Jamie is my regular technician, and she is awesome! She does an excellent job with my eyelash extensions—I get compliments all the time—and she’s sweet and fun to talk to, so time flies while I’m there! I highly recommend her!!!

Dani was super kind and did a good job on my eyebrows. But she asked if I wanted subtle or obvious results with the eyelash lift and I said I wanted it to be very noticeable. The end result was very underwhelming, you cant even tell a difference, I get more curl in my lashes with a curler at home... so that was a waste of 80$. Im not sure if she did the subtle route or what happened. Was too socially anxious at the time to say anything but I wish I had because it was not worth the price.

My first appointment I was very nervous - I usually have a difficult time keeping still for long periods of time and keeping my eyes closed and relaxed. Jamie is so calm and patient, she gave me a few tricks on how to stay relaxed and how to quite my nervous thoughts. Her work is so beautiful, I love my lashes!

Come here every month to get my refills and it’s so nice to be able to have different options. Jamie did my hybrid extensions, I’m excited not to wear mascara every day. It’s super easy to wake up and get ready with these lashes.

Post Covid, they are sub par. Completely inflexible with extenuating circumstances and terrible client care. I was a long term happy member before Covid and their best stylist moved out of state. Tried their person in training for a gratis set a few months ago and received terrible uneven extensions after 2 very long hours, not worth the time spent on the table - I had to remove the lashes days later. Tried coming back for a full set recently and had to cancel same morning (not a member) due to a sick child and they refused to reschedule me for a different day without charging for a full set/no services received. GO ELSEWHERE, this is not the only lash service in town.

I originally would have given 4 stars because she was friendly and nice, it was clean and well organized and they looked o-kayyyy after she was finished. But less than a week after getting extensions I would say about 30-40% of them have already fallen out. I am currently calling around to see if I can get my fills from a different salon as I will not be going back.

Camille was amazing!! My brow tint was the perfect match!! On time and took about 15 minutes!! Easy and very clean!! I will be coming back!! Lauren at the front was very personable and made me feel welcome!!!

Danie did my lashes and walked me through the whole process. I was nervous at first but she made me feel so comfortable during the entire time that I actually fell asleep. Fantastic experience. I used to go to a place closer to me, but after coming here for a few fills, I’m hooked! The beds are comfy, my lash tech is always on time, and my lashes stay on even though I abuse them with mascara and eyeliner!Mae is the best tech I’ve had, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She’s gentle and efficient. Frequently I’ve gone in for what I thought was going to be a just-getting-by fill, and come away with two fully-stocked eyelids in like 30-45 minutes! She’s careful enough you can easily fall asleep while getting lashed- I’ve never been rudely awakened to a pair of tweezers pinching my tender eyelids:D All that and she has really good podcast recommendations if you need something to entertain yourself during the service!

I have had eyelash extensions before and they were one of the worst experiences I have ever had. So I would say I’m not usually a huge fan but holyyyyy freaking cow you guys have to go see Corrine!!! The softest, most delicate hands and it’s already been a week and I have had zero irritation with my eyelashes. They are light and have stayed so full (I know it’s based off of your own shed cycle but still.) Thanks again Corrine!!! You’re amazing and I can’t wait to come back!!

The Lash Lounge is amazing! So classy (in aesthetic and people), clean, and quick! We were a walk in, and normally we don’t go places during pandemic to stop the spread (also immune compromised) however, I have to give it to Lash Lounge; Not only are they extremely quick and a beautician came back on her lunch to care for my mom, but were extremely accommodating and caring as my mon and I just lost her dad/my grandpa. Bethany Lash Lounge is the best! It is super clean, comfortable and everyone is very friendly! Taylor has been doing my lashes for a year now and I’ve never felt more beautiful! She is always on time, she knows exactly what will work best for me and which length and curl to use for my eyes. I’ve had problems with my lashes staying on in the past but not since going to Taylor! I’ve recommended several friends and they are thrilled with their service too!

I went here for about 6 months, on and off getting natural and eventually volume lashes. They are the absolute definition of what a salon experience should be like! From scheduling my appointment, where the receptionist was extremely helpful, to arriving where they were sweet, attentive and quick to get you into your appointment. Then the service is amazing! So relaxing I always ended up napping. Erika was the technician and she was an angel. Always made sure I was comfortable and I could barely feel her working. The lashes were a dream! Scheduling is easy with lots of available choices. There is a friendly, knowledgeable live person available to ask questions while scheduling. I have had two different technicians, both were excellent. The salon is clean and attractive. The beds are comfy, and the knee bolsters and blankets a welcome addition. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. The bed where I got the service was so comfy! A blanket and headphones were optional which I loved! A podcast or music is always a plus when youre laying down for a while. I got collagen eye pads during my service and could feel my eye shape being mapped out and assuming sized for the correct lashes because they came out flawless! I love my lashes and the Lash Lounge. I couldnt have had a better experience!

I saw Laura today and she was wonderful! I couldnt be happier with my first lash tint. Everything about the salon and Laura were elegant and professional. Laura even offers early hours that better fit my schedule. I will definitely be back!

I’ve tried a couple of other lash salons and this is by far my favorite. Taylor is very fast and thorough and the salon is clean and peaceful. Never had a bad visit and I continue to go in for my fills every two weeks.

I got in on a preview opening and I love it! Glamorous, relaxing decor. Great staff. Theres an open floor plan, but with curtaining when appropriate. Lash extensions are my favorite way to minimize the time I spend putting on and taking off makeup, so thrilled that Lash Lounge is now in Bethany Village.

Contemporary, chic and stylish; The Lash Lounge in Bethany is everything you hope for and more when you’re getting a high end service done. You’re greeted as soon as you walk in by the friendly and professional front desk staff to sign in before you’re escorted back to the service area. Hannah has done my initial full set, and each subsequent fill and her work is amazing. She’s gentle, and quick and my lashes always turn out incredible, and I can easily go three weeks between fills, but I prefer to go in every two weeks. Their membership option is an excellent choice to keep up on your lashes and save a little $$ by paying up front. If you’ve ever considered lash extensions, or are looking for a salon with outstanding customer service can’t recommend the Lash Lounge enough. 🙌🏻

She was very insightful on the process and informed me of proper aftercare, she’s very educated on the entire thing! Amazing ladies with a positive attitude. However i wish the prices matched with the actual lashes you get :/Disappointed i had to spend 300 on classics that didnt make a difference to my eyes. I get it they were “extreme” but 300 for classics? I barely pay that much for volume at different salons that last a while. Thought id give this place a second chance. Wont be returning. Sorry.

Couldnt be happier with my experience! The location is modern, clean, and cozy. Mikayla relaxed me with warm blankets and music, practically putting me to sleep mid session. But it was her work that blew me away! Even weeks later I still recieved daily compliments. I recently just moved to Portland and needed a new lash tech. Aliana did my new set and my fill. I’m really happy with the quality of work I got here. I just got my two week fill (today) and I probably could have gone another week with how good they still looked. (I’m just ocd haha) I also signed up for the membership and I love that I can use it at any location and that im not locked in for a certain amount of time. You get two fills a a month and if you don’t use one or both, they roll over to the next month and at that point you can freeze your account. You can tell the membership is really directed at giving the customer the best perks at a reasonable price. I’m really happy with my lashes and the lash lounge!
