Everyone there was wonderful to deal with. They provided me with timely updates, answered all my questions, and helped out a ton with my insurance. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again.

I am feeling a little Hosed. I got a quote for the repairs on my car by going into their place of business... Referred by my insurance company. The gave me a price, a few days later, that was only $80 more than my deductible, So I said I would pay it myself, When I went back to pick it up, they had added a fee they said they charge everyone, I questioned them on why the extra and why wasnt it on the quote if they have to Charge Everyone this inspection fee. They just keep repeating the information... So I paid it. Please make sure they clearing indicate all charges before you accept their quote. Unless you like being SURPRISED.

I called Key Collision for a second estimate on a scratch repair to my vehicle. They were friendly, prompt, and professional to deal with in making the appointment and on the day of upon arrival. With a quick look at the damage, the manager said that she would go get someone to conduct the estimate. Instead of coming back with paperwork, she had one of the technicians with a buffer/polisher in hand and buffed out the scratch in under a minute. This business saved me hundreds of dollars and a headache from another Auto Body Center in town that wanted to completely repaint my door. If this is how I Key Collision treated me, I can only imagine the level of service and quality of work on paid jobs.Thank you Key Collision for your kindness and professionalism. Key Collision of Portsmouth went above and beyond my expectations of service and attention to detail. This was my first accident where I had to have any body work done. I was upset about needing it but honestly, my vehicle came back to me looking like it did when I purchased it a year and a half ago! The whole process was seamless and they even coordinated with Enterprise for my rental and allowed me to drop it off after hours since I work late. Not only was everyone friendly and professional but did a through job of explaining everything. To top it off, they took off my car decal from the old tailgate and replaced it in the exact same spot on the new tailgate. The decal was given to me to represent my children in the Navy and I was very happy to see it again on the new door. I would recommend this business to anyone needing body work. Replaced the front end of my 2020 Honda Civic. Looks like it was never damaged, and made sure all of the electrical safety features (lane assist, speed control assist, etc) were working and had a Honda Dealership adjust and verify them. Second time using this repair shop and they are the best. Customer Service awesome and did all the leg work with my insurance company. Definitely recommend!

Individual who completed estimate after serious accident (not my fault) and my insurance company had my vehicle towed there did NOT estimate all work needed to properly repair vehicle (front end collision, did not bother to include alignment among other things). I picked up vehicle to find paint is chunky in spots, moldings over wheels bumpy (they did reorder and replace these again after not calling the first time they were in and sending back) etc. My vehicle shakes on highway at/over 70mph. NOT only! Chip in windshield missed, scratch on side. Was told all of this would be fixed when they called us to tell us moldings were in. Never got call. Moldings came in, insurance company charged for them, molding were sent back. Finally, we called about this. They had to reorder moldings. When we brought it back today for issues to be fixed, we were told estimator missed so many things in many vehicles, person was fired, but Key refused to do alignment for my vehicle or fix it because it had never been run through my insurance carrier. POOR service, poor quality of repair. Would not have used them had they not been forced on me by my insurance company. AVOID THEM at all costs.

Had an excellent experience here. Everyone is informed and very friendly. They want to please the customer, while also doing their job to the best ability. I had let them know I was in a rush to get back to school and they completed my car much earlier than expected. Also, they cleaned the interior, making it feel like a new car. 100% recommend.

Not a great experience, it seemed like everything was put back together right but a year later I go under my truck and a major support brace was just hanging by one bolt. Also fog light still gets water in it all the time and they said they fixed it....You just expect better when you spend the money I did to get it fixed.

Had an accident on the rear passengers side with body damage and problems with the gas tank/gauge. Took it here and they gave a reasonable estimate. Once they began, they came back with a new estimate at over double the original price. They took three weeks longer than expected on just the body damage alone. I eventually took it elsewhere because they claimed the gas tank/gauge wasnt a result of the accident and wouldnt be covered by my insurance, which it was. This place had horrible communication with both myself and my insurance company. If you only have minimal body damage this place may be okay.

Great experience here overall - I had a company vehicle repaired here a couple years ago and my vehicle repaired here a few weeks ago.Both repair jobs went well - the damaged areas of both vehicles looked clean and new after the work. Couldnt tell they were ever damaged.The shop has moved to Post Rd. In Portsmouth now. New shop is clean and neat and it has a customer waiting area now, the new facility seems much better equipped with a lot more space.The damage estimate was quick and accurate, repair time estimate was also spot on. I got text message alerts from the shop regularly which was nice so I knew how the progress was going and when my vehicle was expected to be finished.I didnt interact with much of the staff beyond the damage estimate and drop off/pick up, but everyone I spoke with was polite and helpful. I thought it was my imagination until I saw another reviewer post about it, but it looks like the inside of my vehicle was cleaned when the repair was done which was nice. Made me feel like I was getting into a new car when I picked up. Thank you for the great work!

Dont judge a book by its cover! The building isnt the most glamorous (I did mention that to the estimator) which made me wonder if I was making the right decision. However, the quality of work and most important the customer service exceeded my expectation. I highly recommend Key Collision Center and the reliable, dedicated employees.

I brought my car here after a rear end collision. The work done was flawless and fast. They made sure the parts ordered fit, and sent back after-market parts that did not meet their expectations. Upon picking up my car, i noticed a crack in the body where a previous repair (not their work) was done, that was not there when I dropped it off. Their manager Jim took care of everything. Not only did they fix the cracked body filler, but they repaired the surrounding rust as well. This was not a filler repair but real steal welded in. Went above and beyond my expectations. This kind of service is virtually non-existent these days.

Key collision is the best place to go for repairs! (Not that you would want to have to need them 🙂) If you did, definitely check them out! The staff is friendly all the time! I dropped my car off in a bad snow storm, there was a rental car waiting for me and I was in and out in no time. They also keep you informed of their progress, guarantee the repairs for the as long as you own the car and will fix anything again if it wasnt fixed properly the first time (that hardly ever happens!) They are amazing and I totally trust them and use them when needed! I would highly recommend them!

Im starting this review by saying I have not been there YET! My car was run into this past weekend and Progressive has Key on their preferred repair center list. Ive trusted Progressive since 2005 and they have always been helpful. Ill let everyone know how the experience of having an insurance repair goes with them. Great personal clear communication prompt and great work

We had a terrible experience here trying to get hail damage repair. In attempting to fix the dents, they managed to mess up a whole lot of other things in the car. Our roof rack was broken, there were scratches on the vehicle, there were oily finger prints on the interior, and we can no longer use the blue tooth featute. We left it with them 3 times to repair the issues and were very unimpressed at quality of care. They did end up giving us a free detailing and wash to make up for it which was appreciated but we would have rather not had to deal with any of that at all. We do not recommend this service.

Complete scam. Went in for an estimate, they proceeded with work on my truck WITHOUT my authorization. When I found out they were doing this, I told them to stop and that I didnt want them to proceed. They refused to let me have my vehicle back until I paid for two hours of labor to put the bumper back on. Do not take your vehicle here.
