Bought a truck from them they claimed was a great truck with no issues at all. Took it to a diesel shop and the transmission has been cooked and the injectors were bad. They had deleted and reset the computer on the truck. I asked if they would help with the $4,700 transmission bill and the $3,500 injector bill and they claimed they could not help. Not even 500 miles on the truck after buying it. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! very dishonest. No interest in doing the right thing for anyone.

Before buying a vehicle at Global Auto Motors on SE 82nd Ave. make sure to read the many, awful reviews. Believe me when I tell you they are accurate!We purchased a truck from there two months ago, after hiring a mechanic to look it over and telling us it was a great truck. Almost immediately we had mechanical issues. Its been in the shop three times. As of now its sitting at the mechanics and theyre telling us it needs a new engine. Weve made calls to Global and they are refusing to offer any help.

Do not let some off these 5 stars fool you. There from his own family members to beef up his rep. Owner talks a big mouth over the phone but refused to come in to deal with me person after he got out raged with me. The Car had check engine lights on. Just dont waste your money hear.

Test drove a white 2010 Ford f350 they have on the lot, looks really nice and all except it have transmission issues they didn’t mention 😅.... watch out !

By far the worst dealership i’ve ever gone to. The old guy didn’t know anything about the truck, didn’t know anything about any of the trucks that were there, said he couldn’t look up a price for a truck they recently got that was on there lot. They were trying to sell us a truck with a bad engine. The engine was leaking oil into several other things. Only reason i’m giving it a star is because that’s the lowest i can go. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Wow, these folks are thieves, selling broke down, non titled, repossessed vehicles. They definitely wont stand behind their vehicles or service.

Dont buy anything from this business. No honor, respect, or courtesy. Had an appointment to look at a van for my company. Drove 5 hours to look and test drive it. Showed up and the van was already sold. Couldnt even bother to call and tell me so i didnt waste my time. Very poor business practices.

I drove for 4 1/2 hours to buy box truck from these crooks. I took it for a test drive and it seemed fine. They told me there was no issues and that they had checked it out. An hour before I got home the truck broke down. It’s had many issues and I’ve put over $25,000 into it. I bought it for $17,000.He wouldn’t even send me money to help pay for a tow which was $700. No refund or nothing. All he said was, “all sales final”I could have bought a brand new truck. They don’t have the equipment to scan the codes on their trucks that they resell. Total fraudulent company. Don’t ever buy anything from these people!

Honestly this place is a typical low budget place. I will say the guy I spoke with was kind of helpful. When a customer comes to look at a vehicle you’d expect it to start and not get a response of once we get it running we can call you! I realize where I’m at... just looking for a inexpensive temporary vehicle till the sprinter dealer was able to more in. In all reality I would stay far far away from this place!!!

Customer Service, communication, and pricing was good. However, less than 11 months after purchasing a 2009 Izuzu NPR from them, the Engine Blew, resulting in an $8,000 bill. Id hope this isnt the kind of inventory they always have. Maybe Im just an unlucky customer. But still, I paid more than half of what I paid for the whole truck to get it fixed. The truck was MAYBE driven 25 times between purchase and the engine blowing. I dont feel like I was sold a quality product.

These guys are great. Bought a BMW X5 from them a few months ago. Priced $3-$5k cheaper than any other X5 of the same year and mileage in the regional market.Did the car have a few scratches? Wear and tear? Intermittent rough idle (prob clogged injectors from sitting for awhile)? Yeah. But if I wanted a brand new car that was flawless, I’d spend $50k on a new X5. Instead I spent $11k on one with 50k miles. These are used cars people, make decisions about cars with your head not your heart, have a mechanic check them out if you’re unsure, and know that there are inherent risks to preowned cars that can cost money.These guys didn’t actively hide anything about the condition of the truck, and waited until 11pm at the dealership for me to accommodate my schedule. Outstanding service & customer centric ethos. And that’s coming from a fellow business owner.They won a lifetime customer for sure.

Would give zero stars if we could. We made an appointment to come see a car. When we got there, no one was there to greet us for 4 minutes. Then some young guy came down and was super weird. He didnt introduce himself or anything. We told him the situation and the make, model, and year, and he just rolled his eyes and huffed and said he wasnt sure. Then he just stood there. For a really awkwardly long time. Eventually we just left. The truck wasnt even on the lot any more.

Pretty straight forward, honest, and to the point guys. I was greeted when I arrived and taken care of by the time I left walking away with my car, that was really clean, decent miles and the price was very fair on their part. I felt they could of gotten more out of me but that wasn’t their focus, they wanted to ensure I was taken care of. Not sure who these other people dealt with but my experience was pretty good!

At this point I have not been swindled, but still considering it. Ive been trying to work out details in purchasing a personal vehicle. I called and got a man who patched me through to a nice nice guy. He could not help me for 3 days as I had called on a Friday evening. I waited for my call back. Wednesday I called them. They said they still didnt know details and he would call. A few more days went by and he called. Said they were willing to work with my terms of what I offered which was $5k down on a $7k rig. I offered $1k monthly until paid in full (yes I said $1k monthly). They added another $1k to the price for financing. We asked the guy a couple more questions and he said he would have to call back. Its been 5 days since that call. Yesterday I texted the nice nice guy and asked if there was any other info on that vehicle and if he still had it. Keep in mind weve been texting with pictures and vin numbers prior. The guy says to me which vehicle?.... I screen shot our previous text and said the only one weve been discussing. This morning he texts back and says... yeah we still have it. That was it. No come sign papers, eff off, no nothing. I am not sure which way to jump. I absolutely love the rig, the miles, and I cant find any others in my area. This rig is 2 hours away from me as it is. At this point I am going with my womens intuition and keeping my money stuffed in the mattress, but I am disappointed to say the least. And on top of it, I let one from a private party slip through my hands thinking it would be safer and less of a hassle buying from a non licensed seller. Anyway, on to the next and thanks everyone who posted a review.

I recently bought a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica from this dealership. The car was such a good buy that I didnt even negotiate a price. They were incredibly easy to work with. they also went over every inch of a used vehicle to make sure it was in good working order. I woud recommend this dealership to anyone.

Bought a car next day check engine light came on because they cleared the codes before selling it. 3 error codes 2 of which are for the ABS system (antilock breaking very very important) and very expensive to fix! Thanks for making my first time car buying experience an absolute nightmare! I will gladly steer anyone away from your lot.

Maybe put under 500 miles at time of writing this, think we overpaid. When bought price was firm, reason was maintenance costs. Market price for model was way lower than what we paid. I knew this, but i loved the paint.Bad reason to buy something i know.Anyways, What maintenance? Oil was black, belts worn, tires dry rot(not included in earlier price), rear differential fluid needs replacing, Stereo cd player messed up.On top of the scratches and gouges in paint. And getting worse.Just wish they wouldve negotiated. Car runs fine though. Would consider buying again, with a mechanic lookover.

Snagged an audi s4 today from this lot. Super clean car and was even better in person than as described. Super pleased. JT made it really simple and fast to get out of there. Was rolling away from the lot within 15 minutes of coming back from my test drive. They do a great job detailing the inside of the cars and the mechanics in the shop seem to be pretty thorough. Would highly recommend.

Buyer Beware! I had the displeasure of having to do business with this company. I came from out of state to buy a truck but it was only 200 miles away. They stored the truck at a different lot they said. They brought it up and the truck ran and looked very good but a check engine light flashed on during the test drive, they said they didnt have the equipment to scan it but if a problem arose they would send a tech to fix it, as they do for many customers they say. After signing the papers the salesman said btw the key only works on the ignition and not any of the doors so you will have to get it re-keyed, this info would have been nice to know a little earlier. The truck ran perfect the entire trip back. The next morning the truck cranked and cranked but would not start. I called them and they gave me the run around how it was something simple like a sensor. Weeks of arguing and getting nothing accomplished I took it to the local freightliner dealer. Over Four thousand dollars later it was fixed. And now the topper! They sent the title that wasnt signed by the original seller and no power of attorney from the dearlership it took 2 more weeks to get the title transferred. I had nothing but problems with this fraudulent, lying, worthless, poor excuse of a dealership.

When I arrived the day after scheduling an appointment to view a vehicle no one at the business was aware of this or even what vehicle I was there to look at. Very unhelpful staff who were openly bad mouthing their customers when obviously they have an extreme amount of business practices to work on themselves. They allowed me to look at the vehicle (which was parked and hidden in the very back of the lot behind trailers and trucks obviously not ready for me when I arrived) took about 45 mins to have it ready for my test drive. After I tested it I was told I would be putting down so and so amount but that was later jacked up to twice the price of the original down payment after approving me. Luckily for them I really was looking for that particular vehicle for many months and it still seemed a good deal. While driving the vehicle home, after spending 3 hours at their dealership while they tried to figure out how to do their job, the check engine light came on with 6 error codes. (one of 3 total customers I saw them deal with that day and there was 3 staff I could count on site but for some reason only one of them knew anything about the paper work and financing meanwhile the rest just sit there and watch tv or smoke outside) it was obvious none of them knew anything about customer service, vehicles, or just genuine business practices. Go anywhere else and make sure they’re accredited by the better business bureau because this place is not and for good reason! Beware.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS.I drove 7 hours from out of state for a Kodiak 4500 dump truck. It was agreed to have the fenders painted white from orange....I arrived at 10:30pm and I had been lied to. The grill was being held on by zip ties. They never had the key to the tool box.The salesman named Will wasnt there and refused to answer my calls when I arrived and required me to text him.I was greeted by someone I had never spoken to who knew nothing about diesel trucks or the transaction details.I asked to speak with Ben the owner who I bought my last Kodiak 4500 dump truck from and was refused the opportunity. Ben and this young man went into the upper office and shut the light off as I waited in the parking lot.8 months ago I bought a Kodiak dump truck from these people and this is how they treat return customers.

Low quality vehicles often with hidden intermittent issues for what would seem a reasonable price on the same car without said issues. Very close to a scam.

We are a small start up company who needed financing for a dump truck. We were very pleased with the quality of their inventory and the helpfulness of the staff. Will got us financing that we didnt think we could get and answered all of our questions to our full satisfaction. The truck beds are new and strongly built and the truck we purchased runs like a champ. We will definately be returning next year to grow our fleet.

I went in looking for a truck. They showed me a Nissan Titan. I went through all the paper work. Drove the truck home. It broke down on me the second day. They came to get the truck. Financing didn’t go through. I’ve been trying to get my downpayment back from WILL. They are all crooks. If I could give them a zero star I would. Save your money. Go else where.

Bought a car from THEM ADVERTISED AS LOADED, DVD Navigation, stereo, just to name a couple. What they forgot to mention, THEY DONT WORK! I bought the car with a written GUARENTEE from THEM my stereo would be fixed. THEY replaced it with a stereo that wont run the DVD. THEY said oh well your stereo works now. --UPDATE.........6-19-2019THEY CAME THRU IT WAS EVEN MONTHS LATER THEY FIXED MY DVD PLAYER! ALL IS GREAT THEY HELD UP THEIR DEAL WITH ME. I was wiling to ignore the negative reviews and drive 3 hours to this place to only be disappointed.For starters, they do not offer inspection reports. which I was willing to bypass because of my mechanical history.I asked for box height measurements, which I did receive, but were incorrect once I measured the truck myself in person.The truck i was interested in idled quite violently, JAMES said that was normal, which i do know diesels do have some vibrations, but this truck made me nauseous. I called an Isuzu dealer asking if they get trucks in with violent idles and he said No, Ive had a rough idle complaint come into my shop, these trucks are bulletproof. If it idles violently, id walk away.so thats what I did.Please do not reward unprofessional behavior.

Great inventory. Best used dump truck selection I found. Nice vehicles, decent prices. Not the smoothest experience Ive ever had purchasing anything. My first appointment I was already pre-aproved so I was all ready to make a purchase. The salesperson seemed annoyed that he had to be there. Then 3 days later I found out they couldnt even follow through with the deal we had made. Still made the purchase but wish they wouldnt have wasted my time the first day
