Literally just left the store. No one bothered to greet me & my family nor say anything to us when we left. However, I noticed they readily greeted everyone who came in after us (yes, they were white.) The atmosphere was a bit to “extreme” for and exaggerated to me. You can tell this store definitely caters to a specific group of people & The items in the store were way over priced. There is a location at Bridgeport that I find way more comfortable and pleasing to visit. I won’t ever waste my time at this location.
LOVED this little shop! Was told we had to stop in on our trip. We almost missed it but got there just before we left. SO many cute little things, I wanted to buy everything! Service in the store was great. I will definitely be back :)
I remember visiting this shop 2 years ago while in Portland for a visit. The selection of products are always unique. The staff is also super friendly. I stopped by a few weeks ago just to browse and conversed with the girl behind the counter on recommendations for some bath salts, soap and deodorant. Their carefully curated line of health and beauty products have always worked well for my sensitive skin.
This gift shop is full of fun and wonderful gifts. Art prints, bath salts, T shirts, note cards, jewelry, stickers, cat nip treats for kitties and so much more. As the sign on the door says, Unboring gifts for dreamers and Do-gooders. A fresh shop for fine gifts for your pal or yourself. This shop celebrates the wonders of Portland.
Loved the vibe and selection of local items! And local records and cassette tapes?! How cool is that?!
Such a lovely store with local artisan crafts, foods, and jewelry. The staff is kind, helpful and keeps us all safe too!
We stumble upon this place walking 23rd street. Love this location. a must stop for any souvenirs or gifts. Love the many options they have for those hard to shop for.
I was in visiting from Vancouver, Canada and I stumbled upon this store! The person who helped me in the store (whose name I have forgotten but was wearing a great black and white patterned jumpsuit) taught me so much about the area and gave me so many recommendations and information on the earrings and cards that I bought! They were even willing to look up a bank for me so I could run and grab some cash! Overall an amazing experience and it will be a pit stop on every trip to Portland from here on out! Thank you so much!
Always great local products! I buy for my family, friends and myself! Staff are consistently super friendly, I love them. Excellent record label, give any of their artists a listen and youll find something that speaks to you!
Hip Portland/Northwest art and music label. You can buy all your cool Portland enamel pins to prove youre a local or send trinkets home to out-of-staters. The feminine art, style, and vibe make this place a nice visit. Support local living artists please.
Very chic and beautifully displayed store. My family of 5 were actually at the toy store up the street where they were selling a few onesizes. When I inquired about bigger sizes for my children they suggested this boutique.Upon arriving we were not greeted with smiles, it was an eye roll and obvious frustration that we entered near closing. Quickly looking through shirts for my 2 year old to wear to dinner since his current shirt was off and drenched in yogurt, about 30 seconds into looking through the t shirt designs we are told again that their store is closing and shes closing the register. With a shirt in hand I was so turned off by the experience. In high school and while attending college I worked in retail and although I often disliked staying an hour past my shift because we still had customers we would service the customer. I put the t shirt back and said fine I wont buy this shirt then and her response was well you can come back tomorrow and buy it.Why would I come back when it could have taken 30 seconds to complete the transaction? We were there before the store was closed therefore our customer service should be no less than the first customer of the day especially for.being in the Pearl District.I am extremely disappointed and hope others have a.better experience.
Fun store with a bunch of small wares that at fun and make great gifts. Worth a look if passing through.
