Good management; quiet friendly community; easy access to Powell Butte Nature Park

High end professional management. Powell Butte Park Rangers always patrolling the area. Aspen Meadows is a very tightknit close community that knows each other and keeps a guy out for any suspicious behavior as everybody knows each other here. The mobile home park is very well-maintained from the entrance all the way down to the exit. Managers are nice and professional.

We have a great office/community manager, very personable, friendly and helpful with answering your questions. Our maintenance manager is great, friendly, cares about our park, he goes over and above maintaining our park.

Its a 55+ community not much to talk about haha, we were visiting family so we obviously love it. Not much outside visiting, the park is just a slide so if you have littles, bring entertainment.
