Recently had Northwest Auto & Truck Accessories install a set of new AMP running boards on my 2021 RAM 2500 mega cab. They really did an awesome job. My wife had a hard time getting in/out without the boards but they managed to schedule me in for the work within a couple weeks and did the install within 3hrs which normally takes about 4-5hrs. They also installed a couple mud guards on the front. My first time actually getting any work done there and very impressed with their service all around!!

I have a 2003 F150 step side and have had a difficult time finding a canopy that will work. Monty was super helpful last week and put together a unit that I’m please with, even though I was told up front the lead time is 18wks. Good people at this place.

I went thru several places for lift kit quotations and installation for comparison so far NW auto truck prices and brands are great. Took my 4runner this morning had it done in 4 hrs front and rear. Looks great. Not bad waiting in lounge area watching TV. I like the wide variety of selections inside the store. You name it store have it. Everything for off roads, and outdoor and lots more. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. Great customer service too.

Walked in a few times wanting to start my detail business and various times were very discouraging. Literally told me “it’ll be hard, too much competition” when I mentioned my business. My brother mentioned he was new to detailing and they also said it would be hard for him since “there’s too much products to learn and a lot of competition”. None of their business what we do and we still kept buying from them regardless of their comments. Rather buy from Amazon now. Don’t waste your time going there unless you want condescending comments

They installed an Icon lift kit, wheels, tires and tinted the front windows on my 4Runner and I love it!! Improved the ride and looks great!

Bought a new Ford F150 Limited that had no bed liner in it. Called Mike and talked to him over the phone and he advised me what was best for my situation as I had never had a spray in bedliner. I took his advice and stopped in on a Saturday where Dylan set me up an appointment for 11 days later, which was today. Truck went in around 8AM and I was called around 2PM. Im very happy with the bedliner and mat. Dont think it gets much better, so if the need arises again, I will be coming here.

This place is like a candy store for professional auto detailers. The variety of product and inventory is unmatched by any business in the PNW. Prices are also better than Amazon. I will definitely stop by every time I am in town to stock up on product for my business. Ask for Craig when you come in he is very helpful.

We just bought a UWS chest box from Northwest Auto and Truck Accessories. Our salesman was Gunnar Estep. We think he went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we wanted. Also the store is easy to navigate and well laid out as well as very clean and neat! A nice array of product and very good customer service!

I went into Northwest Accessories on a random Tuesday afternoon! My schedule is crazy and so Tuesday was the only time I was able to attempt to buy products for my 2019 Dodge Ram. I am just starting my trucks transition, however I was treated as though I was invisible! I walked in and stood at the front counter for 20 minutes and although I was one of three customers at the time not a single employee spoke to me at all .. to say that I am disappointed would be an understatement! I walked out and ended up at another business where I bought $800 dollars worth of accessories to start my truck upgrades! I would recommend going somewhere else to buy accessories!

This place is huge! Wife needed a cargo rack for her suv. They had only one in stock and it fit perfectly! Their detailing supplies are great. They have everything you need to detail your car, truck or suv.

Poor communication, disrespectful, rude.I ordered a canopy and was told 4-5 weeks. I took that as 4-5 weeks to have it installed. At 4 weeks I called to see what was going on since I got no information from them and found out I couldnt even schedule an appointment for installation until it arrived and appointments were additional 2 weeks out after it arrived. I said I should have been told that when I ordered, he transferred me to the original salesman. He wouldnt let me speak at all and kept repeating what I was just told by the previous person. I had to say HEY! loud to get him to stop long enough that I could ask to talk. He said yes but I only got one word out before he interrupted me again now to explain why he wouldnt let me talk before. I hung up and called back to speak to a manager but this was just as bad. He was condescending, rude and dismissive. I tried explaining that I was upset by how his salesman treated me but all he could do was blame shift, talk about covid and why they cant schedule an appointment until the canopy arrives, completely avoiding why I was actually upset. At this point I said I wanted to cancel my order. He told me they dont allow cancellations. I was never informed of or agreed to that policy, there are no posted terms on the quote I received or on their website. They then had the manufacturer call me to tell me they were an additional 2 weeks behind. Now I was looking at 4-6 weeks later than I expected. I again told them I wanted to cancel but they still refuse. The most they were willing to do to make this right was schedule my appointment now so its only 2-3 weeks late. Im disputing the charges through my bank and will take this to court if necessary.They are condescending and rude. Once they get your money, they dont care what happens. I see from other reviews, this is common.

Theses guys are amazing they have so much stuff for customizing your trucks and jeeps and just about any other off road vehicles you can think of. If your looking into buying something for your truck come here these guys are so nice and super knowledgeable about their products. They also carry everything you need to keep your car and truck shiny and new ore if you own a car detailing business and need to stock up this place carries everything you need for your business. They did my 6 zone lift with fox racing coilovers with reservoirs and fox 2.0 on the rear. 20x9 35 nitto ridge graplers and fuel offroad blitz wheels. I couldnt be happier with the quality and customer service. They do get busy and might not answer your call right away but they get back to you if you leave a message. Definitely recommend these guys for all your truck needs and flag needs

NW Auto and Truck Accessories has been great. Ordered an A.R.E. Canopy back In February and just got installed. Ordered over the phone, since I knew what I wanted. Customer service has been good and would recommend.

Had a hitch and 4 pin connector installed in my Honda Element. After being charged $285 In labor fees for about 1 h installation, the Service staff were still unfriendly and dismissive when I asked a few questions about the install.Definitely did not feel taken care of, and will not bring my business there again.

Bought a used canopy from Craig! Great experience. Really took great care of me. I drove all the way from Monroe, WA to pick up the canopy. Totally worth it! I even had them install cross bars on top and they look great.

Friendly staff. Called for a roof rack, they helped me without any issues. They offer to install girls free but you have to make an appointment. They gave me an additional 10% discount, which I didnt even know there was a promotion. Good parking space. Nice showroom. Just be careful when driving during rush hour. A lot of ppl from airport drive during that time

Was really excited to get work done here on my new vehicle. When the first thing youre told when you walk up to the counter and ask for help getting prices is youre not our usual customer.Made me seem not as important as other customers, when I was looking to spend almost 1000$. Until someone walked up to help him with the pricing he really didnt seem interested in helping us at all. I will not be going here to get anything done.

After 16 years the old top was fairly used up so after shopping around these guys were competitive, ordered what I was after and installed my new canopy competently.That ended my good experience.A few weeks in the front slider finger pull on my brand new ARE Canopy snapped as I pulled on the window to open it and then I noticed with the return of the rains that the side windoors frames collect water which then dumps on anyone standing near when they are opened. Finally, at about 10 months the back door started leaking between the cap and the frame. I called NW Auto and Truck Accessories to schedule warranty. I took the next available shop slot and made the 90 minute one way into the social cesspool that is Portland, OR to discover that I was there so they could look at the leaky door. Of course they needed to order a front slider replacement and no one could work out why the side doors collect moisture and there certainly wasnt time to fix the rear door so...they said theyd call when parts were available. Couple weeks later I had a job site mishap that caused me to call in and order a new rear door since the old was damaged beyond repair...(Didnt change the fact that I was already scheduled to have that door R&Rd since it was leaking although instead of pulling a failed unit and resealing it they were now able to install a brand new door) and was told two to three weeks to get the replacement in stock. So I waited and was busy but at the two month mark I thought Id better find out when my door would arrive (of course the other warranty items were still open). Who knows when it arrived but upon calling to make the query I was told it was available and when would I like to come in... So, another trip into Portland and the new door is installed. Of course I have five locks on the canopy...the remaining original locks on the side windoors are keyed the same as the lock on the old back door but they gave me a shiny new set of keys for the new back door so one wouldnt think that would be acceptable from a service standpoint. And I paid full freight for the labor on the new back door despite the fact that the old had failed...and I still have a broken finger pull on my front slider and still no one knows why the side doors collect water or what one might do about it. I think next will be to check with ARE to see how they feel about the level of service offered by their authorized representative in Portland.Lets say youd be better off going elsewhere for your auto or truck accessories.

This is my favorite store in Portland. I went in for a lift kit, wheels and tires and ended up buying more accessories for my new Tacoma. The customer service was great and my truck looks great. Bought a Tonneau cover for husbands truck bed when we got him a new truck, from here. Stopped by a couple weeks ago to check out having running boards installed on husbands truck for Christmas. Honest staff, good about pricing. Walked in on a Monday, or Tuesday? And had an opening that worked for me on Friday afternoon.Wish I could tell the tech Thanks for not moving the seat back (and maybe sorry). At a smidgen over 5ft, most people cant even squeeze into any vehicle Ive last driven.

This place has been nothing but a headache with so many disrespectful employees. It has taken multiple weeks for them to do a repair/installment for my husbands truck and we either get no phone call back or someone answering extensions with no patience or respect. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

Looking for a cover for my new old truck, they didnt find one available anywhere in the country but suggested I order one on line and expect a long wait for it to be manufactured. They went the extra mile to help me find what I wanted and showed me all the options to consider even though they couldnt get one for me.

I just picked up my new ARE custom canopy from NW Truck and love it. These guys are easy to work with and just nice people. Craig even helped me out above and beyond with a logistical problem while the guys were installing the canopy. Great product and service here.

The service is hit and miss. Purchased my rack from them and they were extremely helpful, nice and accommodating. Schedule of install was quick and seamless. But if you come in for something they don’t sell, don’t expect the same level of service. I got a lecture because I a was looking for a trailer cable. I was explained with a curt attitude the difference between cable and wire. Then I was told that if I come in and say the wrong thing it confuses them. When it was all said and done, I was told they don’t deal in anything related to trailers and was given the names of a couple of other stores. I went to an auto store and got a Hopkins towing solution jacketed cable (with wire inside the cable). If I ever need a rack or auto/truck accessory I’ll likely go back as it is convenient and quality work for what they do. Just try to be mindful of what they sell next time?

We ordered our canopy in June and it took 3 months to get. They don’t care about calling back even when they say they will. They only came through with our order when we threatened to get a refund and cancel our order. They lied to us and told us the canopy was on a truck in Nevada then we called back the next day and we were told that they had it for 2 weeks. They wanted to keep putting us off but we would not wait another day or we were going to cancel. There was no apologies and no cares from them. I would suggest that people go anywhere else than there to get their truck accessories. They obviously can’t keep up and really don’t care either. I would never go back there.

They said it would be 10 weeks for a canopy order to come in. My honey waited a lot longer for his to arrive. He ordered tracks to go on his canopy and they tell him that those wont arrive for another several weeks. They tell him this after he gets the canopy installed. You cannot cancel order after you get tired of waiting. Take pictures of your truck before an install. Make sure you dont get any new scratches on it afterwards.

Great customer service until they were unwilling to give anything more than an apology for my wasted time and effort after I got home and unpacked the tonneau cover only to realize they had given me the wrong one. Amazon prime came through as they typically do. So much for trying to give local business a chance to earn my hard-earned money. When Amazon prime gives 2-day delivery as well as pain-free returns not to mention pickups for returns, tough to justify the other guys.

Ended up with Weathertech floor mats that they had in stock. Will go here for all my aftermarket needs.

I just had a canopy added to my 2005 Ford F150. Its perfect . Looks amazing. The ARE canopy looks like its always been there.The customer service is wonderful . Everyone is funny and charming.There is a nice waiting area - comfy couch and chairs. TV too.Edit: I keep losing my truck in parking lots as Im not used to seeing it with a canopy. LOLTons of compliments in the short time Ive had it.

They saved my vacation!!! Ok, I had a vacation planned with my daughters to camping and part of the trip required me to have a tow package installed. Three days before I was to leave, I got a call from uhaul who I had planned and made reservations with that they had to cancel because they made a mistake and didn’t have the part. This was after me confirming with them that they did have the part when I made the appointment. So I’m screwed right? Wrong! I called and explained the situation to James and he was great!!! He searched around Portland for me because they didn’t have it in stock, found me a tow package with wiring, had it delivered and got me in the next day!! I was so impressed by their service and they literally save my vacation with my daughters! I cannot thank these guys enough, they really came through for me and while being a little more expensive than uhaul. Going to a local business and having someone care for my situation was awesome. They will definitely get it business in the future. Thank you so much!!!

I purchased a new 2020 tundra took it here to have a new ARE canopee installed and it leaked all over the first time it rained. I called to talk to these guys about it and they said its normals that trucks have holes in the beds to keep them from filling with water. I proceeded to fill the holes with silicone and I still got all kinds of water inside the bed. I called again and they told me they would be happy to do a water test to the canopy. I arranged transportation again to leave my truck with them for a few days. After their test they told me it was fine and nothing was wrong with it. But it still leaks. Even when Im not driving water seeps in and soaks the fabric dripping all over in the truck bed.The whole process has been terrible. I would not recomend using this place. All they want is to make a sale and get you out of the way. No follow up or respect.

Came back as one of the better quotes for a cargo partition, shelving and a few other items for my company van.Honored the quote a few days after it expired. The divider was incorrectly installed due to a part number mixup and perhaps not a double check, but Monty responded quickly and fixed it as soon as my schedule allowed. More than made up for it in good customer service and sincere apologies. Will be coming back again, highly recommend.
