I began playing pool in 2013, with a cue I picked up from a place in Salem. I did not really feel welcomed when I was there.Then I met Steve and Carissa from Biggelbachs at Chinook Winds during a APA event. They both always had smiles on their faces, answered any questions you had about cues and had a great inventory to choose from. I very felt a strong connection with them, I Had my eye on a cue and I was able to go to the shop after the event and try it out. In 2018 I bought a Pechauer cue with a upgraded low deflection shaft and I love it, I ended up buying the rogue from them when they came out. When my wife needed a new cue, they were the ones WE went to. I bought my wife a pechauer from them as a anniversary present with the Rogue carbon fiber shaft. Since then I have and will only buy my equipment from them. I have picked up the BK rush break cue, Cuetec Propel jump cue, Cue case and I just purchased a beautiful one of a kind Jim Pierce cue with a Revo shaft. Their Commitment, professionalism, and expertise make them the best Billiard Pro shop in the Area. They are true Ambassadors of the game and proud to call them my POOL FAMILY.

I have 3 different shooter cues (all predator) that I have gotten from Biggelbachs. With each of them I wanted an upgraded shaft, first choosing the predator 314, then the Cuetec Cynergy, to the Revo. I have bought cases, claws, gloves and chalk (amongst other items) as well. Every -time Mr. Biggelbach (Steve) works with me to make sure I get exactly what I want. He is knowledgable and flexible. I recently bought a Cuetec Propel from Biggelbachs and Steve spent time showing me the ropes. I recently had a predator shooter (ice) that had some malfunctions. The stick was 2 years old. Carissa (Steves wife) assisted me in all the paperwork to ship it back to predator, due to this I am getting a brand new butt replacement. I highly recommend spending your money at Biggelbachs for all your billiards needs and wants as their outstanding customer service is a rare find in todays world.
