I spent 6 hours calling and going store to store around Vancouver and Portland looking for two particular fittings in order to repair a steel fuel line that was damaged while removing the filter. Associated hose had one of the two at their warehouse a 5/16 swagelock stainless steel compression coupling. The company sent an employee to pick it up while I was in route to their store. I am very appreciative of this outstanding customer service. I was now able to complete the repair with a trip to the wrecking yard after the discovery no one has the metric inverted flare compression nut used on a Hyundai Elantra’s special fuel filter. This review really does NOT show how much I appreciate the above and beyond customer service I received this day by the staff. Thank you again.

This company goes the extra mile. I have called a few times and still dont know the correct terminology when it comes to all the pipe style and fittings. FIP, MIP, NTS, NH, FNPT... ABC, WWF, LOL, its all very confusing, but these guys work with me and get my parts PDQ. This is the first place I call when I need fittings.

Pricing was very good for what I bought and they happily took the time to find me what I was looking for.
