I like that they were doing what they said and charged what we agreed on. All labor was explained in details and I was satisfied with tier help!

I have a 1988 bayliner capris. My boat was not running and had not run in over 1.5 years when it did run it would not go into reverse and had a hard time starting. They took it diagnosed it found the problem and fixed it. Took it out for the first time a week after I got it back and it ran so beautiful. It started right up 1 turn of the key and went straight into reverse like it should. RPM Marine did an absolute awesome job and I am definitely going to be taking my boat back there again after the season before winter. I would recommend them any day of the week and twice on Sunday. Very professional got the work done with awesome results.

These guys are great: super knowledgeable, excellent communications, fastidious, professional work. We blew an 8.2 liter engine on our boat and needed a complete rebuild-- RPM was very careful and precise in their diagnostics, and then got the whole thing done asap. We especially appreciated that our boat came back to us clean! Thank you for the extra effort there-- well done!

I had them do a pre-sale inspection and they were very thorough. I was able to speak directly to the mechanic, review with him their findings and conclude that the boat was a risk. A few weeks later I brought a second boat to them for inspection and it passed with flying colors. Michael the service writer even gave me a break on price for the second boat. They have a customer for life.

One star only because I have to put a star to write this review. They are complete crooks that charge for supposed installation of antennas and carburetur replacement but actually dont do the job. It took over 2 months of delays and lies to come to this point.. My antennas were just put in place but with no wire connection and I was charged $500 for that not including product cost. Then they tried to charge me for a new carburetur installment ad get away with just rebuilding it. They got caught in a lie between the mechanic and owner. They alledgedly did a carburetur adjustment at first but nothing changed but instead made our engine, that was running, now totally unstartable. Still they want to collect money after wasting our time and telling us lies and billing us for things that were not done. We are pursuing legal action if the owner does not reimburse the paid bill and put the boat back to original condition when we gave him the business.

I put my boat in with these guys for simple throttle and shift cable replacement. Mind you it wasn’t broken.. it was just because they were sticking slightly. I waited about 10 days for an appointment. Fast forward three more weeks. I pick up my boat that “needed a new carb” “and the drain plugs couldn’t be removed”. I picked it up and were getting ready to launch the boat. Nothing on key turn. I open the engine compartment and notice my old shift cables have still been left in place and they are not even connected to the carb. The carb angle bracket was hanging on by a thread. Which was not the case before. I put it back together myself got it started and off the trailer and after a little while noticed water filling the boat pretty quickly. Turns out those unremovable drain plugs were actually removed and missing. These people are completely unprofessional. They lie to their customers. Do not test work once “done” and returned me a completely unsafe to operate boat. I would highly recommend not using this business as a service. As an aside this is the first ever review I have written in my life. But this needed to be done.

A huge shout out to RPM Marine Service because the communication level is extremely great when it comes to letting me know about things and more less giving updates every couple to few hours in regards to my boat and replacing of things that needed to be done as well as finding a couple things in need of replacing. Definitely gained a repeat customer. They also got my boat in this morning and knew that Id like it back by the weekend.
