Would of have gave 5 but it was labor day weekend needed to put 4 flat wiring on my truck. I ordered the Hopkins 40655 direct wire kit for my truck, for trailer lights and when I put it on I noticed that the wire to plug in lights was only like 12 inches. Im thinking how am i going to plug this in to my trailer? Luckily I had a 4-ft extension wire trailer plug in that I used. When I look at the trailer kit part again online I noticed it was supposed to come with an extension 48 long (see Picture) green wire on right. Kit never did have this wire? Someone took it out of the package. Im sure it wasnt their fault but Im going to go back in and talk to the manager and see if they can make it right then I will change my rating if all goes well. Napa never resolved matter told me to go to website then when I did that they told me to call number to out of state Napa service center it was a run around will not purchase from Napa auto parts again!

While I was the ONLY customer in the store with about 7 or more employees behind the counter not 1 of even said hello to me or even ask me why Im there. I waited 10 minutes before I finally left to go to Oreillys. At Oreillys they greeted me as I walked in the door and immediately helped me instead of trying to come up with excuses to not help. I know where I will take my business from now on

So surprised by the great selection helpful staff and great prices here. All too often NAPA is the go to if I want higher quality parts with similarly higher priced items. But not this store. Just an amazing gem.

Walked in after they closed by mistake, T.J. (and his coworker) was very helpful and got us the parts we could not find elsewhere in town. Very professional and quickly got us down the road.

The people who work here are fantastic! This was my 2nd time at this store in Post Falls, and when i asked if anyone could please possibly install my replacement head light on my old car, a man named Devin said he could and was very helpful, mature, professional, and pleasant. It was only a couple of minutes yet the experience was overwhelmingly positive. I’m skipping the other auto parts shop near me (they’re okay but sort of *meh* bland)... and driving the extra few minutes to this predictably pleasant place instead! Thank you & this place is very good...

Great place to go get car parts to fix your car

Every part of my interaction was met with excellent customer service. My multiple phone call questions were all knowledgeably answered. Marshall, Gary, and Nick did an amazing job talking me through the system I needed to fix my Subaru. I live out of town so its important I get the right parts the first time and everyone at Napa worked to make my project go smoothly.

So the first guy who helped us when we first walked in was ok. Was a but short but answered a few questions. After looking around a bit someone worse asked if we needed help finding something but had seriously poor customer service. Was super irritable and honestly seemed like he was bothered with us. No too impressed and given the choice, Id easily choose Motion or AutoZone down the street.

Napa Auto has won me over!! I went to the Grand re-opening here in Post Falls!! Giant crowds and yet the lines moved with efficiency. The whole crew was helpful and cheerful even with me coming towards the end of the day!! The manager Benjamin probably wont be there long because Corporate will see his talent and move him up! Accolades to the marketing team for the new customer friendly environment. So many of the competitors clutter up the Isles with product stacked to high. These folks got it right!!

I have a bad back and a bad hip and I dont know how to plug in the device to scan my car and I cant bend down to do it but they refuse to help me by say we only lend the tool this is the worst napa Ive been to and they lost my respect and business at this one.

Went to NAPA first as it was closer. NAPA was NOT helpful & refused to help me Install a turn signal light. Being a lady with a husband out of town I really needed the help. Left NAPA & went to Auto Zone where they were happy to help. Customer service goes a long way! Lost my business in the future

I always go to Napa given the choice, wherever I happen to be. This Napa didnt disappoint. Knowledgeable and fun staff, almost felt like I was at the Napa in my home town!

I love the Post Falls NAPA store! Most knowledgeable staff out of all NAPA stores including the warehouse (although Coeur dAlene NAPA is right up there with them). Lower prices for the same parts youll get on the other side of the state line, even tho they come from the same warehouse.Just be sure to tell the napaonline thingy that youre from this side of the state line and youll save about 10-20%. Cant change your mind if you already told it Spokane either. Theyll have your parts here by tomorrow so always go with Post Falls or Coeur dAlene stores if theyre closer to you than Spokane.These people really know their stuff!

Excellent and above and beyond customer service. Staff member looked at a fuse under my hood in front of the store and was a huge help when I was having issues that halted my Christmas shopping trip. With help from NAPA the day was saved.

The thing that sets Napa apart from the other places is the knowledge of the employees and the quality of the parts they sell. I will never go into Autozone or OReillys unless Napa is closed.
