Great servicethe entire staff is very attentive. They ask numerous questions to make sure you get exactly what you need. They also give professional opinions to help make you product better. Im a Portland designer for businesses so do quite a bit of banner and sign commerce. Fastsigns has been on my quote list, but they have always taken days to get back to me.I actually called them this morning to let them know that three other local sign companies had already responded by email to my RFQ, two of them called as well. I called Fastsigns as a courtesy to let them know that everyone else was in and that their name belied their service, again.Instead of an apology or Ill get your quote now, I got a, Were very busy at this store... and a blaming the website quote system.I was just calling as a courtesy, not to harangue anyone. Fastsigns neither apologized or actually gave me a quote.As a professional who works with many Portland businesses, I would have to steer anyone looking for commerce with Fastsigns to somewhere else, unless your project timeline is unlimited.I think that if youre going to do B2B in Portland, you need to have your act together and practice some superior customer service.
