So surprised that there are any bad reviews! The owners are great people. Seem very family oriented, friendly and always available to help or give advice. This is my favorite beauty supply store simply because of the customer service. Not understanding the comments stating otherwise..Great prices and great selection for nail supplies. My first recommendation for anyone interested!

I bought a few Whale-Spa pedi chairs from Mr. Tran and Nancy and I could not be happier with my purchase. They are very professional and hard-working individuals. MR Tran helped me with all my questions and concerns from selection chair colors to order updates. Only for licensed professionals, would be nice if it said that online instead of me showing up and reading the sign on the door and not being able to shop. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated

Great customer service. I had an issue with an equipment and the manufacturer is taking forever to help us (me and them) so they gave me a new item while they replace my old one so it doesnt affect my business. I definitely recommend :) Is a beauty supply for licensed professionals.

1st they have everything you need to do some nice nails.

Rude employee and worst customer service I’ve ever had.

Customer service could really use a boost. Youre lucky if the owner asks you if theres something in particular youre looking for.The good: a huge amount of stock in regards to professional nail and waxing supplies. Plenty of options, good bargains (2 for 1), etc. There is a nice variety of professional salon furniture as well. Some of the bargains are expired products but depending on what youre using it for, I find it workable. They have an excellent selection of nail art products and examples of how products are used. There is also an occasional demonstration or class of a featured product.The bad: Things could be better organized and certainly less dusty (this fine, grey grime) lightly covers areas and products not frequently touched. Some products could be better marked or organized for ease of access and ease of pricing.I usually have good luck getting in and out of this place within a short period of time. A new employee was the only one here, as was a patron that was chatting it up with her. I waited for a few minutes up front while they continued to chat. Not only did I *not* get acknowledgement from the employee, the patron made no move to allow me access to checkout. After another 2 minutes, I put my stuff on a shelf and left.Go to Daisy Beauty Supply 2 1/2 blocks away. Youll have better luck at checkout.

Would definitely not recommend this place! Very rude people and they don’t specify that only cosmetology license people can purchase from them.. but I mean it’s 82nd very ghetto store and I hope there business doesn’t last. And all those 5 stars they have, don’t even have comments, so I’m sure their family are just the ones behind those LOL!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Wife and I get all our supplies here for our Nail Salon. Prices very reasonable and they have stayed late to fill our orders. Thank you

Well stocked, BUT they only sell to licensed nail technicians.Not the place for someone looking for general beauty products.No hair products either.

Always good customer service, prices are good however They speak very little English.Make sure you buy what you need as there are no returns or exchanges!

I get tanning lotion there much cheaper than other places ! Works great !

I love this nail supply store, the staff is always super friendly, helpful and sweet. Plus they have anything and everything you could possibly need or want when it comes to doing nails and then some.

Most of the products do not have listed prices on display which makes me think they would charge different amounts to different people. Some of the products are expired. Two employees were hovering at the end of the aisles and kept staring at me as I was browsing at their products as if I was going to steal something. It made me uncomfortable and unwelcomed.

You need it? They got it!? You didnt know you needed it? They got it! Want to see the latest new it thing? They got it!!!
