My prior experience with bouquets delivered by Prestige was fantastic, so I ordered a casket spray for my mother’s funeral from them. Unfortunately, the flowers delivered did not match those which I selected at the store. Also, many of the blooms were already turning brown on the edges when they were delivered. Very disappointing, especially because of the purpose for which they were ordered.

Weve ordered flowers from here several times and they have always been beautiful! Great price for what you get and the flowers are fresh. Just this week, we called the day of a funeral and asked for a large, white arrangement. It was done quickly and looked gorgeous!

So far, very unhappy. Ordered flowers for my mother in advance for her birthday, they have not arrived. Have contacted chat helpline, and they can do nothing. Really not impressed! Would not use again.

Bouquet !!!! A big joke this bouquet cost £27 and I get a couple of stems, delivered on the wrong day and flowers bent ! But emailed company and my response was this is what you ordered !!!! False advertising and lack of customer care never ever again will I be buying from this company, I would have got better quality and a bigger bouquet from a supermarket !!!! The first photo was what I got delivered ! The second photo is what I should have received ! People beware unless you spend a small fortune you will not get the flowers advertised in the photos !!!!
