Mike is very good at his trade. He keeps you updated on your Computer and is very reasonable. I will use him as long as he keeps working.

I brought in my laptop to install a new Windows, the guy told me will get it done in about a week! Came back a few times but the store always closed. Finally after about 2 weeks, I saw it opened, walked in to ask about the progress? Ohhhh...its nit done because he got to go for training atbhiscmsin job as an IT support. Ok! I came back a week later, the store was closed and remained closed for the next 3 weeks . Im by there any chance that I was close by ! Always closed ! And then finally it opened and I walked in to check the progress again! Not done! He needed to install the security softwares! One more day? Ok! 2 days later and not done yet! Still needed to install security software! Next day on sat? Ok! 3 days gone and I came in! No, its not done yet! Still the security software! Later that day will be done! He promised again! 3 days later and not done! 2 more days and its not done! Finally f}## off! Give me back my laptop! All the times he gave me an impression that it s almost done just the last part is to install the security software! Brought it home and nothing, zip, ever be done to the laptop! Ever! And he let me kept coming back thinking it was almost done! Never, ever do any business with this guy! If he cant do the job, just say so and we all can move on! Kept promising and nothing ever get it done is not cool!
