I went to NW Flag & Banner to get a flag case for my Grandfathers funeral flag. I spoke with Monty about the various options and opted for a US made wooden flag case. No pressure to buy, Monty and I exchanged casual and friendly conversation for a few minutes while I made my decision and while he rang me up. My mother was absolutely shocked when I presented her fathers flag to her inside of the case I purchased from NW Flag & Banner on what would have been his 96th birthday. I will be returning to NW Flag & banner to purchase a US flag, pole and mount for my home in the near future.
