NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just go buy a ice machine and save yourself the time and energy. They do not deliver on time ever. When you call and finally talk to someone they cannot help you. They will start a case for you that will never be resolved. Cancelled services weeks ago.... they still have not resolved it.

I work at a store that uses them and we are constantly having no ice after ordering it five times and all im toldthey dont have enough drivers

It has been a constant battle every summer to get ice consistently. Working in a large tourist/camping area ice is crucial. No matter how many times I call to put in multiple orders a week, by Saturday we are out. This is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend finding a different avenue for ice delivery or buying your own ice machine. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

The people I work with at Arctic Glacier have really gone above and beyond to make me feel like a large account, when I really am a small part of their business. I always am met with friendly service and smiles when picking up ice. There has never been a supply issue for me and I appreciate them keeping me stocked!

Are you kidding me, a heat wave going on and havent received ice in over a month, even with calling everyday. if I ran my business like this I would not have a business.Had great service in the past but not in the last three years, Im guessing Im a small fish in a big pond.Time to buy my own ice machine.

As a business owner I would not recommend working with this company, as there is no one to work with. When you call them, you get a third party phone consultant who does not work for the company. Their one job is to deliver ice. They fail at that job often. We have a lot of ice in stock, during the slow winter months. Here it is, peak of summer, and weve been out for a solid week. They never contact us, but we do call them DAILY for deliveries. After a week, the phone consultant says they still do NOT have us scheduled for delivery. facepalm.

We ordered a huge amount of ice and a 300lbs block for carving, and everything went smoothly! Very nice employees, and willing to accommodate our schedule.

Arctic Glacier is an ice company that has a monopoly on ice distribution. They do not care about their customers. The order center is too far removed from local distribution so they do not give a care about supply issues. No one above an order taker at AG is willing to discuss supply issues. So there is zero accountability at this company for poor service and poor job performance. Someone in charge of distribution must be protecting their own job or its the owners worthless kid that cant be fired. We could have sold 2000 plus bags of ice leading up to and during Labor day weekend. This company shows up at our business with 30 bags of ice, 5 days too late. This is the second or third year that service has been this bad. There were times when service was good, but it was so long ago its difficult to remember.

A bussiness i work for needed ice we have called for 2 weeks straight spoke to a (call center who could care less) tried to order ice and all they could say is ill pass it on to the driver. And still 2 weeks later no ice no call horrible business and customer service if they had a zero star thats what they woulg get

Another year passes, another year without ice on the 4th of July. In fact, we are still out of ice 5 days later. Why is it so difficult to keep your customers from running out on holidays. If I could give negative starts I would.

Terrible service, and no accountability from anyone. This monopoly really needs to be brought to the attention of local news media and officials.Maybe someone with more knowhow can work on a class action lawsuit against monopoly abuse.

During the Kold-Kist era, it was good. Deliveries were prompt, and there were hardly ever any hang ups. Now, this Arctic Glacier thing is total garbage. You can call all you want, and you will never get ANY information, and they will just randomly show up with a delivery up to 1 month later. This service is BEYOND TRASH. Im still reeling from how unbelievable this service is. Thank God they have a monopoly on the ice distribution, right? If not, theyd sooo be out of work.

Hey folks having trouble with the Portland Arctic Glacier, they have a corporate website and a corporate facebook page. Reading the main site info leads me to believe they care, so complaints about the local outlet might help. Shame on social media might get results too. Im a customer of you guys, and I want you all to have ice, so I can too. A couple of times Ive gotten bags of ice from other manufacturers and it was nasty, so lets get these guys in line :-)

This is one of the worse and f**d up companies I ever seen in my entire life. Have been waiting for a technician for 5 days to show his f**g face up.

Seriously this company needs to answer the F*%^* phone and deliver the WEEK that they say they will. Monopoly on ice, is only unfair.
