Needed an annual backflow test on short notice. They were easy to communicate with and will absolutely call them again for next years test.
Poor service. Sent a tech who could not locate the valve and giving excuses. No response from the company and to do rush re-testing. Avoid using them.

The guy who came to do the back flow test gave a call on that service day. He said my water meter was spinning. So, there may be a leaking and probably caused by your irrigation system. Then, I asked him to turn off the valve of the irrigation system. I found there was no water at all after I arrived home. He turned off my MAIN water valve! Then, I called him to come and fix it. He came and turned on the MAIN water valve, turned off the irrigation system valve which I showed him. Finally, the company sent me a bill for an EXTRA $40 for turn water back on?! First,he is a professional and did not check carefully which valve was which although I talked with him on that phone call (there are two green boxes. One is for main water, one is for irrigation system). Second, he came to correct his mistake and charge me extra $40 which is non-sense! I called the company about my bill. The person who took the phone call said she needs to talk to the technician at night about my bill question! It is not a complicated question. But I need to wait for a whole day and dont know if they are going to re-fund me or not. I give one star rate here. I will update for any follow up tomorrow. If they correct the issue, I will modify the rate.UPDATES: I talked with their customer service again today which is not helpful at all(just make me feel non-sense). Finally, I talked with their manager (a much nicer guy compared to the lady from customer service). They will refund the $40 back. So, if any problem, speak to manager not the customer service lady.
Jeff at Watermetrics works hard to ensure the proper meter is chosen for your application. I have a community of vacation homes east of Governemnt Camp. With an aging system there was no way of knowing their daily water usage. They are remote and access difficult in winter. Jeff was able to get me a meter with remote register that gives readout of the usuage remotely. Now theres no need to have a guy check the water usage daily and they have a way to check for leaks.
