I would love to go to this shop but after reading a response to a customer that left a concerned review I now hold a kind of question and but of concern as to the value of folks that grace this shop, I must say that connecting with your customers and making them feel welcome should be a focus doubly so in these economic times when shops are closing due to lots of costumers when everyones feeling the effects of this pandemic in the wallet pretty heavy.And discounting how a customer felt at your place of business seems very cold, I would also not feel welcome should I come and not be greeted and be in the presence of a host that was not giving off good vibrations and acted as if I was an inconvenience, many small businesses such as novelty and mystic shops and the like, forget that a great deal of people come in looking for not only material things to purchase but a connection with the host, advice and are seeking wisdom and healing, anyone would like to be welcomed by a gracious attentive host, and hope that my thoughts and feelings will be considered and should I visit your shop that Ill be greeted with welcome positive energy! Thank you for your time as it is precious!Ive exclusively been going to Moonshadow for a long time and have always had such a wonderful time there and spent quite a lot of money not only because of the quality of the items but because the lady host the owner is a exceptional being! She connects with those that enter her and takes the time to help those That have questions and are curious etc, shes gone so far beyond what I expected to help me in areas that I was lacking knowledge in my craft, hence why Ive kept going back time and time again! Plus she has the best selection of craft needs, crystals, herbs, candles and everything you can imagine and if she doesnt shell gladly get it for you, this is a beautiful thing!Best to you all and I hope my experience is a great one!

There is truly no store like this one, when it comes to finding authentic products for your personal practice/ritual. I am always extremely happy with what I buy, and the suggestions given when I ask. I have also taken some workshops, and Erica is truly knowledgeable, genuine and accepting. I have learned so much from these two- and it’s always great to see their adorable child!

By far the best witchy shop in Portland, Erika and Tad the owners are the most helpful genuine people Ive ever met and I cant say enough how amazing the quality of their products are and knowledgeable they are with the workshops they provide. I’ve been in here a couple times and the man is always friendly to me and super knowledgeable but his partner never seems to smile or say hi. Even when I’ve asked her a question, It feels like it’s an annoyance to her. I just feel put off by her energy. I’m wondering if they are practicing true magic from the heart, but it doesn’t feel that way to me. It only takes a second to smile and be friendly to your customers. I do enjoy all the products you offer and what your doing, it would only take a small amount of effort to bring your customers back by being happy to see someone walk into your business.

This shop is absolutely lovely. It’s not only welcoming and comforting to walk through, but the owners are incredibly friendly, informative, and so accepting. Being Romani, I am so appreciative of how welcoming and respectful they are of my culture. Most witch shops I walk in I have to deal with the racist stereotype image of my people being sold or displayed. Not here. Not only are they informative and sensitive to all cultures and races, they are huge advocators for the queer witch community. I appreciate that they have worked so hard to create a safe environment for all practitioners.

This boutique craft ritual shop is absolutely one of a kind! The owners Tad and Erica are extremely passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly. My partner got me a beard oil from Keven that smells amazing and feels so smooth (would make an excellent gift!). I am so happy that they are here to provide the Eugene community with products that truly help us with our lives.

Must must see the art in here! The artist works in store and her work is some of the most moving work Ive seen in Portland. The store is staffed by a great family and the community theyve built and you can see the personal love in their curated choices within. A warm and welcoming atmosphere in this gorgeous storefront. Situated throughout the shop were beautiful displays of local products for body, mind and spirit. I absolutely love the handcrafted oil bar and the perfume oil as well as the lip balm I took home. Its so wonderful to see one of a kind products. I will definitely be back for more!

Great staff, amazing products & a warm atmosphere pour from every nook & cranny of this old house. If your looking to build an alter or sacred space, they have the herbs, plants & crystals to do it. If you want to support the up-cycle community, they carry local artists that make those goods. Most of all, they have a fantastic array of small batch organic apothecary products that will leave you smelling & looking amazing from head to toe. They are one ritual I will definitely be incorporating into my daily routine.

The store is still there and open. I met the owners and fell in love with their home-like atmosphere of the store. at first glance, it doesnt appear they have much for supplies, but they have a wealth of options, and host a multitude of activities. I became an instant repeat customer after speaking with them. They seem to have a personal relationship with each artist that supplies their shop or at least can tell you about each of them. I feel they reflect not only the feel of what I have always loved being a native Oregonian but for what most people still consider everything that is in the broom closet If they dont have or know first-hand reference of what you are looking for, they can point you in the right direction.

This is such a quaint, and lovely shop. They had a plethora of roots, herbs and soaks to choose from, as well as a wonderful of books, jewelry and crystals and other witchy things. The owner, and staff were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and more than willing to answer any questions I could fathom! I recommend beings not buying their items here if they truly with them to be wholesome allies in their life and their practice.There is a huge sense of Superiority complex and I have given second chances yet it seems the owner is very conceited and superior. The energy is not clean here... so I would never buy their items or trust the intention behind their items. There is zero embodiment of the empowered Witch or the balanced divine feminine, weaving her magic guided by the Heart--which is a MUST with taking the magical road. This saddens me.The woman owner has acted judgmental, competitive, unkind and constricting to many of my friends (who were nothing but friendly... but probably should not have taken the owners superiority as they did)... and I have had this experience with her more than once, as well. The intention does not feel good and the woman that works here feels continuously constricting, judgmental...sadly seems to be prone to Competition and separation rather than Compassion. A lot of Superiority, ego, and competition... which is not how the road of magick should move.It breaks my heart to see shops like this rise that could be a beneficial thing for others creating their magic .... be so empty, insincere, shallow and constricting in energy. I recommend beings not buying their items here if they truly with them to be wholesome allies in their life and their practice. I can no longer support such poor shops like this and hope that all will put more energy (including money) towards seeing shops that serve the community to be born.
