Store had a total make over. New owners are great with customer service and updated the inventory. Now has everything in a convenience store and more.

Great store, aside from the bald guy who gives the store a bad rep… dudes always rude & playing his music super loud.

This place has the nicest staff and best selection around! They recently starting serving a couple of hot food items as well-- some absolutely delicious dumplings and a soup I cant wait to try.

I have never been treated so poorly as a customer. The bald man who works there is so rude, EVERY TIME I GO IN. He seems like he cant handle the stress of working at a convenience store at all. Do yourself a favor and go to the CVS right next door or the Chevron a block away. Its worth it to get treated like a human being.

The staff are very friendly it’s a convenient store so the prices will be a little higher. I like how they advertise with words that light up outside their store so you can find it. Pleased overall with this business.

I wish they had convenience stores like this back home. They have a nearly complete selection of the basics and (surprisingly) not at outrageous prices. I was visiting from out of town and was able to purchase several days worth of groceries within a short walking distance of where I was staying. If I were local, I could imagine using them when I need something in a pinch. Overall, a pleasant surprise.

Not practicing social distancing or obeying the law and requiring people to wear masks indoors. Be careful shopping here during pandemic.

To whom it may concern, Natural Marts are no longer a chain. They have separate owners and employees, and your experience at one is not reflective of all of them. If you do have a bad experience share that with the management or a employee that you feel comfortable with. Most of the time its a misunderstanding or a correctable issue.

A somewhat quaint little convenience store located at the bottom of the Cyan Apartments. Compact & efficient.

After a long day, I discovered I needed a few simple ingredients to finish a meal. Having lived in the neighborhood a few months, I thought I would check out Natural Mart for the first time instead to making a trek to a larger grocery store. I checked the hours online and it said they were open until 11pm, perfect. I park my car at 10:01pm and walk up to the front door, the worker literally looked at me and ran to turn off the Open sign in front of me. Yikes. I understand online times can varry, thats reasonable. Running to turn off your open sign because you see a customer walking up to your door isnt. Staying open a minute later to provide good customer service could have earned you a good customer righr down the street from you. I wont be back, and will share my experience with my friends, neighbors and those I meet in our neighborhood as well as online.

Went in to grab a water on a hot day and the clerk was face timing his friend and couldnt be bothered to help me.

Walked into the market to grab a snack. Clerk was blasting racist, violent music over the speakers. Racial slurs, violence towards law enforcement, drug use, and prostitution of minors all in one song. I have no interest in supporting that kind of behavior with my patronage.

The bald clerk refused to sell me anything and asked me to leave aggressively everything is super overpriced and they don’t really want your money or good customers shop

In response to Joshua .. sorry about the muffins man.. we do get new ones everyday but sometimes a few of the older ones get mixed in with the newer. Well check em more often. Sorry you had a bad experience man.
