Portlands best motorcycle shop hands down. Not only was James able to get a set of bars for bike faster than any website but he also got them cheaper than any site. James is a awesome dude to deal with and any other parts or gear I need in the future will be coming from him. I am a 4 year veteran in sales and James is top notch in my eyes.

Super friendly service, a lot of fun gear and knick-knacks all in one small shop, and James is ultra helpful with answering questions. Free coffee too! This was our second visit. Well definitely be back to try out other stuff. They also have tons of catalogs to flip through and order things in if anything isnt in the store.

This guys a thief ordered a icon jacket and he couldnt get it so I spoke to him and he said he would get me something else which we agreed upon that was a month ago he will not respond to your emails they will not answer the phone and they will not give you a refund this is a total scam Id have file a police report a disputed it with my bank and filed a claim against him with the better Business bureau..They will take your money and run all these reviews that are five star reviews are fake reviews those are people that they know

I heard great things about this company from all of the positive reviews Ive read online. I got a great price on a helmet and ordered it on Dec 27th.After almost a week I still did not hear that my order was in route. I left a message over the phone and a message through BAMF Moto website. James responded the same day and quickly over-nighted the helmet to me. Customer service is outstanding and I will be ordering from James again.

This place is great. I went here looking for a jacket and met the owner, James. He was extremely welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I ended up not finding a jacket that I liked, but if I find one elsewhere, this place can probably get it too - fast and at a fair price. While I didnt show up on their doorstep, I used the BAMF Moto website to purchase an Icon helmet. Due to the pandemic, some miscommunication on their stock led to my helmet not being available. I called James(the owner) about a month after waiting for its arrival and together we figured out the problem. James offered me a superb deal on a new helmet and was extremely helpful through the entire process of shopping and shipping. He made it his business to make sure I received what I had payed for. I will most certainly be recommending BAMF Moto in the future and would love to order from them again.

Echoing a lot of what you will read above and below my review. James (the owner) picked up the phone to tell me about the status of my order - even though I hadnt inquired. WHO DOES THAT? This is exactly the kind of Customer Experience most companies would kill to deliver and James/BAMF have won a customer for life with that simple 2-minute phone call. Dont let a lack of inventory or deep library of products on their website fool you - they likely have it (or can get their hands on it!), but they havent listed it. Dont be afraid to email or call them.
