Came in the store to get my equipment since it wasnt going to arrive until next week. I work from home so I needed it ASAP. Ken got me everything I needed and was very helpful from the moment I walked in. Also threw in a streaming device and took off a shopping fee that the online rep charged me. Great customer service. Its been a while since Ive done business with Comcast/xFinity so naturally I was apprehensive. One thing I liked about working with them is that they embraced my knowledge level at the store and on the phone, answering all my questions with certainty. The vibe of the store itself was extremely professional and welcoming. The prison who helped me was prompt, professional and happy to help. I got the sense that every customer was receiving the same in the store. Fantastic! Ill be gladly recommending them to anyone looking for service one the area.

I have had a long running internet issue. My internet service keeps cutting out for anywhere from a few minutes to days. I have gone to stores, made it support phone calls that lasted hours, and had multiple in home technicians in to fix each issue. No tech ever agrees on the issue, and the problem is reoccurring. I pay my bill every month and just want what I pay for.
Great experience yesterday! Customer service was top tier! As soon as I walked into the store I was helped right away by Devin. He thoroughly answered all my questions about products and services. I was in shock how fast and seamless he made the process of adding a new line/new phone. I appreciate how knowledgeable he was. Thanks again!

After switching from Comcast to WaveG my internet has never been better. Comcast charge exorbitant rates for less than lackluster service and internet stability. One of the best decision I made was to leave Comcast for the better. I dont plan on ever coming back in my life.

Went to get help today.. Greeted promptly to help.. Got a number to call about my essential services. Unfortunately it did not help. For a hour i tried to call an got beyond frustrated an left. I explained I had a brain injury.. Filled out the application was approved 2 months ago. I still got no help an they were nice in begining but no one could reslove the issue. I drove down there for help. The guy wanted me to sign up with xfinity for their phone yet cannot help me to connect my service so hard when I cannot do it myself. I felt totally frustrated by not getting fixed my service I already have..
I walked in to return a flex TV device that I had not been using. When I told them that, they just took it and said OK I’ll get you a receipt. They didn’t ask me any questions about my account or anything just handed me a receipt without any words. I walked out after that wondering if they had done it correctly. I looked at the receipt in my car(which had no information just a barcode) and actually walked back in and asked “Do I need to do anything else with this?” They gave me a funny look and just said no so I walked back out. Three days later my Internet shut off. I called Xfinity and it turns out my service was canceled. Of course this was not my intention and it was very frustrating because I am working from home and it almost caused me to miss work. They need to be better at communicating in this office.
Its been 3 years since we dropped Comcast and this was by far the best and fastest experience Ive ever had with them. I was in and out after ordering what I wanted online and choosing the in-store pickup in...no joke 5 min. I was completely surprised that I wasnt told that the internet package would be cheaper if I order TV bundle as well and to top it off I was told the Cell service runs off Verizon network and I might be able to save over $200 month on my cell bill so I may be switching to Comcast. Yazzine was really knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Best customer service Ive ever received from Comcast.

I went to this location yesterday because I needed to set up internet for my new apartment, and Faith was extremely helpful and friendly. She got us a good rate and gave us everything we needed to set up our internet within an hour of getting the equipment. Thank you!

Comcast business is trash internet drops during business hours when you call customer service just give u the run around when they do send a tech to come fix it it only works for a day or two at the most before it drops the internet again use to love comcast now there just like every other internet service provider

I had trouble with getting my bill corrected forthe last 3 months over the phone...I went into the store and Faith had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. She was incredibly nice and effective and took the best care of me.

Zero stars. Absolutely horrendous service. My upstream tanks to 0kbs frequently despite paying for higher upload, tech support knows nothing about network analysis and reads scripts meant to pull the wool over your eyes. Awful company, choose any other provider if possible.
Xfinity Comcast is a train wreck. Xfinity Comcast is a scam and a trap. Xfinity Comcast took advantage of me and Im not happy about it. I subscribe to Xfinity Comcast internet. Just internet. And it was good. Paid $52 a month for just internet and it was amazing. Out of the blue Bill jumped to $95 with no notice. When I called the customer service rep reprimanded me on the phone telling me that this information was on my monthly bill. BTW I was a paperless billing account. Canceled my internet service got a final last bill of $32. Then last week I got a bill of $112 for next months service. They acted like I hadnt even canceled them. For the next 4 days, and I am not kidding for the next 4 days I attempted to contact them by phone and on the internet and if I am wrong tell me otherwise but there is no way to get ahold of anybody to tell them you want to cancel their service. When you try to do it online theres a loop that exists that keeps bringing you back to the same place only to not be canceled.At some point I was speaking to a coworker and they told me to simply return the equipment and tell the dude youre returning the equipment to and he would be able to cancel you so thats what I did. I disconnected my modem went to the Xfinity customer service center on Sandy boulevard in Portland walked in with my mask on gave the router to the dude and told him I couldnt cancel my service.He stated that my returning the router wouwha cancel the account. Just today I went to look at my Xfinity account and now the 30 bucks that I owed is $65. if this is a Alfred Hitchcock TV show would be the only way you could believe some of the things that have happened to me but Comcast Xfinity is a train wwhat...

Needed an upgrade. They made it easy. Our timing must have been good, too. No waiting. Dropped old box and remote in the bin. Went in. The nice gal got us a new box in plastic with new remote. Zip zat. Were all done. Less than 10 minutes. On our way.

Make sure you double and triple check to make sure what youre being told youre paying for is what youre actually paying for. The employees will lie to your face to make a buck.
I went in today, I had to switch out my router/modem. I was met by a gentleman named Devin. He was very friendly and helpful. He had multiple people to help and he was great at multi-tasking. The service was great and was in an out within 10 minutes. It was the most positive experience I have had at any store of this nature. Thanks again Devin, you made my day better!

A MANAGER TOLD ME THAT IS NOT COMPANY POLICY AND I HAD TO FILE A POLICE REPORT FOR IDENTITY THEFT AND HAVE A DETECTIVE MEET ME AT THE STORE. I REPORTED THE KNOW SUSPECT BUT MY ACCOUNT DETAILS, PHONE NUMBERS AND INTERNET HAD TO BE CANCELLED AND INSURANCE CLAIMS WILL LIKELY TAKE WEEKS TO FILE DUE TO COVID PANDEMIC
Right when I got in the store a gentlemen named Jaizion came up to me and helped me right away. Great service. He was nice, funny, and very caring. I recommend going to him. He got me the best deals! He made my day so much better.
Not good lost internet 4 months ago, when I finally got to talk to a human they reissued a new modem,cant get it to work due to not paying for internet that I was not getting. No way to get fixed as no Humans involved, will lose all on the 14.

I love xfinity ! But the employees were rude.
The service man came to install the telephone service. He found that one existing port was not functioning so he proceeded to use another port and string the line across the sliding glass door. I ask him if he planned to leave that he said yes he would do that. I could move my three huge book cases and put my TV on another wall. I told him that was unacceptable so he complained he had to get the apartment owners permission to drill in the wall and fix the dead port. I went over to the managers office and she came to the apartment and told him he could drill and fix the port and brought him a written permission. My complaint is that this man was prepared to make an unsafe connection and tell me I would have to move my furniture in order to get the TV hooked up.
Received awesome service and was listened to in a caring way. Only downside there is NO OUTSIDE DROP OFF FOR OLD DEVICES ... can only drop off during hours inside.

Tried to find out where I could return a router. On the phone with 99 million levels of menus and never did talk to a human being. Shows how good monopolies and free market capitalism work. If Comcast had some competition in this area it might be different. Service is 1 out of 10.
The lady who was helping us was absolutely unprofessional and rude.. Had very bad communication skills.. On all my questions her response was very short and with a attitude.. People like her should never work as customer service!
BEWARE! I purchased two mobile phones, when they arrived at my house neither worked for outgoing calls. A Verizon calling card was needed according to the operator. I took them in with the SIM cards, the guy couldnt fix them because of system errors. Then he says hell just send me to collections if I cancel the service VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DO NO SHOP HERE

I went in today, service took forever and I was only there to pick up equipment. My name either was deleted from the list or was never on the list to begin with even though I checked in. Then they gave me the wrong equipment even after I told them what I needed she insisted that it was the correct one. When I got home it wasn’t so now I have wait for it to shipped to me. Very frustrating experience!
The store is very nicely appointed the staff is extremely friendly and wants to be helpful... Thats where Comcast / Xfinity ends being customer-friendly. Their staff is not allowed to do whats right by the customer their packages are overpriced their equipment is light years behind what Ive seen in other developed countries and theyre unwilling even with somebody that has every single service with them to give them any sort of a deal thats better than what the new customers get so the longer youre with them the more they screw you

Well they gave us the new xfi 3rd gen router, but first tried to convince me that tge one I had was the best one they had. And even after we explained our problem they never even mentioned we might need a pack of pods. Now I have to drive across town again to purchase them.

It was busy and I was in a hurry and Sandra, who had the job of checking people in at the front desk stepped in to do another person’s job to help me and get me out the door promptly. My plan expired so I went to this store to ask for a new plan. Robin was absolutely no help what so ever and didnt want to work with me. I told her If i couldnt get a better deal I would simply go back to Directv she that was fine with her. I came home and called customer service told them I wanted to talk about my plan. They didnt even hesitate to give me the same exact plan I had back to me for the same price.
Had major issues with getting my phone activated all the way. It actually took them three months. But they did compensate my bill for the hassle. Since then the service has been great!
This place is not helpful at all. The employees are liars. (at least the one who I talked to). Her name is Tera, and she is the Sales&Service Consultant.I went in about two weeks ago and requested new services for my new home. It is a new building, therefore they need to check with their Tech department. I gave all the information the lady requested. She promised me she would submit my request and I should receive a phone call in a day or two.Two days later, I called her for an update. She said she just submitted the request 20 mins ago. She promised me she would call me once she gets an update from the Tech people. I believed her and waited for another week and never received any phone call. I tried to contact again yesterday but could not get in touch with her.So I called Xfinity this morning (855 number). It turned out Tera never submitted anything for me. She lied! The lady was very nice, she put my request in and apologized for Tera.It brought everything to another level. I dont think lying should be accepted at any company. I understand if you are busy or you forget, but I do not accept lies. Miss Tera wasted customers time and treated them like fools.

Been a customer for 25 years, 13 years in Portland. My year contract has been up and my bill is $130 a month and due to my hours being cut at work need a plan that I can afford. Noted that there is a new customer deal for $69.99 a month for 140 channels and internet up to 200 mbps with a year contract, that’s what my plan is now but slower internet for $130! I asked if there was any offer that he could help me with so I won’t have to cancel. He wouldn’t even look at me, just kept mumbling yeah can’t help you. I left super upset, I’ve paid this company thousands of dollars and now more then ever need their help and professionalism.
So I bought Samsung Galaxy S20 ultra it came to me by mail and I paid it off mind its 1400 bucks the phone was open the sim card was inserted in the phone already. And its missing the sim card opener. And it wouldnt connect to my number over a week come to find out the phone was used and restored and not new in a package be very careful and check your phone. Ask them for the code and you can find out if your phone is new or been restored previously. And now they wont give me money back for the phone.
I had a remarkable experience with customer support representative that was so kind and professional that instead of terminating my service, I signed up for another 12 month plan! He not only gave me several choices, but also gave me the option of changing to another option later if I wanted.His name is Ryan, and he was quite knowledgeable on the questions I submitted to him.I highly recommend the Comcast and their staffThanks for a great experience.

This is the worst place to be.They are always understaffed and the employees show no urgency or any sign of care and that Comcast is making it so you have to come in here ever time there is an issue with the account is beyond poor customer service. They always say they are under staffed so no go.Avoid this place like the plague.I have been waiting 40 minutes and no sign of any customer service coming anytime soon.This is the 3rd time I have been here and every time it gets worse.Update.Just got called up and they have no idea what to do for me even with an hour call the day before and told just come in and they can ship the broke stuff back to themselves and in two weeks from when they receive them they should replace them.Confidence gone.Just an update on this mess.Instead of returning their defective products and giving me new ones they had in the store they sent me home empty handed and now I have received three notices that the new pods should be arriving the next day only for nothing to show up and another email saying a new arrival time from UPS and the old email we are told was just a mistake.This company and everyone that works with them are mistakes.My contract is up in less than a year and I am gone then.
