I have gotten my supplies from this store this season and they have not only been great with the prices but they also provide lots of knowledge on a range of topics related to growing. Ive used there suggestions this season and been very happy.

I call them this morning, I want buy 20 bags of HP dirt, and their price is a lot higher than the other supplier, I ask them to match the price, I can show them the receipt from the other store, they said they cant match it. I dont know when they changed their matching policy. If they do they should let all customers know.

Always have what I need and the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and makes sure you taken care of! 10/10 recommend

Ive had good experiences every time I go to this store but had a unique one recently I felt would it be helpful to mention. I was having an issue with my plant and explained it to the man behind the counter the issue, he pondered it for a while, asked a bunch of good questions and the conclusion we came to didnt cost me a penny. I was fully planning on buying a specific nutrient but his recommendation was to just use things I already had in combination with each other and that solved the problem almost immediately. I just think its awesome that when not buying a product may be the answer they will tell you that and it gives me even more confidence when coming in with a question. I appreciate the honesty.

Store is empty and the dont have anything to hang lights. This is not a good grow store they didnt have anything i needed.

Knowledgeable, friendly and as someone who has had sales jobs they were being honest. Ive now been twice and its a relaxing experience. Also not a frustrating location, just off the freeway. Especially if you are new to the different nutrients etc i reccomend talking to someone in person at least before buying online.

Bloom is Portlands flag ship garden shop with 3 locations to serve you all stocked and ran by a knowledgeable staff. VEGBLOOM in stock large at all 3 locations. Killer prices and all the top notch products.

Kind of expensive, definitely an upmarket type of place. Employees will try to sell you some truly ridiculously priced stuff, but just ask if theres anything less expensive, and there will usually be a cheaper option. They have some really unique products I havent seen anywhere else, though, so that makes up for a lot of it. 4 stars because they have a bizzare discount system so that prices are 20% higher than marked, deducted at the register. Discount varies, very hard to predict what stuff will cost.

Great Grower Support / Fast ServiceHad a bulb malfunction but not completely fail. Manufacturer wanted the bulb sent in and tested before they would warranty, but Bloom replaced the bulb for me on the spot. Much appreciated!

Went in search of netting and tea..pre brewed tea. the fellas there are the best they helped me out. knew about the products that they sell.many shops lead you to the high priced stuff not this place they try not to break the bank

Absolutely horendous pricing. Not exaggerating but you are 100x times better off going to AMAZON at this point. Prime or no prime, I mean their bags of pro mix and fox farm are ridiculous! I would rather wait 2 days for the exact same thing! Their bags just sit there all the same, and I’ve done just fine with amazon fox farm products of OF and Strawberry F. Oh, and natures true living organics SUPER SOIL which these BUMS definitely don’t have. Dude tried to sell me on these all in one pellets and was trying to tell me thats the best way to do orgo Growing. Dudes are clowns and not as knowledgeable as you think.

They were out of stock of what I needed, so they found a competitor who had the product in stock and gave me directions. Awesome Customer service, which is the most important characteristic of the places I do business with and recommend.

Prices are not the best. Not very helpful staff, I came in and 4 dudes watched me for like 10 minutes and never asked if I need help. When I did ask for help they scattered like flies. I did get the light I needed, piece was ok, Ive found that this place to be over priced and u can order stuff online same as them but cheaper. I used to like this place was my go to grow store until today went to get a flushing solution they sold my mom new millennium winter frost which is not a flushing solution it has npk it is a RIPENING solution i went in to excage it and the guy was being super hateful told me it is a flushing solution cause he works in a grow store i said but it has npk as far as i know no flushing solution should have npk he said i know what im talking about i work in a grow store thats a flushing solution idc what you say so you know so much explain why new millenniums website it says USE 7-10 DAYS PRIOR TO FLUSHING and the bottle says ripening solution doesent sound like a flushing agent to me on top of that he told my mom it would double crystal production in the last 2 weeks lmao bottom line i wont be back because of how rude the customer service is and how if you question them the only response is i know and you dont cause i work in a grow store pretty pethetic..

Bloom ended up having my sample, but new employees could not locate it. Simple misunderstanding and inconvenience that has been resolved.
