I ordered a custom shirt. When I came to pick it up, I realized that I mistakenly asked for the wrong print. Mahmoud, the associate working, didnt hesitate to reprint the shirt for me while I waited. I will definitely order from these guys again! Great customer service and great product!

Edit (6/15/21) : the business redeemed themselves and made good on the incorrect items. I received the correct items I ordered and changed my 1 star review to 5. Its unfortunate that there was a problem and also that it was not as easy to rectify the issue as I wouldve liked but it was in fact resolved and Im happy with what I received.Reading other 1 star reviews and my experience is identical. I also dont care if this is a retail store and my experience was with their online business.I ordered 2 shirts and both came with prints that did not reflect what I saw on the website. I sent a support message on the website and received an email 2/3 days later apologizing for receiving incorrect items and promising to make it right. I was told Id receive a new tracking number when a replacement order was ready but Im still waiting 4 days later.Their voice-mail is full.I received a fraud alert from USAA when I placed the order.Cant say I recommend ordering anything from this business. Maybe the Better Business Bureau or the Oregon Attorney Generals Office can assist with this potentially fraudulent business.1st and 2nd pictures are what the website advertised, 3rd and 4th pictures are what I received. Not the same items at all.

We come here often and they always have friendly customer service and will always go out of there way to figure out how we always want our custom shirts. I recommend this place to everyone. Great prices good quality.:)

Quality is amazing, and they are so nice, I can’t believe they ever got a bad review.I have gone to one other place besides here, and not only was the quality blurry, the lining of the shirt was horrible and I showed him that, and he made sure every one of my shirts were done perfectly. He added a lining around each one, and I just love everything he did to make sure the quality of my shirts were 100% AMAZING ❤️❤️I MEAN the way my pieces just pop out and look as if I painted them on the shirts. He did so well with everything!!!! They will always get my business from now on. There is a reason why there is only one bad review on here out of the 400. It’s because this place is great. I’ve ordered twice from them and all I’ve experienced was good experiences from them. Before Christmas I ordered a hoodie that was supposed to come to me in 3 days and it never arrived in 10 days. **Update** Spoke to the owner, hes shipping out the missing shirt and he explained the reason for no response to my emails and voicemails. He is making it right which is all I ask for.Im not sure why I am the outlier here based on the other reviews but since I rely on reviews to make decisions Im going to post my experience with an on-line order. I ordered two identical shirts from a stock offering (not custom) on 12/17. They were to be gifts for my 2 sons and kind of an inside joke. I paid for expedited shipping which stated 3-5 business days hoping it would make it around Christmas but it was not shipped until 12/28. I sent an email requesting a status on the order on 12/27, no response. Because USPS was used to ship, I didnt receive the package until 1/5. The package only contained one of the two shirts so I called and left a voice mail, no response. I also sent an email the same day. No response. I left another voice mail and sent another email on 1/6, again no response.So it looks like I am out the money and a shirt. The money is not a big deal but its disappointing since only one of my sons got a shirt which kind of defeats the purpose and Im frustrated that Ive tried multiple times via phone and email to reach the store but have not received a single response.

I had a custom shirt made for a concert and they did it like I wanted and I got a lot of compliments on my shirt and my favorite singer even smiled at me in the front row of the audience. I also had a beautiful Kobe tribute shirt made with his portrait and jersey number in Lakers yellow and purple. Again I rocked the shirt, which was also comfortable while I was pregnant, and got many compliments. Excellent service, check them out.

I had an incredible experience with the folks that we custom in Washington square. I had a complicated logo that needed to be transferred with a short deadline onto some PPE masks. Limo and his team knocked it out of the park. couldnt have asked for a better outcome. Highly recommend them for any of the projects you have coming up either business or personal.

Top notch product and customer service! This is our second year using We Custom for our Portland to Coast team shirts. After searching all over town for well made, reasonably priced shirts that would accurately put (and not need to alter) our team mascot on shirts and tanks, We Custom was the only place that could do it without charging us an arm and a leg.
