Go here at least once a week it seems for something. They always let me know if I have a coupon availiable on my account. Their supply was low for awhile during covid but it seems to be getting better again.

Low stock. I keep getting online orders canceled so I stopped in to get so.e color sealer conditioner and developer. They only had a small bottle. They are also charging for bags so I stuffed my stuff in my purse.

Terrible customer service. I called for the hours and got the recording which stated they opened at 9am. When I arrived at nine the clerk told me through the locked door that they opened at 10am. When I stated she might want to change the message on their phone, she just shrugged and said the hours are posted on the door. I went elsewhere.The next time I went to the Post Falls store, the clerk asked me if I would like a bag for my three items, and then charged me for the bag! That was the last straw.

My mother was treated horribly over the phone after calling and inquiring about a product she was recommended and it didn’t do what she had hoped. Debbie was the woman’s name. She also couldn’t help but stuff food in her mouth whilst on the phone also. Maybe train your employees better in the customer service area

I love the Post Falls Sallys because of two ladys Krystal and Tracy, these two women have always been so helpful, kind and welcome, they practice the great customer service that a lot of companies lack nowadays and they are an asset to the company beyond words. Although I have moved and there are other beauty supply stores closer to where I am now, they have me as a dedicated customer willing to make a drive with Im in need of beauty products and advice.Thank you ladys for all you do....

I apologize for not having enough change for you, company wide we keep a low till, and because we didn’t have many cash paying clients before you we were low, we would have had to give you all 1’s and loose change. Excellent store Tracy the new manager took really good care of me. I walked in with mascara running having a rough day and she totally help me out. Wouldnt get beauty products any where else.

Not sure if I will return to this location. The older lady that was there today had horrible customer service skills. I am assuming that at the least, 10% of your clients dont know completely what they are looking for when they go to your location or how to use the products properly. Well, I am one of that 10%, although I have shopped there before and have basic knowledgeable. So I ask the lady what I should use with a certain hair dye and her reply was, Read the directions! She was just rude and short about it. Fine, moving forward...Me and my daughter carry on and shop. We go to check and she is looking at the products my daughter is buying and turns to me and says, This isnt for her is it, because its not gonna work in her hair! All I am thinking is now you want to give advice. I was like its fine, we will take it. I would have been totally grateful for the advice if you were nice. The lady was just rude and condescending and her body language spoke volumes.Overall old lady that works at Sallys remember this, your paid to know your products, not me! Your the Sallys expert, not me. And next time think before you speak. If you see a young lady purchasing products that maybe you dont think our going to work just be nice about it. Friendliness goes along ways.

Just moved here and I love going toSally’s beauty supply back in my home town and I am so pleased that the girls at this Sally’s are as good at all of the other ones. Every sally beauty supply store I have ever been to has always greeted me with a smile and always make sure I have help in what I’m looking for.

I was there today to take advantage of the bogo on the hair color, and although the experience I had wasnt bad overall, the girl who cashed me out shorted me 10$ in change.Ill be going back in the morning in hopes to get my change back.

Ive been coming to this location for 5 years for business supplies. The service has really gone down hill. Management keeps a policy of such a small till they could not give me change for a $30 total from a $100 bill. I will go to the valley location from now on.

The 2 girls that still work there are good at thier jobs, but overworked and disgruntled.. This store goes through employees quickly. Upper management seems to have made this store low priority.

Here is my experience: one month ago I bought a few things at Sally Beauty Supply store in Post Falls. The seller also offered me a membership card that costed $5. She said: Oh, it will cost you nothing, because we give you a $5 certificate that you can spend here next time you are in the store. Okay, so today I come in to buy some styling capes and the seller says: I cant apply your certificate cause it expired (guess when) yesterday (!~!!). And her attitude is - bummer, ha? you missed out. Is this the way you treat a member??? Online I go for all my future beauty supply shopping.

The younger ladies have always been really kind and helpful with finding the best deals and giving coupons. But there is one older lady who is just so rude and condescending to all of her customers, she really makes you feel unwelcomed. She treats you like an imbecile. Others have had the same experience with her. The store overall has great stock compared to the Coeur dAlene location, in my opinion. I can always find the items Im looking for

A GREAT STORE!!!!! Clean, Bright, Organized!!!!I was helped by a sweet girl with dark brown hair and BLUE eyes. sweet and professional. She seemed busy with many customers but always had a smile on her face, even though I would have been a mess. There arent any lines or issues and its my favorite sallys! Every time I come in Im helped by a good ppl who know what theyre doing.Sometimes they have awesome sales 2. Good place!!

Went in to grab some hair dye, had a question as we didn’t know which color we wanted yet, the girls that were working were not helpful and really rude. As we go back to look at the color to make a final decision we could hear them up front talking behind our back making fun of us and saying how stupid we were for even considering the blonde we had picked out. Then one of them came back to us and just stared at us while we were still trying to make a decision. I had aquestion about the difference of the demi color developer versus the permenant develope, she told us false information, we did the exact opposite of what she told us and purchased but at the register the cashier was extremely snotty because we didn’t do what she said. I’m reallt happy that we didn’t do what she said because my hair turned out absolutely beautiful. Worthless employees and don’t see how that place will stay in business for much longer
