ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I would recommend Living Stone to anyone. Tim was brutally honest with me upfront that the difficulty of the location of my project might make it impossible. Once Basic Concepts (the installer’s and equally amazing) agreed, Tim went above and anyone expectations to make it happen. He literally watched the weather report and changed the install days because of the risk to the installers. They all got it done flawlessly and its beautiful! By the way their prices are also great. After looking at, and consulting nearly every granite supplier and installer in the area, we decided to go with the first place we shopped, Living Stone. We were on our way to pay for granite at another place when my husband said we should stop by and just look at their granite. When we did we found the perfect granite for our kitchen exactly what we were looking for. it just got better after going in to talk to them, Tim greeted us and was so easy to work with. He gave us a quote within mins and we were sold and from that moment on from the template to install they all were amazing and we love our new granite!! We built our home and I honestly dreaded trying to find a contractor to do the kitchen counters. It seemed such a high stakes choice of who to trust. Calling Living Stone was the best decision ever. We had a big slab that took every single employee to set. The team was great and did a fabulous job. Just wanted to share a very special experience we had at Living Stone, IncWe have an epileptic dog who is subject to over heating. We thought it would be wise to purchase a small granite slab for him to keep himself cool. We went into the show room to enquire and was taken to the remnant area. The Sales person even asked others if there was something that might be useful. Options were provided and we selected a piece. When we asked the price, he said it’s nothing, you may have it. He is a dog lover too.Kindness Prevails at this establishment.

From the very first phone contact, I felt that I was in good hands--they just intuitively knew exactly what I was looking for in our countertops. I have had two kitchens and a full house done by Living Stone and I love all of them! Their work is impeccable. Sinks fit perfectly. Granite fit against walls and cabinets perfect. Overall it looks amazing! They were on time with delivery and install, which is rare for trades. Highly recommend them!

From the minute I stepped into the granite yard to the minute we wrapped up the job, Tim and his crews treated me like family. Our new build started to really become a home when their gorgeous granite came in. Every step was handled with consummate professionalism: buying, templating, installing, and fixing a minor glitch. My slabs are installed perfectly with all of the seams disappearing, the chiseled edge being natural looking yet smooth to the touch, exquisitely fit with the sinks and walls. We couldnt be happier with our decision to select Living Stone!

We were left to wander and see everything for ourselves, then we met the salesman. Jim is the most personable, non salesman, salesman I’ve ever met. He was very nice to work with, has GREAT communication if things change. We actually got moved up a week for install because they were doing so good in the shop that they were ready for us early. I was given a window of between 8am and 9am and they were here at about 8:05. They were both very nice and warned me when things were going to get loud. Beautiful install and amazing people to work with!!! Will ALWAYS recommend to anyone and everyone! Great job everyone and thank you so much for my beautiful new kitchen counters! They even came in under the estimate from Lowe’s (where you don’t even get to choose your slab). One more reason to support local business, and they are family owned.

Fantastic place and prices are great! I just needed a 60 remnant for a bathroom vanity but Mario and Sons were way over my budget. I love my granite vanity top and the craftsmanship is excellent.

A fantastic experience from start to finish! Living Stone has developed an excellent process. They helped us choose our granite, patiently answered numerous questions, thoroughly explained what to expect and most importantly followed through with an on-time and perfect installation. Every person during the process was wonderful including the 5 men who moved a huge kitchen island slab to our second story. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend!!!

Living Stone Inc. was wonderful to work with. They had an estimate of cost to me in a few hours, the prices were great, and the turn around from contract to install was two weeks. Everyone was helpful and polite and they were the only company willing to do my project with no seams. It turned out wonderful and I love my granite kitchen counter tops and new composite sink. I would highly recommend them!

Guys did an awesome job installing my new Granite counter tops at morning star lodge in Kellogg.

Average granite. Seams okay. Average price. Well below average customer service. Tim the manager is passive aggressive when unforseen situations arise. They make decisions without consultation. Would shop somewhere else. I rank them at the bottom of my sub-contractor list after a new constrution build. When spending well over 10k, I expect to be treated different.

I would give them negative 5 stars!!!! Horrible to deal with. Spent time picking out what we wanted thought we had it figured out. Then went back to get it, they sold our granite to someone else. No sorry, no oops. Just oh well we can try to find it. Dont waste your time with these fools!!!!
