Excellent experience overall, cannot recommend highly enough, a true full service top value business. Miles helped my wife into the exact right outboard for our Catalina 25 at a very competitive price when other dealers would either not return her message or didnt have something suitable.When we arrived our motor was in the showroom waiting with no delay in completing the purchase. His colleague added a full orientation on care and operation of the motor including putting it in our Pathfinder SUV, top marks all around.

Cant say enough good about the people in this organization! Brought in a 33 yr. old 8 ft. Achilles with a port tube that a mouse had bitten a hole in, ... of course, right on a seam. From Susan whom I spoke with on the phone, Kevin, who first greeted me upon arrival and discussed options, Miles with whom I contracted the job, to Jared who handled pick up of the repaired boat! I was met with friendliness, helpfulness and kindness. Within two days they repaired the damage at a cost less than their estimate... and they took the trouble to clean & shine up years of oxidation from its surface at no added charge. I bought a Highfield 360 with 25 hp at the boat show discount. They threw in a lifting hitch when they found I had a small crane. Soon I decided to ask for 380 with 30hp. No problem – repriced fairly. Although I worked through 3 people there (Miles, Dick, and Jared), other changes and several added-on requests were handled smoothly. They notified me that the boat had a slightly enlarged tube and offered to replace with more expensive Hypalon at no charge. (I later saw the enlarged tube and they could have argued it was within “normal” tolerance.) I’d mentioned that a 14” pitch prop was more appropriate than the 12” that came with the motor; three weeks after they delivered the boat I got a note that they had ordered a 14” pitch and come by my house and exchanged the prop. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

Nice to do business with easy and easy out

The repairs made on our outboard did not solve the problem. Charges on the bill could not be explained. They would not honor the engines warranty nor would they offer credit for the ineffective repairs. We bought our outboard from Maritime Solutions but we will not go here for service or any future purchases. There seemed to be some dishonesty in how the service was conducted. The tech was either lazy or incompetent or maybe both.

I purchased a boat from Maritime Solutions. Unfortunately I encountered a problem with my engine. I contact Maritime Solutions and spoke with the owner. Dick was a gentleman, stood behind his product and warrantied the repair. I could not have asked for a better experience in correcting a bad situation.
