I have gone to Visionworks off and on for years. Sometimes throwing Costco in but today I went in for glasses & Eileen was so helpful & nice. There was an issue with my insurance that I will have to look into but Eileen gave me a discount anyway. She also told me they could use my old frames if I chose to which Costco wouldnt do in the past. Overall this was a more pleasant personal experience. I will continue to go to Visionworks for future needs.

Visionsworks at Clackamas Town Center is one of the best eye care facilities Ive had the pleasure of doing business with. My son and I have been customers for a few years now and Ive never been disappointed with the service and care they provide. I went in yesterday and had a very pleasant experience trying on new frames and am grateful for the thoughts and opinions (by request) given by the staff, so I could choose something that looked good for my face shape. A big thanks to DJ for his kindness during the paperwork portion of the process, he made it easy and we had some good laughs while he got me settled up. Thanks again - see you next year!

I have been a customer of the Vision Works located inside Clackamas Town Center for approximately 4 years now. Never have I had anything under a 5 star experience with staff at this location.I was scheduled for a flight one day mid afternoon when my prescription eye glass frames had broken the morning of, being my only pair I was pretty stressed out! Dan addressed the situation and had it resolved within minutes! I can not say enough about the level of professionalism and kindness from Dan and his staff! Thanks so much!

The staff was very nice and friendly! They answered any questions that I had and worked in a timely manner. I had my eye exam done and glasses picked out in less than an hour. I do plan on coming back here for my future eye care needs.I did take a star off because I have a sanitary concern. While I was there I noticed that all staff was constantly wearing the same gloves and not switching them out as they did different tasks. As I am someone who works in the healthcare field, this made me very nervous when staff had their hands near my face during my eye exam. I would rather have them not wear gloves and wash their hands more frequently or have them constantly switch gloves. I would love to see this issue corrected for the health and safety for everyone.

I went here for my first eye exam ever. Pacific Eye Group conducted my eye exam and everyone from the lady at the front desk to the optometrist himself were so kind and welcoming. They answered all my questions with the upmost patience and warmth. After my exam I bought some glasses. Again, all the salespeople who assisted me were so friendly and made me feel comfortable. The gal who I sat down with after I picked out a pair was so friendly and helpful. She explained everything clearly and made sure I didn’t have any questions before I left. I didn’t catch her name but she had blue hair, I really appreciate her. I will definitely be returning for my other eye care needs.

Dan was fantastic, and so was everyone else! Quality of service, product, pricing, and customer/employee safety during the pandemic are exemplary. I rarely leave reviews, but after my visit yesterday I felt compelled to. I will be a customer for life.

I just completed my yearly eye exam. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. At the optometrist office, Francine (Im sorry if I spelled her name wrong.) She has excellent customer service skills and she appears to be an amazing leader as well.

I actually had my first appointment with Vision Works at a different location, but Dr. Dizon was filling in. I had the best experience at my eye exam! Dr. Dizon took the extra time to find my correct contacts prescription. He let me try three different brands of contacts to ensure I had the best fit too. I’ve had headaches due to eye strain and I’m sure they’ll go away now that I’m in contacts that correct my astigmatism and fit well. Thank you for such a great appointment and I may have to drive out to Clackamas now when I have my next one. ☺️

I went there is morimg got checked in very quickly. Jody assistanted picking out my glasses,and while doing so she informed me that one of her co worker had called in and she would be working alone until someone was able to get thereEven though she working alone she didnt ever rush she aloud me to my time, and theimportant part I didnt ever rushed When I had picked out my frames and lens, I had certain amount I need to spend from my flex account, and didnt want to go over so she helped me spent all of it without having to go over and I was able to get three pair She did all this while she was the only one working

Went with my husband and son to get eye exams for the three of us. Everybody was SUPER nice!They gave us appointments for the same day, printed our prescriptions right away and never pushed for us to buy glasses from them.We felt really comfortable... Definitely will be back next year!

Incredible service! Dan is hands down, the frame specialist. He has been putting lenses in my vintage frames for 4 years now. The end result is always perfect and he is always so accommodating and friendly. No matter when I called or came in he and his staff were always very kind and genuine. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

The absolute best!!! I came rushing in there like a mad man cause one of my contacts cracked!!! And I am super blind!! Like blind as they come blind without them!!! I have an order on its way from 1800 contacts but its days out and I need to be a to see I do a lot of driving in my line of work. Not only was the doctor lady welcoming and very understanding since I was only asking to buy one for each eye she even went ahead and completely gave them to me complementary and said just think of us next time!!! Way to restore my faith in humanity!!! Vision works has earned my business for life!!! Thank you soooo much!!!

I can’t remember the names of the people that helped me, which sucks but they deserve all the praise in the world.The woman who checked me in for my eye exam was so friendly, and made even getting air puffs in the eye not a terrible moment.The gentleman who helped me find a pair of glasses was so nice, and not at all pushy, which is what sold me.If you’re looking for a place that is gonna be honest, helpful, friendly and patient- seeing as it took me three hours from start to finish to find my glasses- you’ve come to the right place.

Ive been using Visionworks for several years now, and they have the kindest, friendliest staff! My boyfriend was convinced after I took him there and he saw how attentive and knowledgeable they are, hes switched to them too! Ive been coming here for years and its always a good experience. The staff is polite and helpful. The store has lots of space and a variety of frames on display. I never feel limited by their selection and am always able to find something I like. On my most recent visit, the salesperson helped me save money on frames!

My husband and i both had eye exams and then ordered glasses. The staff in both areas is super friendly and helpful and were patient with us taking turns since we had our baby with us.They were very helpful and checked our insurance benefits and showed us what the best route was for us to go using insurance and with having them in stock are processing them really quickly for us.

Pacific eye group decided to refill an expired prescription from years ago without telling us clearly what they were doing. Now we’re stuck with $160 worth of contacts that are useless. When we tried to resolve it we just got stonewalled by Candace. Basically a big fat I told you so from her. Clearly she didn’t, or we would’ve never agreed to that.

Great experience I brought my 3 kids in and they weren’t listening and staff was awesome. They made sure to get my son and I the glasses we want. Super friendly and kind.

Dr. Dizon is a rock star. I’m a fellow health care professional, and in my opinion Dr. Dizon is everything you’d want in an optometrist. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The eye exam was top notch. The facility is clean, well organized, and they have all the latest equipment. Being a walk-in I was ready to wait, but to my surprise, I was seen right away. Thank you Dr. Dizon!!

Came In to have glasses ground for mom. Process was fairly smooth and took about an hour so we walked around d the mall and waited. Glasses were ready as promised and we left pleased.

If there were 10 stars I would give them ten. I’ve been going there for a long time and they have always been awesome. I switched to getting eye exams there too, and also amazing. I recently had a problem with my Nike flex glasses with an untimely break at the arm. I went in and they popped my lenses out and and sent me on my way within ten minutes with same brand new pair. Then the new pair snapped in same place in a short time so I threw them in my drawer. I thought it was hopeless. Weeks later, today, I had an appointment in area and decided to look at glasses. I told him about the second break, and he looked me up. Technician is Daniel. And without our question they told me to pick out whatever I wanted and cut new lenses and sent me out the door with new glasses. No one does that. They do, wow, so completely amazing. I am dropping my broke nike set off later. But seriously, I’m in glasses and I can see to drive. I work for the USAF at PDX and my glasses are important for my job. Seriously, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Showed up an half hour before scheduled time to look for frames and was called back early. Exam was painless and picking the frames for the prescription was a breeze. Of all the places Ive been this is my new go to for eyewear.

Super convenient because the oculist understands and speaks a bit of Spanish and the opticians also speak Spanish. They are very restful, it was a pleasure to work with them.
