I would give a 0 but its not an option. I have been going to this store for a month & a half & the products that I can only get from circle k are NEVER available. They never stock up on the Enjoy menthol pods as well as the caffeine black shots. When I finally asked after a month of going the heavy set brown/ black hair lady with glasses who is the manager by the way was so rude & the other employees just look & laugh at her being foolishness & disrespectful. No customer service skills at all. Then have the nerve to have a hiring now sign. Just sad & pathetic. There is a circle k on this side of the road for a reason. DO BETTER CIRCLE K!!!

The customer service was the worst. The cashier Enedelia Dominguez was the rudest person and I would say the store needs better employees and training on how to work with others and customers. I will not be going back to buy from there.

Cashiers sleep with customers. Desiree sleeps with married men while on the job and even provides stuff for the event with the stores ow inventory.

Good morning ... Stopped in for breakfast tacos for first time. Have several coworkers i needed a place to start getting breakfast FOR DAILY. i had a rude woman attend me,, i told her it was first time there, n i wouldnt be going back. Please hire in people who are able to appreciate your customers. JUST LOST OUT ON MONEY DAILY AT THIS STORE. Have a blessed day!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The cashier this afternoon 11/4/18 at 1:20 pm is superbly unprofessional. She hid behind the register and didn’t address me when I walked up. She then made faces and said she couldn’t get the car wash to work. I stated I was a reward member and needed to enter my code, to which she responded, “ I know!”. She rolled her eyes and then plugged her headphones back into her left ear. I asked her if her manager knew she listened to music while waiting on customers and she responded with an eye roll, “yeah”. She then flippantly handed me my receipt and went back to her phone.

I bought a car wash at the gas pump (second most expensive wash, which includes Tri color coat. Chose soft touch wash instead of touch free. Drove through the wash. The sprayers sprayed water on my car three times and then it was done. No soap, no scrubbers. I went into the store for a refund. They refused to issue one and said they could give me another car wash (yay, more water). They also insisted that the wash I had chosen did not include Tricia color foam (rude tone of voice). Of course the second trip through was the same. A nice sprinkling. Will not be returning.

I’ve been to every circleK in CC even the brand new one off Rand Morgan but this one has THE BEST coffee in CC. The tacos are hit or miss but I drive from staples and pipes to there just for coffee.

Workers suck. Go in there in a happy mood come out like a car just ran over me. No greeting no thank you no smiles everyone looked pissed. My gosh.

I am beside myself with this stores horrible customer service!! And the rudeness of its employees (Virginia) just blows me away. Hard to believe Ben Wilson is allowing this to continue. This store is just about as bad as the one in Aransas Pass.

Circle K should hire and promote more employees like Desirea Luna. Her customer service skills are 2nd to none. Upon handling multiple objections from numerous customers, she always kept her cool and was very professional. Circle K should give you two days off in conjunction with a Saturday and Sunday off. Yes a paid 4 day weekend off.I’ve attached a screen shot of the stores 1-Star rating before this 5-Star review for DESIREA LUNA. This store is absolutely disgusting....the restrooms make u want to gag....been in portapotties cleaner....the customer service is really really bad...very unprofessional...my husband told the cashier about the bathroom and ahe just said well men dont know how to uae the bathroom....wow how sad is that...the food is really bad and I have seen back there and its also dirty...this is the worst store I have ever been in....
