L-M Equipment has been using Industrial Source for several years now with great results. We are located way out in Sandy and they deliver our gas and consumables every Thursday efficiently. Industrial Source carries a HUGE array of welding supplies, not just gas.. They almost always have a solution to any industrial fabrication demand. Why four star and not five?, L-M has just recently been able to have a qualified outside sales rep that understands our industry. Prior years we were sort of on our own in this regard, but now we are pleased with all the service we receive.

We have been using Industrial Source for the last few years and I have to say that since we changed to them ordering and receiving our supplies has been a breeze. They have been nothing less than wonderful. Mike is a great man with a wealth of knowledge about welding supplies and what will work the best in our processes. He is always happy and puts a smile on my face as soon as he walks in the door. And Debi in the office, well, she is equally wonderful. She is always very prompt when I email her. She takes care of whatever it is that we may need in between deliveries without hesitation. She really is the greatest. I dont plan on switching welding supply companies anytime soon. Industrial Source has been our best source of welding supplies for years now. If an item we need is not listed on the website, we just email our rep and he will track it down for us. And usually at a better price than we can find on our own. Love these guys....always there to help!

Great company to work with for business!

Would give 0 stars if I could. The managers- Jeremy and joe Knighton have a relationship together and hold hands and kiss at work in front of employees. The hr manager ignores calls and doesn’t help with any issues and has access to your time card and she takes hours off so you get paid less for work you’ve already done. They are very hipercritacle and lie to your face. Just an overall bad place to go to for gases or fire extinguishers they rip people off everyday. Very bad place to work.

I have worked with Industrial Source of Portland for two years now. They deliver to my branch of Norco Incorporated in Vancouver, Wa. Tommy and David have been our main drivers and they are second to none when it comes to service. On the rare occasion that there was an issue it was always resolved in a timely manner. Friendly people, quality and fast service, and a commitment to safety and excellence are a good way to do business.

Friendly people that were eager to help out. I had a problem with my co2 tank at my resturante. They sent a guy over to check it out. He found a leak in our system right away. He fixed it and had us up and running by our dinner shift.
