parts store and it was easy. All 6 plugs the same. The brassy loud women does not know what she is doing.

Im usually always pleased with Napa and their customer service and this time was no different.

Went on a very busy major sale day and service was top notch. We didnt feel rushed at all and they made sure we got the right part we needed, which took some time. Also everyone was super friendly, which was awesome considering how busy they were!!
