I have had a major problem with my Nissan Armada. The center console design was faulty and it fell off multiple times over the last 10 years. The dealership farmed out the work to another firm and they did not do a very good job and would not honor their work. This thing has been a HUGE pain and costs me money and time. Ironically, when I asked the original firm to honor their work; they denied it and introduced Rose City to me. I am very glad and thankful for the introduction. I have traveled all over seeking help from body shops, mechanics, even the dealership where I purchased the car from. NO ONE was able to help.Rose City was able to do it and do it well. They fit me in within days and completed the work within one hour. Great work, very fair price, and I am very happy. Will keep their info for future needs.

Couldn’t be happier with the work Tracey did on my Headliner. The headliner was peeling away and looking terrible after years of sun damage. I called several places that quoted me between $750-$1250 and Tracey was by far the easiest to work with and cheapest of the options. $240 and 24 hours later and I have a brand new Headliner! This place is THE best. They quoted me $240 to fix my Mazda sunroof (it would’ve cost that much to diagnose it at the dealership, not including price to fix). When I brought it in, they only charged me $180, 75% of what I was quoted and actually talked me through what they were doing and gave me some maintenance tips. This is the first and only place I will ever completely trust with my car and their integrity. I am so grateful to them for their work today.

Rose City Sunroof is the premier place to have anything you need done to a sunroof. Figure on making a few trips, as they dont stock parts, so if youre missing a part, or one is broken theyll have to order it. I made 3 trips in all to get my FORD F-150 Crew Cab King Ranch done. However, I was in, an out all 3 times only totalled less than 1.5 hrs. They wouldnt quote a price over the phone, which at first annoyed me, but both Tracy & Shelly who are owner operators would rather under promise, an over deliver. They didnt quote over the phone because they never know what thier getting into. After getting quotes from two other outfits, that ended up being more than I ended up paying at Rose City Sunroofs, an I guarantee those other two shops wouldnt have just said Oh by the way, its way less than what we quoted you. Figure your first visit, a quote, unless its something they can do right there, then they will do it. Mine required parts, an it was my choice to go the 2nd time, as mine was leaking badly, so they gave me the option of coming in getting the seal installed, an then they taped it all up so it wouldnt rain in my truck, an then I went back for the other part. Ill never go anywhere else for Sunroof related work, in my opinion, they truly are the best. An theres nothing outside thier skillset, an one shop I did go to first was rude, evasive, an as I found out, way overpriced. You get what you pay for, an in my case, I feel like I got a deal being less than either of the quotes I got over the phone. Im very sure youll be happy with them. Thanks for a job well done guys... Very fast and cost effective service. I have an after market sunroof that wasnt functioning correctly. Within a few minutes the problem was identified and fixed. But it gets better - they checked to ensure the drains were not plugged, readjusted the sunroof slightly, greased the rails, and other over the top service items. And the final price was lower than expected. Highly recommend

My mechanic recommended Rose City Sunroofs when my Suburu was letting as much water in as it kept out. These guys seemed to know their stuff, and were really transparent about what theyd found. (In my case, the rubber gutter of the used car was around 10 years overdo for a good clean out. Dead leaves and such meant the water couldnt drain anywhere other than inside my trunk!)

They replaced the top glass on our Ford Flex. Everybody else I called said the job was too hard, but these folks did it well. I would definitely use them again if needed. Word of warning... they are kind of hard to find. You have to drive around behind the building.

Called and got right in very friendly. Sunroof would not open and within 10 min it worked again. Cleaned and greased everything and made sure the drains were working adjusted and was out in about 45 min. Would recommend.

They took me to Starbucks while I waited for them to do the work and everything was done per agreement. It is rare to find such good service.

Needed my sunroof replaced after a rock took it out on i5. Got it replaced same day for a reasonable rate. Cant recommend enough. Insurance said it would take 4-5 days which doesnt work in Oregon.

I have a 2015 VW Jetta wagon with a panoramic moonroof. This is my second VW, both of which had leaks in the sunroof. MAJOR pain to solve this issue, very expensive if you go through the VW mechanics- I wish I found Rose City Sunroof earlier. They are friendly, SO knowledgable with these issues and amazing service!
