Big caveat, Im not a big shopper. Also this isnt my kind of place but I was shopping with someone else. Its a popular store in a popular mall. No nearby airports. Plenty of places to get food.

Loved it, it was so cute and I got some new back to school clothes. I love all their clothes and the employees were nice. I checked out super fast and got a bunch of free stickers.

Spent 1.5 hours shopping and put 12 items on hold to purchase later after grabbing my credit card. Was assured by the associate this would work out. I returned to the store before the time I originally stated and they had already put away all my items. Waste of my time.

The worst shopping experience because of the workers! There were 4-6 people working today and no one greeted anyone that walked in while I was here. Private conversations were inappropriate and on display for everyone to hear (it’s a smaller space), no one offered help, and the worst part is when I walked up to the counter to pay no one said anything or offered to check out! There were 4 girls behind the counter! They kept on with their conversations and even started to make what looked like a bigger mess behind the counter - this went on for a couple minutes until they acknowledged me and that was after I asked if they take Apple Pay. When the gal asked if I knew about the exchange policy, all the employees giggled in unison and stared at me while whispering to one another which heightened the judgement I felt for not fitting the build. I was buying a gift, but that’s besides the point. Brandy Melville, I hope you’re taking these reviews to consideration. The people you’re hiring are seriously reckless for your brand and while your clothes are quality for the price, the people you value as members are not.

Cute store. But, the associates are very cold and not friendly at all! No one says anything when you walk in, and not one talks to you the entire time your in the store. We received no help. It was very awkward. The clothes also geared towards skinny people. Everything is one size.

The energy and vibe from the customer service representatives was very uncomfortable and negative. It was so much so that I won’t be returning nor shop with Brandy Melville again.

Second time going into Brandy, employees were so kind and sweet! The girl at the register engaged into conversation, she helped us and made she everything was good :) I rather come to this one then the Seattle one💕

Their clothes are pretty but pricey. Like $20 for a sweater. Brandy Melville does not do refunds. Im confused why they cant even though its in their policy. Their policy doesnt explain why they cant do refunds which leaves us, customers, confused.

Kinda jinxed myself when I thought about how the last 2 times I visited, the employee’s were nice. But this time they stared at while I was walking to the register, for a whole 7 seconds before I laughed and basically passively aggressively asked them why they were staring. they both ignored me and made me feel like it got awkward because I spoke up. 🤨 But no. Online has a better selection anyways, in store is bland and I just go for the returns and store credit 🤷🏾‍♀️.

I love them so much I’m def gonna go back they were so nice to me Whenever I needed something I just got to ask they were so good at customer service when I walked in they said hi and when I walked out they said have a great day I love them

Super crowded the employees were not that nice. I don’t blame them there was like seven nine year olds running around in the store. They do have a good selection on for things like belts and jewelry etc.

Employees smiled and were not gazing at me judging my figure. They had the cutest clothes of all the stores, high quality material, free stickers, free buttons, and free hair clips. Maybe I had a great experience because I can fit their look and feel exclusive in their “one size.” Also they called my older brother hot

Store is well organized and clean. However, today when my sister and I came into the store, we were discriminated by the employee at the register. My sister and I were the only ones who walked in and the employee stood and stared--didnt greet us. However, when another woman came in, she greeted her warmly. Later, other people came in and she greeted them too, even though she was busy helping another customer. Funny how she didnt greet us when she wasnt doing anything and had no customers. I could speculate as to why she treated us differently, but it would just be better to hire employees who treat all customers the same. This location seems to hire only rude people; they never smile and walk by as if they were stuck up.

Went to this store with my daughter today, girl that helped us could not have been more than 16 years old and was wearing a bra and had a hickey on her neck. It was disgusting.

Lol the employees are rude af. today several times some of them just straight up had me get out of the way while i was looking at a certain section so they could help someone else. the CUSTOMER had to apologize because they didn’t even say anything to me :-)

The girls who worked there were super nice- helped me find stuff that looked super cute. This store I’d say is good for anyone maybe 12-18 ish. The style is very California it girl. Huge inside, lots of options, and I love that it has smaller sizes. I had so much luck w bottoms that fit me. A lot of there stuff is cropped and if that’s not your thing you can pair it w something high waisted. The quality is A1. Highly recommend and DEFINITELY will be coming back soon!!

It was a big store compared to some of the other ones and had a lot of good inventory. The workers there were nice and helpful. Overall I wasnt mad at it.

Great store, definitely my favorite brandy melville yet. its not that big, but its nice because its usually not super crowded. staff is good not great, better than other brandys ive visited. 9/10 :)

I shop at brandy all the time and love their clothes! i’m a kids large and juniors xsmall or xxsmall and i definitely don’t look like i could fit into brandy clothes but i do and i don’t get any glares from the workers. their v sweet and friendly! would recommend brandy!

Salesperson wouldn’t move a pile of sweatpants so a customer could sit down while they were waiting for their child in a dressing room. They ended up crouching on the ground...not cool

My daughter filled out a sales associate application and the manager, out of nowhere and without permission, took a picture of my daughter with her cellphone, neck down. She told her, dont worry I didnt get your face. She intends to show the hiring manager and will let her know if she fits their look. That is wrong on so many levels. She didnt ask, warn, or even tell my daughter what would become of this picture. Im livid. After I call their corporate number I will give an update.

Clothes are ok, but the workers are all extremely inexperienced workers that do not have any customer service skills. The girl that was at the cash register was extremely rude and gave me a lot of sass and attitude. We only needed a gift card, and it took 10 minutes to get it. This would be a great store if the workers actually knew what they were doing.

I confirmed twice with the lady at the register that the item I was purchasing was returnable. After going home and realizing the fine print on the receipt disagreed, I went back to the store and the same gal refused my return. She informed me that even if I had caught her mistake immediately after purchase she would have to abide by store policy. Im disappointed that a miscommunication couldnt be corrected or even acknowledged.

There were 4 workers and none of them greeted us or even smiled, they also didn’t say thank you for coming or anything. cute clothes but SO overpriced!!! a worker rolled her eyes a lot at people when they were buying things. i would recommend buying online, or from somewhere that isn’t overpriced.

Cashiers were helpful, clean and tidy. A little spendy

Very disappointed with my trip here. The workers were not helpful or friendly at all and did not remove the security tags of any of the clothes I purchased. Also, the idea of ‘one size fits all’ is not realistic and very disappointing to see in this day and age.

Workers were extremely rude and unfriendly. i walked in and a skinny worker glared over at me and looked at me as if she was analyzing how fat i was. all the workers were glaring at me and i never got greeted by any of them or got asked if i needed help. i chose to put down about a 200$ purchase because of how rude they were. won’t be purchasing from them EVER again.
