Friendly and helpful staff. I feel like I received a fair amount of store credit for my trade, and Ive found some really great stuff for new baby. Ill be a frequent customer and do recommend.

Brought in over 50 outfits of baby clothes. Stuff from target, Fred Meyers and online. They said they would call me and tell me what they offer but they wait until almost closing time to call back!!!! I live far so couldn’t pick up my stuff in time. It’s b.s and that’s how they get you they wait till last minute to call. So they pretty much scam you! Was offered $12.00

The employees are extremely friendly, the store is clean and organized, and if you are shopping for a baby or toddler, the selection is excellent. I saw an employee steam cleaning clothing (which eases my mind in regards to bed bugs). There is a play area for kids that is equipped with a TV and toys. Above all else I felt like I got a fair price for my trade in and the items I purchased.Really the only negative is that theres very little for kids older than five and the items that they did have in stock for big kids were not the highest quality.

Love Love Love!!!!!!!Perfect prices and great condition of products. I got 5 outfits, beautiful headband, nursing cover, stylish nursing bra (big girl size) pairs of mittens of shame and socks for around $40. The business name changed so dont be confused when you get there.

I been shopping at this store since 2006 at their old location and now at the new one. The owner is very cool lady and staff are very friendly!!! Great place to safe money on the great clothing !! Fancy clothing goes fast:)

I love this place. I have 3 kids and have saved so much money on clothes and baby/kids items. Plus the owner and all the girls that work there are so nice.

Im not sure what any of the negative reviews are actually about. Ive been going here since my 8 year old was 2. The Staff Has been great, minus the times they have to tell people that their cheap clothes are too cheap to resell. I even saw a customer cursing at the clerk because she only received %40 of what they will sell it for. DUH!! A giant sign has all of the info for selling clothes. If you wouldnt buy it yourself, dont even try. As far as the Donate issue with one lady, They have never offered to anyone, that Ive seen, to donate to the Salvation Army. Theyve only asked me if I wanted to Donate the rest. If you ask, they will tell you its for the Quarter Sale at the end of each month. Just because youre to stupid, cheap, or rude to go into a store, doesnt mean the store is bad.Heres a list of items that I have purchased from there...-Pants NB - 5T boys and girls-Shirts The same-Shoes for all four of my kids twice a year-Coats-A high chair ($30 vs $130 in Target)-Matching Bouncers for my Twins-Maternity Clothes for my wife-2 full matching crib bedding sets for the twins-2 toddler beds-More than several bows, hats, socks, sheets, pajamas, and Stuffed animals.Not really sure why so many people have problems, But in my case...This Place Rocks. Theres a kids Play Area and they are totally family friendly. A++++ in my book.

Great selection, I always find something. But if youre going to bring clothes in for a trade, I might go somewhere else. Not 100% sure its the best deal in town.

This is our go to place for baby needs. The staff is super friendly and helpful, great place to find everything you need from toys to maternity wear to bedding and baby furniture.

Giving a two because they didnt even look through the bag of clothes I came to trade in which were in good condition and washed with a few jackets. It was kind of ridiculous. There is one staff member that seems friendly. Some of the prices on things are fair while other items are not so much. The shoes are a decent price.

I love this place. My sisters and I are regulars at this store for exchanging and buying. Yes Ive heard back reviews about this place before (from my in-laws) but every experience Ive had with them has been great. They actually tell you if your clothing or items are stained and have the option of washing them again at home and returning to exchange them later. Ive done this twice now. Most stains will go away with a good wash or wipe down anyway. Every time I exchange something and go back the next day my items have already sold. I will continue to exchange my sons clothes and old toys and such with them.

They mainly take clothes that they personally like not watts in style, some items overpriced, usually a good place to buy used childrens clothes newborn to 12 months slim pickings if you are shopping for bigger sizes.

I love other mothers its the best ever. And very help fun being a single mom struggling with cash cheap close and 25 cent sell love it!

Love this place! Just makes sense to exchange childrens clothing . I do however wish that they had an option of cash or credit when trading in clothing and such.

Not a great selection in the size of baby cloths I needed and prices on some things are rather high. very picky on the baby items they take for trade as well.

It is not worth trading items, but the ladies are nice. Allot of items are reasonably priced it just really depends what your looking for.

Great place for pre-owned childrens items from clothes to strollers.

Nothing but problems since their switch in ownership.Used to come here all the time when it was still called Other Mothers. And it was awesome, i could take my daughters clothes she had grown out of and trade them in for ones that fit. But ever since their change to Baby goods i have run into issue after issue. One veing the prices have raised, ratty shoes will be priced a dollar more than new at payless/walmart. Including finding a few items that have the tags still on them from the original store and the baby goods price is higher than the new tag sitting on it, when i showed it to the worker they lowered the peice equal to the one on the tag.Another one is their ever changing trade in times. I used to be able to stop in anytime they were open and i live in milwaukie now, so it is quite a drive to get there, and 3 times this year i have driven all the way there to be told i was outside of their trading hours. And the hours they currently have only benefit those who dont work during weekdays.Lastly with the customer service and trade ins. Brought a bag of all of my daughters nicer clothes that she does not fit into any more as I have always done I waited 15 minutes and the lady who was looking at my clothes pushed my bags back to me as if she was disgusted and said we are not taking any of these because they are not washed they had indeed been washed and I told her that and she pointed out a very tiny stain on the Hem of one of the shirts and used in insideout pajama as an example of them being dirty I told her maybe my washing machine was not the best but they were definitely clean and she practically rolled her eyes at me and said evidently I felt as if she was treating me like some homeless woman trading in clothes from a garbage can and I could tell that she had not even looked through the bag of clothes I understand if they want them to be in nice folded condition but they can simply explain that for my next trip in instead of belittling and acting disgusted.
